Sunlight poked through the trees that loomed overhead, shining a gentle light on the leafy bed laying in the clearing in the forest that had been carefully created by Pokémon living in the trees and bushes. Pikipek and Tailow chirped in harmony as they looked down at the lump wrapped in a mossy blanket that lay in the leafy bed from a high-up tree branch. Sentret, Furret, and plenty other Pokémon peeked through holes in the bushes surrounding the clearing as they silently watched the forest's guardian, Celebi, look over whatever was in the blanket that it had made.

A louder rustling in tree branches was heard by Celebi. It immediately looked up to see who was there. From the darkness of the blocked-out forest emerged Meganium, the forest's other guardian and Celebi's close friend.

"Ah, Meganium!" Celebi exclaimed happily. It was always excited to see one of its friends, especially at joyous times like this.

Meganium smiled and sweetly said, "How is the child doing? Do the others know yet?" She looked over at the blanket, which was bobbing up and down.

Celebi replied as he flew over to Meganium and circled her, "Oh, she's just fine! But I haven't told the rest of the forest yet. I don't know how they'd like it if a human lived here."

There were a few gasps made by listening Pokémon hiding in bushes close by and some murmurs and whispers. Celebi heard them a bit and started to look annoyed.

Celebi landed down on the ground smoothly and crossed it's arms as it said, "Alright, guys, you can come out." The Pokémon started to emerge from the bushes and crouch down in sorrow and embarrassment in front of Celebi and Meganium. "Guys, you can't just listen to us!" Celebi wasn't happy.

The Pokémon replied in monotone voices in different time, "Sorry, Celebi, Meganium."

Celebi just stared for a moment but smiled and said, "Oh, I can't stay mad at you guys!" He flew back up, did a loop, and circled around the crowd. "It's a good thing you know about the human in the forest! Now no one has to worry about it!"

Meganium rolled her eyes and thought, "Wow, Celebi is so kind, too kind. Too kind for its own good! One of these days it won't be okay to keep forgiving!"

A Gumshoos from the crowd spoke up, "But Celebi, why is there a human here?" Celebi replied with a sigh, "I don't really know, we just found the child here in the forest one day." An Ursarang said, "Who will watch the child if we have nowhere to leave it?" Celebi giggled, "Who better then me?" Meganium whispered, "Oh no," and smiled a bit. She knew things were going to get crazy around the forest.

Celebi looked over the child a bit more and then turned to face the crowd as it said, "We shall name her Krystal, and she will be my child."
