Previously on Time of Man

Silvia gritted her teeth and stood up.  

"Lyon! How could you?! Do you have any idea what you're doing?!" Silvia exclaimed.

"Oh Silvia," Lyon said without emotion. "It's been quite a while, hasn't it, looks like you've made some new friends on the way," Lyon said looking at the three mages behind her.

"I don't understand why you're trying to pull the superior act with me, Lyon," Silvia exclaimed, "You're not! We're not Ur's students anymore!"

"I'm well aware of that," Lyon said, "Painfully aware, our beloved teacher is no longer of this world," Lyon said nonchalantly, while Silvia grit her teeth.

"Her final act was sealing that monster away," Silvia retorted, "Are you really so callous that you will try to destroy our master's legacy?!" She asked.

"Don't delude yourself, we both know you're the one that killed Ur," Lyon said; Silvia's eyes were wide open, her body shaking. Her friends and Lyon's lackeys were in shock as well.

'What?!' Erza thought, her eyes wide open.

'She killed her master?!' Lucy thought.

'NO! That can't be!' Nashi thought as she clenched her fists.

"And yet, you don't seem to feel any guilt," Lyon said while frowning at Silvia. "How cruel," Lyon continued.

Present Time

~Third Person POV~

"Do as you're told, I'll take care of these intruders," Lyon said, not looking behind him.

His lackeys looked Erza in fear, but then quickly disappeared.

"Hey!" Nashi exclaimed, "Come back here!" She said, as she fumbled around, she slipped on the ground and then got up. Running towards Lyon.

"No!" Silvia said looking at Nashi. "Nashi don't go near him!" She exclaimed.

Lyon raised his left hand, a small light blue mist appeared in front of it. 

Nashi gasped as she was surrounded by Ice. An ice whirlwind surrounded her, Nashi gasping for air.

"AHHHH!!" Nashi screamed as ice started to form around her body.

"Nashi!" Lucy exclaimed in worry.

"Happy, get Lucy out of here, Erza go!" Silvia said looking behind.

"Aye!" Happy said, Erza looked at Silvia with worry but the look she got confirmed it. She nodded and flew towards the village.

"Wait!" Lucy said as Happy lifted her.

Lyon raised his right arm, a light blue mist surrounded it.

"HAAAAA!!!" Silvia raised both her arms, as an ice-like beam went towards Lyon.

Lyon quickly made a hexagonal shield of ice, to block the beam. "HA!" He said as the shield appeared in front of him.

Silvia gritted her teeth.

"What?!" Nashi exclaimed as the ice became solid within seconds around her body. "NO! I can't move!" She said.

"Hold on we can't just leave Nashi like that," Lucy said with worry, as Happy, Erza and she were high up in the air.

"He was hit with a type of ice magic that instantly freezes the air," Happy said. "If we stuck around there any longer, we would've probably be frozen too!" He said.

"Who cares!?" Lucy exclaimed, "We've gotta save them!" She said.

"But who's gonna save the villagers if all of us have been turned into ice?!" Happy said as he burst into tears.

Lucy gasped, "Ohhh, I'm sorry, Happy," Lucy said in a soft tone. "It must've been hard for you to leave him behind," she said.

"Don't worry he'll be fine, Ice is no match for a Salamander, right?" Lucy said, trying to cheer him up.

"Aye!" Happy said in a determined tone.

"Hurry, we don't have much time left," Erza said while looking back at the mountaintop. 'Y/N, where are you?' She thought.

She shook her head and zipped towards the village.

~Back with Silvia~

"You distracted me long enough for the girls and the cat to escape," Lyon said. "Courageous but ultimately pointless," he said. "There's no way those three can stop my minions," Lyon said with a smug.

"Don't underestimate the power of Fairy Tail wizards," Nashi said. "Now!" Nashi said as she stood up with ice around her body.

Silvia looked at Nashi before she pushed her down the hill with her leg.

Nashi tumbled down the hill like a ball, bouncing off the surface.

"Ahhhh!!" Nashi screamed as she tumbled. "What's the big idea Silvia?!" she screamed as she rolled down.

Silvia then looked at Lyon.

"I see you're as reckless as ever," Lyon said with a small smile. "Was she not one of your allies?" he asked.

"You and I both know, that with one spell you could blow up that ice and her with it," Silvia said with a frown.

"So you chose to send her safely outside the range of my magic, that was a very clever move," Lyon said.

~Meanwhile below the mountain with Nashi~

Nashi was now stuck in the ground headfirst. She was struggling to get out as her body was frozen.

Suddenly, she popped her self out of the ground, using her mouth as a rocket.

"Hehehehehe," Nashi chuckled, while her head was on fire.

"Silvia you witch!" Nashi exclaimed while looking at the mountain-top. "Oh! You're gonna pay for this!" she exclaimed in anger while moving around.

Nashi then tried to melt the ice using her fire-power.

"My fire-power is not making a dent on this ice," She said with a frown, "Man! What's the deal?" she asked. She stopped and huffed.

She turned behind, "I gotta get to the village," she said. "I'll just have to run," she said. She quickly-sorry, I mean she crab-walked in the fastest way possible.

~Back with Silvia~

Lyon and Silvia were now having a stare down.

"Enough with the games Silvia," Lyon said, "You're the one who murdered Ur, so just admit it," He said.

"I'm surprised you have the gall to even speak her name!" He yelled with his eyes wide open, with his right arm extended a green mist appeared on it.

A ball of ice is sent hurling towards Silvia, Silvia grunts as she was hit with the full force of the ball.

When the dust cleared, Silvia was on the floor.

"Lyon..." Silvia said softly, she got up, by pushing her hands against the ground.

"What's wrong? Don't tell me the guilt is finally getting to you," Lyon said. "I'm warning you, don't try to interfere! Whether you like it or not, I'm resurrecting Deliora," He said.

"I won't let you!" Silvia exclaimed.

Lyon stared at Silvia. His extended his right hand, a blue mist appearing from his palm.

"It's like old times," Lyon said with a slight smirk, "But I've grown much stronger since then," he said.

A light blue magic circle appeared in front of him.

"Ice Make: Eagle," Lyon chanted. Out came multiple ice eagles that fly through the air to strike Silvia.

Silvia looked at his attack, closed her eyes and then chanted, "Ice Make: Shield!" When Silvia used Ice-Make: Shield, the shield is made of multiple pointed segments that connect to form the shield. 

However, the Eagles were able to avoid the shield, as they are capable of avoiding or dodging obstacles due to the dynamic nature of the magic.

"AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Silvia screamed as she was bombarded by the Eagles.

"While your specialty is creating inanimate objects, Static Ice-Make Magic," Lyon said, still having his right hand raised. "Mine is creating living creatures, Active Ice-Make Magic," He said.

Lyon looked on as Silvia was bombarded with more Eagles, "Did you forget that my Ice has the ability to move?" He asked.

Silvia jumped to evade the Eagles, she quickly chanted, "Ice-Make: Hammer!" This created a large hammer made of ice, floating above Lyon and then drops it on him.

However, Lyon quickly recovered by chanting, "Ice-Make: Ape!" He raised two fingers of his left hand, a huge light blue magic circle appeared and a large ape made of ice to shield himself from the attack. 

The Hammer collided with the Ape, causing it to break into many pieces, big and small.

"How pathetic," Lyon said arrogantly, "You still use two hands when casting your ice make spells," he said with a sneer.

"Yeah because that's what Ur taught us," Silvia said with a frown, "Single-hand casting is incomplete and unbalanced," she said.

"Well I'm the exception to that rule," Lyon said, "I surpassed Ur's skill level a long time ago," he said.

"Someone's cocky," said a male voice.

Silvia looked behind her to see Y/N, standing with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face. He had his usual outfit, a black bomber jacket with red trousers.

"How about this? You beat that, and we'll see just how strong you are," Y/N said.

"Beat what? You? That's gonna be easy," Lyon said arrogantly.

"Oh! I don't mean me, you won't last a second against me, I mean that" Y/N pointed behind him.

Silvia and Lyon turned their heads to see what it was. Lyon and Silvia's eyes were wide open, after all, it was Silvia's worst nightmare.

A/N: Hi Hi! Sorry for keeping it so short! But I just wanted to update to tell you that I'm still alive and have not given up on this book.

Oh! Yeah, next part would be the last part for this Arc, I know it's not very long. Though the anime is longer, I just felt this was a filler type of arc before the next big thing.

Because things are getting more interesting the next arc. One of the mystery harem members will be revealed.
