The rays of the early morning sun woke Jimin up. His hands automatically reached for the other side of the bed but it was empty so he opened his eyes weakly but then smiled when he saw Taehyung seating on a chair opposite him. His chest was bare and he was wearing his boxer. His eyes focused on the sketch pad he was holding as his hands tightened it's hold on his pencil as it moved swiftly.

A light smile tugged on Jimin's lips.

"Tae, what are you doing?" he murmured.

"Don't move Jiminah, I'm almost done!" he said.

Jimin stayed still throwing his head back in laughter.

"Are you making a drawing of me?" he whispered and blush rose on Taehyung's cheeks.

"It's just... You looked really beautiful with the sun on your skin and I just had to sketch you"

"You could have just taken a picture!"

"True but it doesn't capture your true beauty Jimin"

Jimin blushed furiously but then shook his head to calm himself.

"Hurry up. I want to cuddle with you" he said making grabby hands at Taehyung.

The latter frowned. "Please Jimin, just stay still" he pleaded and Jimin pouted taking his former position on the bed. After a few minutes, Taehyung smiled brightly placing his pen on the pad.

"Are you done now?" Jimin said slightly annoyed.

"Sorry baby" Taehyung said with an apologetic smile and Jimin couldn't get over the fact that he just called him baby.

Taehyung quickly laid beside Jimin letting his head rest on his chest as he showed him the sketch. It was really good and highlighted Jimin's parts perfectly as he laid on the bed covered with sheets, his eyes half closed, mouth slightly parted and his hair sexily loose around his face.

"You're really good Tae!" Jimin whispered.

"It needs a little adjustment. I'm thinking of making it into a painting. What do you think?"

"Whatever you want"

Taehyung pecked his forehead lightly as he dropped the sketch pad on the chair he had been sitting on earlier and turned to face Jimin squarely.

"So...last night was unexpected!" he said in a deep voice.

Jimin nodded. "Kind of... There was a lot of sexual tension between us so i wasn't that surprised"

Taehyung simply nodded trailing his finger tips over Jimin's plump lips as he looked into his eyes.

"It's awkward isn't it?" he said smiling.

"A bit...i never thought this was going to happen between us"

Taehyung chuckled, his eyes glinting "Me neither! You remember how we argued that we will never fall for each other?"

Flash back

Make sure you keep to the arrangement. Don't fall for me!" Jimin said.

"I haven't fallen in love with you before. Why would I fall in love with you now".

"Okay if you say so. I sure as hell won't fall for you because there's only one person i like"

"We all know!" he said

Flash back ends.

"if someone had told me i would be here lying naked like this with you, I would have laughed in the person's face"

"Me too. It would have been awkward to even think about it but it all started with a kiss"

Jimin looked confused. "Which one? The kiss you gave me or the one I gave you"

Taehyung shrugged. "I think both. That kiss we shared at Namjoon's party was sort of like a wake up call. It was like all the feelings I had been trying to ignore just resurfaced all at once. It was then that I realized that I had been lying to myself all along"

Jimin nodded. "I didn't want to think about anyone else but Jungkook so much so that i was almost obsessed with it. But thank God, it wasn't too late and I finally discovered you"

"Does this mean you aren't in love with Jungkook?"

Jimin cocked his head to one side "I really don't know what love is but I do know I haven't felt this strongly for him as i have with you so yeah, if this is what love feels like, then I love you"

Taehyung tightened his hold around him and kissed him deeply. Jimin responded playing with his hair when the door suddenly flung open and they broke apart from each other, faces flushing red.

"Holy shit!"

It was Hoseok's voice and he was standing, staring at them with shock, his mouth agape.

Taehyung and Jimin looked at each other embarrassed as they hugged the sheet tighter to their body.

You didn't lock the door? Jimin mouthed to him and the other hid his face his skin totally red as he made to leave the bed.

Hoseok smiled connivingly. "Don't go anywhere. Take your sweet time"

Taehyung paused and he giggled. "I'll just be outside!" he said then dashed out of the room closing the door behind him.

"I'm so embarrassed. Hoseok's not going to let this one slide . He's going to tease me about it till the end of my days!"

Taehyung snickered enjoying the look on Jimin's face. He gathered him in his arms again and pressed soft kisses on his lips.

"It's going to be fine as long as he knows you're mine now"

Jimin nodded and Taehyung climbed down from the bed.

"I'm having one lecture today. Can we meet up by twelve? I want to take you out" he said wearing back his clothes.

"Okay Tae!"

Jimin just threw on a shirt, tired to actually dress up. When Taehyung finished dressing, he picked up the sketch pad then he leaned down and kissed Jimin again.

"See you later boy friend"

Boyfriend.

Taehyung winked at him then left the room leaving Jimin a fluttering mess. Taehyung met Hoseok outside the room and they both shook their hands.

"I respect you Taehyung!" he said with awe shining in his eyes.

"You are one of the few who have survived the hell called the friend zone!"

Taehyung laughed quietly. "You're hilarious Hyung"

"It's true. Not many have conquered it. I'm really happy for you man"

"It wasn't all me. You helped out too"

Hoseok shook his head "Nah, it's all you. I didn't do much"

He tapped him reassuredly. "I know it wasn't easy for Jimin to acknowledge his feelings for you so take good care of him"

"You don't have to worry about that Hobi"

They shook hands again and Taehyung left while Hoseok went into the room to taunt his friend who had covered his entire body with his sheets.

"Someone must have been in so much heat they forgot to lock the door!"

"Damn you Hobi" Jimin mumbled from under the cover.

"At least you used protection!"

"Ugh" Jimin cried.

Hoseok chuckled then went to him and started tickling him so he would uncover himself. Within seconds, the sheets where gone and Jimin was roaring with laughter.

"Tell me, how was it?" Hoseok urged peeking into Jimin's blushing face.

Knowing that there was no hiding from Hoseok, he finally gave in.

"It was beautiful. The best!"

Hoseok flashed him a warm smile and hugged him tightly.

"I'm so happy for you Jimin so now, you two are like together together?"

Jimin nodded his head. "Kim Taehyung's my boyfriend!" he announced and there was a hint of pride in his eyes at the realization.

"This calls for celebration. You've finally gotten over your obsession with Jungkook"

Jimin just shook his head at the older as he dived towards his cupboard and produced a half bottle of liquor. He poured the contents into two plastic cups and handed one to Jimin who took it and drank with relish

"I'm so happy Hobi. Is it okay for me to be this happy?"

"There's nothing wrong with being happy. Just don't hurt each other anymore and stay like this"

Jimin nodded his head. Even though this wasn't his world, it wouldn't stop him from loving Taehyung until his time was up.

At twelve, Jimin met Taehyung in campus. They walked hand in hand strolling around the campus grounds ignoring the looks thrown at them. When they passed a snack bar, Jimin pointed at the rice cakes.

"Tae, buy this for me!" he said holding onto his arm.

Taehyung arched an eyebrow. "I thought you said they where cheap"

"Well... Yes but they've become symbolic to me!"

"Why?"

"Cause they remind me of you!"

There was silence for a while as they just stared into each other's eyes, hearts beating so fast and loud that an outsider close to them could hear it.

"Oh my....love birds, are you still buying the rice cakes?" The woman selling the snacks interrupted them.

They finally tore their gazes from each other focusing on the woman now.

"Four each!" Taehyung said.

"We should buy for Jung min and the other kids also" Jimin added and Taehyung bought more. The woman even added extra because of how cute they where and sent them off with words of advice to be strong and don't let haters destroy their relationship.

They where full of happiness as they left the shop. They had no care in the world as they fed rice cakes to each other at the side of the road. They didn't even notice some irritating glances throws at them as Taehyung wrapped his arms around Jimin kissing him at intervals. They where too wrapped up in each other to care about their surroundings.

They finally stopped at the old amusement park exhausted from walking around. They sat side by side on the worn out bench enjoying the silence as they silently munched on the snack. Jimin was suddenly burdened by a lot of thoughts and Taehyung noticed that his boyfriend's mind was somewhere else.

"Baby, are you alright?"

Jimin turned to face him and his eyes where watery. Taehyung perked up worriedly

"Yah, Jiminah what's wrong?"

"Nothing! It's just what if one day, you wake up one morning and all these is a dream?"

Taehyung smiled. "Is that what you're worried about? That it's a dream?"

He cupped Jimin's chin. "This isn't a dream. You're real and I'm real. But most importantly, how we feel about each other is real so please stop worrying too much!"

Jimin put up a smile feeling much better as Taehyung hugged him but Taehyung didn't understand what was truly bothering him. How would he understand? Jimin was scared that all these memories would just get erased as though they had never existed.

"We still have to complete the fundraiser remember?" Taehyung said when they released each other. Jimin nodded and they left the park and headed to the orphanage.

People who saw Taehyung and Jimin that day knew something had changed between them. They where radiating with happiness. They where stuck to each other's side, hands joined as they kept stealing kisses.

"What's up with those two!" Yoongi noted staring at the couple hunched in one corner laughing and smiling as Jung min was seated on Jimin's lap eating rice cakes.

Jungkook who was beside him hissed silently within himself but Yoongi didn't seem to notice his foul mood because he went on.

"Seems like last night was really good" he said with a hint of perversion in his eyes. Jungkook growled and it was only then that Yoongi noticed his anger.

"Sorry man!" he muttered. Jungkook just stood up leaning on his crutches. There was love everywhere around him and it was only making him feel sick. He almost stumbled when he felt a hand around his arm. He turned and saw Yugyeom then frowned forcefully shoving his hand away from him.

"What do you want?"

"You almost fell" Yugyeom whispered, concern lacing his voice.

"And so? Just leave me alone. Stop bothering me!" Jungkook rudely replied and shoved him off causing Yugyeom to stumble blindly

"Yah Jungkook, why are you acting like a brat?" Yoongi retorted looking pissed

"And how does that concern you huh?" Jungkook fired at him causing Yoongi to blink.

"Just because you all can love and kiss and do all those shit doesn't mean you're better than me" he yelled harder.

"I'm lost!" Yoongi mumbled but Yugyeom just silently watched Jungkook.

"Move!" Jungkook growled and Yugyeom stepped aside watching Jungkook limp away.

The fundraiser went really well and when Jimin and Taehyung where about to leave, Jin and Namjoon suggested that the four of them eat out. The invitation was highly welcomed and the couples went to a fast food restaurant to eat some junks and ice cream.

Jin and Jimin settled in one of the tables while the other two went to buy the snacks. As they waited in line, Namjoon wrapped an arm around Taehyung's neck.

"The two of you where something else today" he whispered into his ears.

Taehyung looked at him with a wry smile. "I have no idea what you're talking about"

Namjoon winked at him. "You know exactly what I'm talking about Tae. You two are dating yet there was some kind of distance between you two but now, the air around you guys is a lot easier"

Taehyung smiled. "Really?"

Namjoon nodded. "And i can say for a fact that now, Jimin is whipped!" He said pointing towards where their boyfriends where. Jimin's head kept sticking out towards their direction anxiously waiting for their return.

Taehyung laughed to himself. "I guess you are right!"

"So, are you going to do it?"

Taehyung raised an eyebrow. "Do what?"

"Remember you told me you wanted to do something special for Jimin"

Taehyung remembered "Yeah...what do you suggest i do hyung"

Namjoon looked thoughtful. "Jimin is a lover of art and entertainment. Surely, try something along that line"

Taehyung smiled brightly "I think I've got it now"

They finally bought their food and when they returned to their table, Jin was frowning hard.

"What took you guys so long?" he queried.

Namjoon pecked his lover's cheek. "Sorry babe...me and Taehyung where just having a little talk"

Jin shrugged "Okay...let's just eat. I'm starving"

They ate together and spent the night talking until it got very late and they separated to their various abodes. Jimin and Taehyung spent more time together gazing at the stars, strolling around the dorm until they got tired and reluctantly had to go their separate ways.

The next few days where beautiful and if there where any doubts about their relationship before, the doubts certainly vanished when that evening, Taemin rushed into the department library out of breath where Jimin was doing his assignment, head bent in concentration. He grabbed Jimin's hand and started pulling him out of his seat.

"Yah, Taemin ah what's up?" Jimin groaned tiredness in his voice.

Taemin looked excited, his cheeks red as he pulled Jimin along with him abandoning his books.

"You've got to see this Jimin. It's so romantic!"

Jimin sighed and rolled his eyes. "What are you talking about?"

They ignored the librarian throwing them annoyed looks as they ran out of the library and climbed down the stairs.

Taemin let go of his hand when they where now in front of the building where a small crowd had gathered around Taehyung seating on a chair with a guitar in hand strumming a beautiful melody that Jimin had never heard before. Hoseok was standing there looking at Jimin with an envious smile as he slowly approached Taehyung. As soon as his eyes landed on Jimin, he flashed him a beautiful smile that sent Jimin's heart on fire.

Then he raised his beautiful deep baritone voice and started to sing.

When he finished singing, he got up from his seat and walked towards Jimin who was trying to fight back his tears.

"I know this might be too soon but I've known you since forever Jimin and i still don't know what i did to gain someone like you. i want the whole world to know that you are mine"

He went on his knees and everyone murmured softly. Jimin began to cry soft tears as Taehyung presented a box from his jacket and smiled.

"This might seem like a marriage proposal but it's more than that. I want to make a promise to you today that my heart will belong only to you. That when the time comes, I'm going to marry you and I'm going to treasure you forever. I'm never going to let you feel pain for being with me. I will be faithful to you till the end and i will be your forever"

"So Jimin, will you be my forever?"

Jimin nodded his head already too emotional to even speak as Taehyung opened the box where two beautiful silver plated rings rested cozily.

Applause was heard around them as they exchanged the rings. Taehyung stood up and wrapped his arms around Jimin's waist before brandishing his lips with one of the most passionate kisses they've ever had.

"I love you Tae but you're so embarrassing" Jimin whispered with a teasing glint in his eyes.

"You didn't have to do all these though in front of everyone!" he added.

"But you like it. I wrote it just for you" Taehyung murmured against his skin as their foreheads where pressed against each other.

Jimin couldn't deny it so he wrapped his arms tighter around Taehyung hiding his face in his chest because he was so embarrassed. From the corner of his eyes, he noticed Taemin flashing him a supportive smile and Hoseok giving them the thumbs up.

But amidst all these, they where unaware of two figures standing a few distance from them, watching the scene and frowning disapprovingly

"What a great love!" One of them muttered disdainfully.

"But we'll see how long it lasts" The other said and the two figures shared a brutish laughter.
