Jimin's head was full. Behind him was Jungkook, in front of him was Taehyung. Behind Taehyung was Minho. He didn't know where to start from.

"Jimin! What the hell are you thinking?" Hoseok shouted in front of him. Jimin shook his head to clear his thoughts and resumed signing his name on the book.

Taehyung put the boy on his shoulder back to the ground and smiled at Jimin as he came closer.

"You came. I'm really happy you did" Taehyung said showing off his boxy smile. Jimin smiled back but then looked at Nayeon who was eyeing him up and down.

"Hey Jimin how are you?" she said.

"I'm fine" Jimin said dryly.

"I heard the news about you and Taehyung getting together. Congratulations. He's a keeper"

Jimin nodded his head as he and Taehyung's eyes met. Everyone still believed the lie they had made up.

"So you decided to help out the kids" Jimin said and she snickered

"You didn't know? I have been volunteering at the orphanage for some time now" She said.

Jimin was speechless. He looked at Taehyung for some sort of explanation.

"Hey, you didn't tell me you and Nayeon started working together"

Taehyung sighed "I wanted to but you and i weren't talking then. You were avoiding me and so...."

Nayeon clapped both her hands together interrupting them.

"Lovers quarrel?" She quipped in and they both glared at her making her keep her mouth shut.

Jimin shrugged. "It's nothing anyway" he whispered.

Jimin felt a light tug on his pants and looked down. It was the boy who Taehyung had carried on his shoulder. He was looking so adorably at Jimin that he just had to bend down and squeeze his chubby cheeks. He also had dark curly hair which framed his round face.

"Hey kid, how are you?"

The boy just looked at him and nodded his head.

"What's your name?" Jimin asked again and the boy just stared at him blankly. Jimin was confused. Why wasn't the boy saying anything? Taehyung suddenly knelt down beside him smiling warmly at the boy.

He made some hand signs to the boy and he did the same. Jimin understood what was happening and his heart beat faster as Taehyung turned to him.

"His name is Jung min" Taehyung said. Jimin chuckled as Taehyung continued. "And he said he's very happy today"

Jung min started tugging at the end of Taehyung's long sleeved shirt making the latter look at him. He made another hand sign to Taehyung who secretly smiled. The boy started to blush a deep pink and Jimin could sense there was something they where hiding.

"Do you think so?" Taehyung said while making a hand sign. The boy nodded his head.

"Me too!" Taehyung whispered in a soft voice.

Jimin nudged him on the arm.

"Yah! What are you both conspiring about?" he said pouting. Taehyung laughed slightly at his face before turning to Jung min.

"Should i tell him?" he said.

The boy nodded his head quickly and Taehyung turned to Jimin and the look in his eyes made his breath hang.

"What?" Jimin said softly

"He said you look very pretty...and i agree with him" Taehyung muttered and Jimin's face turned completely red as he stared at Taehyung, his heart pounding. They where both looking at each other, lost in each other's gaze. Jimin couldn't help but admire everything about Taehyung. It just felt like he was seeing him for the first time. They have been best friends since high school. He thought he knew him. But this moment right now has shown him he didn't really know his best friend. He was just starting to know him now.

"I didn't know you knew sign language. I'm your best friend and I didn't know that"

Taehyung chuckled. "My dear Jiminie, there are so many things you don't know about me"

Jimin stared at him with new eyes completely enraptured by the look in Taehyung's eyes.

"Jung min! How could you betray me this way!" Nayeon playfully cried sweeping the boy into her arms as he giggled. The interruption was enough to make them tear their eyes from each other. So awkward!

Nayeon tickled the boy causing him to giggle. "I've known you longer yet you've never called me pretty"

Jung min brought out his tongue at her.

"Oh! Is that how it's going to be? Take this!"

Nayeon tickled him the more till he did the hand sign.

"I'm pretty?" Nayeon quipped and the boy nodded his head. Jimin kept focusing his attention on Nayeon and Jung min. He didn't want to acknowledge what was happening between him and Taehyung. The attraction that was slowly building up between them and consuming him. It was a whole new feeling from what he felt for Jungkook. It was overwhelming and so sudden. He didn't know how to deal with it. He could feel Taehyung's eyes on him. It was like he wanted to speak to him but got cut off by the presence of Jungkook and Taemin.

"Hey guys!" he cheered loudly and Taehyung instantly frowned.

"What are you doing here?"

Jungkook scoffed. "I came here to help out the kids man"

Taehyung eyed him. "Or you came for another reason" he said before suddenly grabbing Jimin's waist and pulling him closer to him. Jimin gasped staring up to see the look of anger shining in his eyes.

Jungkook cringed but he hid it quite well.

"Sorry Tae, I'm sorry for my attitude towards you. Just let me be here for the kids"

What attitude? What's going on between Taehyung and Jungkook?

"This is a free event so it's not my call but please try and behave. The children are here and I won't tolerate any of your schemes you got that?"

"No problem hyung!" Jungkook said and smiled smugly.

"Jimin, can we talk?" Taemin said and the others left them alone going in different directions. Jimin noticed his friend's body language. He was nervous about something. He kept glancing towards Min ho and Jimin understood but pretended he didn't.

"What's wrong? You look nervous"

"I am!" Taemin whispered before taking a deep breath. "He's here!"

"Your ex!"

Taemin sighed. "He's not my ex. We weren't in a relationship. It's just..."

He looked very upset. "We have a lot of memories together. We grew up together....He was my first love"

Jimin stared at him. Seeing Minho, even being in the same room as he was seemed difficult to handle for Taemin.

"Calm down!" he urged.

"We can't be together because he is poor. My family can't allow someone like him to be with me. They won't accept it. Someone like Jungkook will be more acceptable"

Jimin understood something now. "Are you with Jungkook because he's from a rich family and he's the type of man your family will accept?"

Taemin sighed dragging Jimin to a more quiet place where they could discuss. When they were away from the crowd, Taemin spoke.

"When i came out to my parents as gay, they where actually okay with it to my surprise but they had conditions. I will only ever be able to have a relationship with someone from a rich and successful family, someone with a future. Someone like Jungkook....he's perfect for my family"

"They have everything set out for me. I will have a surrogate child, two actually, one of the children will be a boy who will inherit my family business. I can adopt other children of my own later in life if i so desire"

Jimin shook his head. "Minho came from this orphanage. He was one of the orphans sponsored by my father. I fell in love with him but when my father found out about it, he warned us to stay away from each other. He threatened to stop paying for Minho's education if we continue. That was why i had to stop myself from being with him"

Jimin just had to know something. "How do you feel about Jungkook? Do you love him?"

Taemin seemed to be thinking about it. "I don't know. He's a good guy even though i know he's only playing with me"

"Why do you say so?"

Taemin rolled his eyes. "I know he's interested in you. He hangs around our building and won't leave until he sees you. He secretly flirts with you and thinks i don't know about it. I'm just one of the many he has slept with. He's attracted to me only because of my pretty face and body"

"So you think he likes me?" Jimin said.

"I really don't know because he's a fuck boy! "

Jimin blushed as Taemin continued. "I understand your dilemma. They are both hot and it won't hurt to tap that at the same time right?"

Jimin's blush deepened and Taemin laughed.

"I know but we aren't like that. We are the one man kind of people and it sucks"

Jimin lowered his head. "It really does" he admitted sadly but then looked at Taemin.

"So what are you going to do?"

"I don't know"

"You want my advice? Get closer to Minho to discover if you both still like each other. You both will be graduating soon and if you eventually decide he's the one, go ahead and don't let anything stop you"

"Are you sure? I really don't want to hurt Jungkook"

Jimin sighed. "You'll be doing each other a big favor instead of being in a relationship where you don't love each other"

Taemin smiled. "You're right Jimin. Thank you. I'll go talk to Minho now"

Jimin nodded as he watched Taemin leave his side and go to Minho. Jimin has never seen Taemin light up the way he did when he and Minho conversed. Minho seemed to be happy too. Somehow he was doing it for himself but he felt fulfilled seeing the smile on Taemin's face.

Jimin pulled his eyes away from them to think about himself when he heard the sound of someone talking into a microphone in the hallway. Jimin walked to the hall way and saw a slim woman standing in front of the gathering.

"Hello everyone! I am Miss Sunmi, the director of this orphanage and i want to thank you all for agreeing to help out with this fundraiser. We appreciate the time and effort you are investing in this. Thank you all so much"

"Tomorrow, we will be holding the first Fundraiser event. We will be sharing the tickets around so you can help spread the word about the event so that others can come and help this wonderful children so if there are any performance you can do for us tomorrow, please don't hesitate to share it with us"

Sunmi turned to Taehyung who was standing beside her.

"If there is anything you'll like to do for tomorrow, do speak to Kim Taehyung. He's in charge of the planning committee"

Jimin stared proudly at Taehyung as people surrounded him telling him about their performance. As usual, Nayeon clinged to his side making Jimin roll his eyes.

It was getting pretty late. Hoseok and Yoongi left together. His roommate told him he won't come back tonight and Jimin just understood without saying anything. Jungkook and Taemin also left together. Jin and Namjoon decided to drop Jimin and Taehyung at the dorm before they head to Namjoon's house. The children where been led away to their rooms by staffs. Before they went, Jung min planted a kiss on Jimin's cheek making him a bit shocked. Taehyung smiled.

"Seems like Jung min likes you a lot" Taehyung said chuckling. "It took him a while before he warmed up to Nayeon but he liked you immediately"

Jimin placed a small kiss on the blushing child before one of the staffs carried him away.

"Okay then, I'll be off now" Nayeon said leaning in to kiss Taehyung's cheek. He actually accepted it and Jimin scoffed harshly.

"Bye Jimin!" she said sassily

"Yeah Bye!" Jimin answered dryly.

As soon as she was gone, Jimin glared at Taehyung.

"What's going on between you two? She's been clingy with you through out" he said.

Taehyung widened his eyes.

"Me and Nayeon? Nothing! Absolutely nothing. She's just a friend..."

Jimin wanted to say something else when Jin and Namjoon interrupted them.

"So are you guys ready?" Jin said. They nodded and followed the couple to their car. The drive was unbearably silent. Taehyung kept glancing at Jimin from time to time with a worried expression in his face while Jimin kept looking out the window wondering why he was overreacting over Taehyung and Nayeon's closeness. It shouldn't bother him right?"

"Hey guys, are you okay?" Namjoon said loudly staring at them through the rear view mirror.

"We're fine. I guess Jimin's just tired" Taehyung said and the older shrugged.

"Anyway, I was surprised to see Jungkook. I didn't know he cared about things like this. I thought he was going to do something again!"

That caught Jimin's attention.

"Do what? What did he do?" he rushed out.

Taehyung kept giving Namjoon signs not to talk but the other just kept running his mouth.

"Jungkook has been picking on Taehyung lately. One time before the game, he even pushed him during practice and he broke his hand"

Jimin looked at Taehyung who was now looking at his feet in embarrassment. Now he understood why he had gotten angry with him that day and they had their first fight in a long time.

"Is that why?" he whispered but Taehyung didn't look at him.

"We are here!" Namjoon announced parking the car in front of the dorm. They both got down together and waved at the couple still in the car.

"See you guys tomorrow" Jin said before the car drove away. They stood beside each other akwardly without saying anything. Jimin couldn't stand the silence anymore so he spoke first.

"Why didn't you tell me Jungkook was the reason you broke your hands?"

Taehyung scoffed. "Really? You like the guy. How could i tell you that. You would think it was just a ploy i made up to separate you two?"

He was exactly right and Jimin was sorry about the fact that he didn't give Taehyung any room to even complain about Jungkook to him because of his blind love.

"I'm sorry" He finally whispered and Taehyung offered him a weak smile.

"It's okay Jimin. It's already in the past" he said and grabbed his hand. Jimin flinched a bit at the touch but Taehyung's easy smile calmed him down as he found himself smiling back.

"I've missed this. Come on, let's go inside. It's cold out here"

Jimin simply nodded and they both walked silently to the dorm hand in hand. He liked this a lot more than he would admit and he innerly wished they wouldn't reach his room quickly but they where already at the front of his door in less than five minutes.

They separated their hands and again an awkward tension settled around them.

"So...are you going to perform something tomorrow?" Taehyung asked.

"Not tomorrow. I need to come up with a dance number that will be impressive. How about you?"

"I'll showcase some of my paintings and pictures. The profits i make, I will give to the orphanage"

Jimin was impressed. He was going to ask him why he was so invested in the orphanage but the words got hung in his throat when Taehyung held his hands again.

"I know you might be feeling uncomfortable because of my closeness with Nayeon. She's just a friend like all the others. She can never replace you. You are the most special to me Jimin"

Jimin wanted to tell him it wasn't like that. He was actually jealous because he doesn't like seeing them together. The reason was....

He didn't even want to think about it so he sighed. "Okay then, I have to go now"

They still lingered in front of the door. Jimin cleared his throat.

"Will you like to come in? Hoseok isn't going to be back tonight so...."

"No Jimin...i have some tests to read up for." Taehyung quickly said.

Jimin could easily tell he was lying. There was a tension between them and even Taehyung felt it too. It would be a bad idea for the two of them to be together in one room. All alone feeling the way they where feeling right now.

Jimin just nodded. "Okay then bye!" he said.

"Goodnight Jiminie" Taehyung said in a soft voice.

Jimin turned. He wanted something to happen. He wanted him to stop him or something but nothing happened. He was crazy for thinking about this. He heard Taehyung's retreating footsteps as he entered his room and closed the door behind him. He felt lonely. Really lonely. To his chagrin, he could only think of one person at that moment who could quench this loneliness. He had to put a stop to this.
