In (Y/N)'s school, the principal announces that there will be no class in the afternoon due to all of them learning about Damien's death.

Miku: It's all your fucking fault for killing him!!

(Y/N): What does the accident have to do with me?!

Miku: You led him outside so he could die!

(Y/N):! Why would I plan to just lead him outside?! I didn't do it out of hatred!

Miku: You're lying!

(Y/N): Are you insane?! You told Damien that I had an argument with you about our love on Saturday night while Ariel was with us. Damien was very pissed after what you told him and led him to target me! You could've just dropped it instead of telling him!

Both of them kept arguing until Kaito decided to break it apart before things could go physical.

Kaito: Whoa, whoa, that's enough you two! Just cool it off, alright?

Miku: Tch...

Miku stormed off the school hallways by herself as the Vocaloids, Ariel, and (Y/N) watched her leave.

(Y/N) then lets out a sigh before speaking up.

(Y/N): How the hell did it come up this...?

Luka: She had many relationships and breakups with her previous boyfriends, but it's the first time seeing her recent boyfriend die in a garbage truck enrages her.

Len: Damien was sure arrogant and annoying, but getting killed by a garbage truck is not a way for him to go like that.

Rin: However, he did pursue (Y/N) out of anger and wanted to beat the crap out of him. Damien should've had second thoughts, but we all know Damien is not like that.

(Y/N): *Sigh* I can agree with that.

Kaito: Aside from Damien, is Miku going to be alright?

Everyone stays silent for a few seconds until Ariel spoke up.

Ariel: From what we all know is that Miku can find another boyfriend, but it's still unhealthy for her to get into another relationship after seeing her recent boyfriend die. She needs help.

Rin: REAL help.

Luka: And it's quite concerning as well.

Everyone in the group nodded in agreement until (Y/N) had one thought in mind.

-Time Skip-

A week has passed since Damien's death after he got run over by a garbage truck while trying to punch you in the face. From what everyone had heard, the Driver himself tried to hit the brakes, but it didn't work and hit Damien.

However, what is strange is that the brakes returned back to normal after Damien got run over. People were speculating that he was lying, so the garbage truck driver was arrested for Vehicular homicide and was fined 50,000 Yen.

(A/N: I'm quite bad at how Japanese laws work, my apologies.)

Right now, (Y/N) was at his home and was giving Geo her dog food to eat in her dog bowl.

Unknown to him, we see Len, Luka, and Ariel standing outside his house.

Luka: Come on, Ariel. You can do it!

Ariel: But what if he doesn't like it?

Len: Hey, he's gonna love it for sure. Just have a bit of confidence in your skills.

Ariel looks at the instrument that she was holding in her arms which is a guitar that she was holding onto.

Ariel: I-I'll try.

Len and Luka gave a nod of confirmation as the two quickly hide behind a large bush.

Ariel looks up at the balcony on the second floor which comes from (Y/N)'s room.

(Y/N) was laying on his bed and was reading a manga called "Diona's Revenge against Dawn Winery!"

That's when he hears the sound of a faint guitar strumming from the outside which gained his attention.

As Ariel continues to sing her love for (Y/N), the people in the neighborhood also listened to Ariel's soothing and loving voice, including Miku and (Y/N)'s family.

After the final strum, Ariel looks up at (Y/N) with a sweet smile on her face.

(Y/N) looks down at her with an amused expression as he begins to clap his hands at her performance.

(Y/N): Hehe, that was very impressive of you, Ariel! How wonderful!

Ariel: Ah, thank you very much, my dear~!

Ariel says as she does a courtesy bow.

(Y/N): *Stops clapping* Say, I never knew that you could play the guitar. I thought you were just a flute player.

Ariel: Hehe~ That's because I asked Rin and Len to teach me how to play the guitar in my spare time a while ago. Playing the flute is my main instrument though.

(Y/N): I see. By the way...

Ariel: Hm?

(Y/N): Were you attempting to confess your love to me just by singing?

Ariel was surprised by (Y/N)'s question because she wasn't expecting it after singing to him. This was her chance, Ariel pauses for a few seconds until she makes her decision.

Ariel: *Nods* Yes. I really couldn't hold these feelings back anymore (Y/N) ever since we hung out together. Do you...accept these feelings of mine...?

Ariel asks in a stern tone in her voice as you looked at her for a few moments until you give her a smile and said...

(Y/N): Heh, I accept your feelings of romance, Ariel.

Ariel: E-Eh?! Really?! Do you mean that?!

Ariel asks as she tries to confirm what she just heard from the (H/C) boy while in a mixture of shock and happiness.

(Y/N): Of course, I accept your feelings. Miku couldn't notice my love for her and I moved on, but my love chose you instead. You truly are the right person who appreciates me.

(Y/N) said with a sincere smile. Ariel was in awe upon hearing that as she tries to contain her excitement and happiness.

Ariel: I-I see! Would you want to go out tomorrow on Saturday?!

(Y/N): *Nods* Mm. I'd love to! We can discuss where we should go tomorrow as our date, okay?

Ariel rapidly nodded her head in excitement as (Y/N) was about to head back inside his bedroom, his phone went off saying...

(Y/N)'s Phone: She looks like a formidable recruit! Welcome aboard, soldier!

(Y/N) hummed with a smile as he enters his bedroom and closed the balcony door behind him.

Once (Y/N) was gone, Ariel couldn't contain her happiness anymore and she starts yelling while whispering to prevent the neighbors could hear her.

Ariel: Wooo!! Yeah, baby!! That's what I've been waiting for, that's what it's all about!! Wooo!!

Both Len and Luka got out of the large bush and they went up towards Ariel until Len said...

Len: That was amazing!

Len says with an enthusiastic face.

Luka: I can't believe he accepted your confession. I thought you were just trying to entertain him.

Ariel laughs a little while scratching the back of her head before saying...

Ariel: Yeah, and I didn't expect him to question my song that leads to a love confession~!

Len: You sure did~!

As Luka and Len were congratulating Ariel, Miku couldn't help but feel jealous at the sight of Ariel.

Miku: (God...I wish that was me playing for (Y/N)...)

The blue-haired twin-tail girl lets out a deep sigh, knowing that (Y/N) no longer has any feelings for her. His romantic feelings were towards Ariel.

Miku: I wish things were different...

Miku then looks up at the night sky as she uses her right hand to reach out for the stars until she said...

Miku: Hmm...Maybe there's an alternate universe where I get to be with (Y/N)...
