Australia :

Jinks was determined that anyhow he will do some digging for information he was tired of not knowing what is happening with his bestie. He knew that Harry and Jassi knows something about Ro and the current situation which they are hiding very well from everyone. So he decided that tomorrow anyhow he will get some answers before team leaves for practice.

Next day :

Jinks got ready and left his room to start his mission. He knew who he has to target and get answers after some threatening. He internally chuckled thinking how being with Virat was rubbing on him.

He was walking in corridor when he saw his target coming from opposite side and he causally strolled towards him and greeted saying " Good morning Harry , are you going down for breakfast ?"

So yes Jink's target was Hardik . Jinks thought he could easily manipulate Harry or blackmail him to get answers out of him. Hardik unaware of jinks motive nodded his head and said " Good morning Jinksy and Yes I'm going down for breakfast "

" Chalo I'm also going down only let's walk together " said Jinks smiling.

" Yes let's go " Hardik replied.

Jinks and Hardik were walking towards restaurant. When jinks thought it is right time so he casual spoke " Hardik , what you and Jassi were talking yesterday regarding call, who called Ro , and what happened ?"

Hardik was shock for a split second but composing himself  and pretending that he was clueless about what Jinks is asking , said " What call Jinks ? What are you talking about? " 

And Hardik for the first time did something sneakily without being caught was to message Jassi telling him about Jinks questioning him.

Jinks stern voice made him snap his head out of his phone. And he heard Jinks asking " I very well know you and Jassi are hiding something or shall I say many things which are regarding Ro and don't even try denying it I have heard you guys whispers to each other so many time , so now I'm asking you again nicely about what calls you were talking , who called Ro that made him sad ."

Hardik didn't knew what to say or do as he was scared that Jinks has being spying on them, did Jinks know more about their secret which was meant to be kept hidden as it was not his secret to tell anyone , he didn't wanted to break their promise which they made before leaving MI camp. He thinking what to say and said first thing which came to his mind " See Jinks even if I tell you it will be half information which will be useless for you"

Jinks narrowed his eyes at Hardik and said " I don't care  how much you know , you better tell me it now or I'll have to use some others ways "

This made Hardik cock his eyebrows and ask in challenging tone " What others ways Jinks???? "

Jinks shrugged and said " I have some ways but for starters how about me telling Virat that you broke his favourite mug while playing in his room and pretended that Kul broke it "

Hardik was shocked that Jinks , the ever silent and sensible person is blackmailing him. " See Jinks don't tell Virat anything he will make me run Extra laps tomorrow , but seriously I don't know who called Ro that day I just know he received 2 calls which made him sad."

Jinks narrowed his eyes at Hardik and said " How do I believe you aren't making it up again just to avoid telling the truth to me."

Before Hardik could say anything they heard someone say " Believe him bhaiya , he isn't lying this time , he sure don't know anything about calls as he was out on beach"

They turned to find Jassi standing there  and Hardik took a sigh of relief knowing Jassi will handle everything.

Jinks shakes his head and said " I didn't expect you of all people to lie Jassi "

" But bhaiya I didn't lie anything , I'm just telling you truth , that day Hardik went to beach with Krunal and I was playing with Sammy when Sky came and told me Ro bhaiya received call from home which sounded serious and got him sad also  and when we (Sky and Jassi) went there Polly told us to give them some alone time and to come  back after 10mins with water so we left them alone.And if you still feel I'm lying I can swear on Bhaiya if you want " said Jassi and he thought ' I can take Bhaiya's swear right it's not like I'm lying  , I'm just not telling Jinks Bhaiya everything from that night so I'm not lying I'm just saying half truth---' jassi rambled in his mind when he was brought back by Jinks voice.

" What might have happened at Ro's house " thought out aloud jinks.

Jassi and Hardik were just looking at eachother. When Virat came running from restaurant saying " Jinks Jinks come see this news article " and dragged Jinks to table were Jaddu and everyone were sitting.

" What news article Virat that you had to drag me all the way inside " asked Jinks.

Virat showed the laptop screen to Jinks so he could read.

Once Jinks was done reading his mind as if connected dots and he looked directly at Jassi who just nodded his head confirming Jinks that what he is thinking is true. ' That Ro was upset because he had got the news about his father but why didn't he told anyone of them '

Jassi as if reading Jinks mind said to him in whispers " Bhaiya didn't wanted any media attention on his family and uncles health was recovering well but suddenly he became serious that was reason Vish bhaiya called Ro bhaiya to inform. After that bhaiya was in contact with Vish bhaiya everyday."

Before Jinks could reply to Jassi they heard Virat's shouts saying " THIS IDIOT , STUPID PERSON COULDN'T INFORM US THAT UNCLE WAS NOT WELL BUT WAIT IF HE WAS ALLOWED TO GO BACK TO INDIA AND JOIN NCA MEANS MANAGEMENT KNEW ABOUT IT AND THEY DIDN'T FEEL LIKE INFORMING THE CAPTAIN OF THE TEAM " by end of it virat was furious beyond limit with both Rohit and the management.

And before anyone can response Virat saw Ravi shastri coming there so he jumped towards him asking " Did you know that Rohit's dad has tested positive and that was the reason he didn't travel with the team ."

Shastri sighed and said " Virat please calm down I'll tell you everything I know but first you relax. "

Taking deep breath Virat relaxed a bit and sat down and said " See I'm relax, now Ravi Bhai please tell us what you know "

Ravi Shastri looked at everyone's questioning eyes and started saying " firstly I would like to confirm I just got to know everything from someone so don't go all crazy on me and secondly Yes Rohit had informed management about his dad's health issue. And his injury update were regularly coming as Nitin is MI's physio so he use to share daily updates which were not shared with you,  Virat  nor with me and the main thing management was never gonna add Rohit in white ball series , they were willing to add him in red ball as your leave was accepted so they needed him in red ball and with him playing for his team in IPL , the pressure increased on selector to add him in team so they came up with saying he was not fully fit to  be added in the white ball series and they even made Rohit say that he was not fully fit that is the reason he was in NCA at the moment but in reality Rohit wanted to visit his father once so he asked them permission which he got but they made a deal saying he had to tell everyone he himself opted to rest in white ball series and also had to complete his rehab in NCA then give fitness test then only he can fly to Australia and later will have to go under strict quarantine as per Australians rules and he was also asked to loose some weight .This was what I got to know."

Whole table had gone silent as everyone tried to grasp the information which was thrown on them.

Hardik was calmly noticing everyone , he thought Virat looks like he can kill anyone that moment so better not try anything with him today then he looked at Jinks who was still calm but was  trying to process all information then he just turned towards Jassi and boy by look of his face Hardik thought Ro it's time I'll say ' I told you so ' and he just silently slipped from there and Went in his room to call someone and his call was answered earlier than he thought.

So shrinking he said " Hey bRo , I think I can finally say ' I told you so ' regarding telling Jassi before hand about your deal with selectors"

" Hello to you too Hardik , it would have been nice if you had first greeted rather than rubbing in my face that Jassi knew something which I had hidden from him, but tell me how did he came to know about this , did you drunk confessed him that you knew and he didn't " asked Rohit.

" Wow Ro rather than being greatful that I'm being helpful here , by giving you some important information but you are being a jerk to me , so now go I won't tell you that not only jassi but the whole team knows what that selectors did to you " huffed Hardik.

" What Hardik , how did whole team came to know this " asked shock Rohit.

" Why should I tell you , you were being jerk to me just now , I should just leave you to deal with everyone " said Hardik shrugging his shoulders.

" Hardik my boy , you love your bRo right please tell how they all came to know , how about I gift you that Addidas jacket which you liked so much." Said Rohit in pleading tone.

" You will give me your favourite jacket and won't take it back " asked Hardik.

" Yes I promise , I'll give you my favourite jacket and won't ask it back ever pakka , now please tell me what happened there and how they got to know please " said Rohit.

" Okay then listen ---" Hardik explained everything that happened since morning how Jinks was questioning him , then how Jassi Dodged telling whole truth and then Virat showing that article and revelation made by Ravi Bhai.

Rohit was listening everything calmly that Hardik in between had to make sure he was listening asking " is he there" only to get response " yes carry on".

Once Hardik was done explaining he heard Rohit say " Thanks Hardik for informing me of the coming storm , I won't only have to deal with Jassi but surely Vi or Ajju too or maybe both of them will call , for first time I'm happy that you were snooping around that day when I told Polly and DJ about deal and atleast I have someone to help me."

(Writer: If you don't know DJ, let me tell you DJ means Dhanajay , he is Data Analyst for Mumbai Indians till now and he use to be Data Analyst for team India too till 2019 and he kinda one of close friends of Ro )

" Woaah Ro I never thought you will be happy about something I do and about snooping on You and Polly is my right , so I'm not sorry  and it's Jassi's fault that he didn't accompany me that day or else he would have also known about the deal. Anyway Ro I know you need my help so I'll help you and get some more information about what is happening here. So detective Harry is going on duty , I'll report you in half and an hour." And hangs up the call before giving Rohit any chance to reply.
