Chapter Seven.

"Hello Sebastian." An all too familiar voice said.

Sebastian's eyes widened as he turned to face the owner of the voice. "C-ciel?" He said stuttering, for the first time in his unlife.

Mollie raised a brow at the name, knowing it sounded familiar, but she could not remember exactly where it was from.

A grin grew across Ciel's face as he nodded his head. "Surprised are we? Indeed, it is I."

Sebastian stared speechless, trying to put the pieces together. How was he still alive? He thought. He ate his soul, he should be dead.

"But I, I ate your soul. You should not be here, you should be dead." He said.

Ciel started to chuckle at Sebastian's confusion. "Indeed, you did devour my soul, and it was quite painful, but I am much still alive." He said.

"But how?" Sebastian asked.

"I am not alive as a human, but as a demon." Ciel said.

Sebastian narrowed his eyes. "Hannah." He whispered.

"You are correct Sebastian, Alois made a contract with Hannah when his soul was in my body. His wish would be that you were to eat my soul, but I would live for eternity as a demon." Ciel explained.

"That does not explain why you are here, should you not be in hell?" Mollie said, asking the question she and Sebastian both wondered.

"And you must be Sebastian's new master, where are my manners. I am Ciel Phantomhive, it is a pleasure to meet you." Ciel said.

Mollie's eyes widened as she suddenly remembered where that name was from. "You're Ciel?" She asked.

Ciel nodded his head. "Yes, my lady."

"Then that means," she began.

"Yes, I used to be the human party to Sebastian's latest contract. How are you enjoying my fortune Mollie?" He said, a bit coldly.

"Oh, well I," she stuttered. "T-thank you Ciel."

"You are welcome, and to answer your question as to why I am here and not in hell, well see for yourself." Ciel said as he directed his attention behind Sebastian and Mollie.

Mollie's eyes grew wide as she looked at the man standing before them.

"F-father?" She whispered with eyes the size of the moon.

"I would like the both of you to meet my master, Damien." Ciel said as he stood by his side in a bow.

"Mollie?" Damien asked, shocked as well.

"Your new master is my father? Why?" Mollie asked.

"My apologies my lady, but by the ties of our contact, I am not obligated to release that information to you or anyone." Ciel explained.

"I see, well father, it looks like we both have thrown our futures away carelessly." She chuckled, still surprised at his sudden appearance.

"Yes dear, it would appear so." Her father said.

Mollie's face suddenly lit up with anger. "Do not call me that father. You have no right to do so."

Sebastian and Ciel could smell the anger rolling off of her, giving off a lovely, sweet scent.

"Mollie, honey, I don't understand, why ever not?" He asked, taken back by her words.

"Why ever not? You know the answer father. I should not have to explain it to you, you bastard." She said harshly.

Damien's eyes widened at her words, then his face seemed to melt with anger.

"Do not address your father in such a way!" He shouted. He threw his hand back, ready to strike her, but Sebastian suddenly appeared behind him and held his wrist.

"What is the meaning of this!" Damien shouted.

"I will not allow you to lay your filthy hands on my master." Sebastian said, malice dripping from his voice.

"Release me at once, Ciel!" He shouted once more.

Ciel stepped and filled the gap between them, placing his own hand on Sebastian's forearm.

"I suggest you take your hands off of my master, Sebastian, unless you want your arm ripped from it's socket." Ciel said.

Sebastian furrowed his brows in anger.

"Sebastian, I did not order you to let go." Mollie said stern for the first time since their contract had began.

"But master, he will rip my arm off if I continue." Sebastian said with a chuckle, his words filled to the brim with sarcasm.

"Fine. Let us leave now." She said as she began to walk away.

Sebastian released his death grip on Damien's arm and placed a hand over his heart with a bow.

"Of course, my lady." He said as he followed behind her.

As they were leaving, Damien whispered something inaudible to Ciel, but Sebastian heard it none the less.

He brushed it off and held the door open for Mollie. When they were in the carriage, Mollie sat as quiet as ever and folded her slender arms across her chest.

"Master, are you alright?" Sebastian asked.

"I told you not to call me that Sebastian." Mollie said, not looking up.

"My apologies, Mollie, are you alright?" He asked once more, correcting himself.

"Yes, I am fine." She simply said.

"Forgive me Mollie, but you do not appear so. Would you like to talk about it?" He said.

Mollie lifted her head as tears began to roll down her face. "How could he?" She asked quietly, but loud enough so Sebastian could hear her.

Mollie suddenly felt two strong arms envelope her in warmth. "Shh, it is alr-." He whispered, but cut himself off.

Mollie's eyes suddenly widened, as did Sebastian's. As soon as he felt her touch, some strange feeling shot between the two.

It was a sense that Sebastian had never experienced before, nor had Mollie.
