The group of the elderly

Walk trepidly on the ground,

The decision they made

Will mess with the fates, 

Of all the males in the clan.
 

With lots of thought and research

They had brainstormed and come to one

Decision--the women will lead

The patriarchal roles indeed
 

Every girl, woman will be given a chance

At the leadership of the clan, 

This is equality at its finest

The elders hoped to arrest, 

Discrimination prevalent amongst the sexes 

Male or female, they are born human,

Talent and capability see no gender.
