This is the boring part....
Okay
1. Cussing is allowed. I mean this is normal society for goodness sake. Just censor it like this: b*tch
2. Hate the character, not the roleplayer. Where would a story be without villains?
3. NO MARY SUES OR GARY SUES!!!!! Everyone has flaws. It's what makes us human.
4. NO OVERPOWERED CHARACTERS! This is probably what annoys me the most. For goodness sake, no one is invincible!  
5. If you can't be a certain rank, then I'm sorry, I can't make exceptions for one person. Just choose another rank.
6. No god-modding! Please! 
7.You cannot make people do what you want. You cannot control their characters.
8. No killing people without permission. You can injure them badly but no killing unless the person wants you to.
9. I'm sorry but no supernatural creatures. The only non-humans are clones. (Possibly AIs... I'm still debating that one)
10. Roleplay in third person. It's so much easier.
11. Please use proper grammer. I want to be able to read those sentences... If you just don't know how to use some grammar, then fine but at least make an effort.
12. Chain comments and tag role-playing are both allowed.
13. Make a female and male characters... I don't want an overload of one gender.
14. If you break these rules I'll give you a strike. Three strikes and your out.
15. Put the word 'Bop' in your form if you have read this.
16. If you're doing you know what, please do it in a chain comment and put this in the starting comment; ♥ There are still innocent people here!
17. If someone doesn't want to do something that they feel uncomfortable with, then don't make them do it. The person who feels uncomfortable with it, just tell the person (or people) you're role-playing with that.

If you have any ideas for a storyline then please please tell me! I'll do my best to fit it into my own storyline and I'll help you with it.
