Chapter One.
Sebastian sighed to himself as he paced along the cold, stone sidewalks that made up the majority of the travel routes in East London. He had been walking for what had seemed like an hour or so, he could be running at the inhuman speed he was so accustom to, but he had just consumed a meal never to be forgotten. That meal consisted of the delectable soul of his former master, Ciel Phantomhive.
Over the years, Sebastian's appetite for the poor Earl's soul grew stronger with each given day like a never ending flame. A flame that would finally be extinguished in soon time.
A smirk grew widely across the demons gracious features as he licked his soft, pale lips. Sebastian was aware of the taste, but he was completely oblivious to how delicious it truly was. Yes, Ciel Phantomhives soul was a rare, fine soul. It could easily drive a demon to insanity.
Many had fought over it, but in the end, Sebastian was reigned victorious. He did not spare the boys feelings, for he ripped his soul to tiny shreds, bit by bit. He made sure he were to enjoy and devour the entire thing, down to the last drop. Ciel was sure to put up a fight, but to Sebastian's surprise, he lay underneath him and did not move a single muscle. Although complete and utter fear was evident in his eyes, he dare not allow Sebastian to see it on his face. His pride was far too great for that, he was a noble after all, a noble of evil.
Sebastian's grin grew even wider as he shoved his gloved hands into the pockets of his trench coat. His mouth seemed to salivate as the reoccurring thoughts played through his mind like a broken record. As he was strolling along the streets, he took the time to take in his surroundings and gather his thoughts.
He was currently trecking through the lower end of East London, peacefully watching as the fresh pillows of snow fell and made their way to the ground in plush, cold mounds. The snow had really started to pick up, for the nearby rooftops were already scattered with the white fluff.
It was rather cold, but the weather outside was irrelevant to Sebastian. Although he was accustom to the smothering heat of the underworld, he was completely unphased by the chilly weather he was experiencing.
"What ever shall I do now?" He asked himself aloud, leaving small clouds of breath in the air. "My contract has come to an end, and I find that I have no one else to serve. Perhaps I shall travel, but to where?" He shook his head slightly, but suddenly, he had stopped walking, for an idea came to mind.
"Maybe it is time I find myself a new master, perhaps someone a little more of my taste. I believe I would like a little spice this time around." He chuckled lightly.
He began walking again as thoughts of an array of potential masters ran through his head.
"Oh," he said to himself. "Maybe I'll-" but he was soon cut off.
A blood curdling shreik was heard from about a block away and Sebastian decided to investigate. When he rounded the corner, he was met with a sight that made him sick to his stomach.
The shreik he had heard was coming from a young girl that appeared to be around the age of twenty two. She was surrounded by three ghastly men while one of them was on top of her taking advantage of her. Almost every article of clothing she was wearing had been cast aside carelessly.
Sebastian took a breath as a multitude of smells filled his nose and danced around his senses. Soured and evil souls, the overwhelming smell of alcohol, and the smell of a pure sweet soul, filled the air.
Sebastian narrowed his eyes as he watched the scene unfold before him.
"Please, stop. I beg you. Leave me be!" The girl shouted as she attempted to fight off the men, but they were far stronger than she could ever hope to be.
The man on top of her, with a rather large, protruding stomach, lifted his hand before her and struck her across the cheek. The girl clung to her face as warm tears threatened to fall from her eyes, but she knew she could not show them weakness.
"I said leave me alone!" She screamed after gathering a bit of courage, and punched the man square in the jaw.
The man's head cracked to the side and he stared off in the distance for a moment.
"I'll kill you, you bitch!" The man shouted as he returned the punch. The blow, meant for her jaw as well, was received right in her left eye.
The man pulled away from her as the other two practically pounced on top of her. She shivered as a gust of wind blew against her nearly bare body.
"What am I going to do? These men are forcing themselves on me and I am all out of options. I can not fight them, I am far too weak." She thought as the men crawled all over her like nasty bugs.
She slumped against the brick wall of the building behind her and accepted the situation.
When she thought all hope was lost, she suddenly remembered something. "Back when I was in school, I remember over hearing a conversation. They were speaking of some sort of mythical creature. What was the name?" She thought. "A demon? Yes. But how do you summon them? Of course! A spell. But what was it?"
One of the men attempted to force a kiss on her, but he was displeased. "What the hell Brady, she isn't fighting back like you bloody promised!" One of the men shouted, pulling the girl out of her thoughts.
"Shut the hell up Ben, just get her while she's down you idiot!" The other man retorted.
Sebastian watched the men unamused and shook his head. "This is an utter waste of my time." He thought.
He turned his heels on the cold concrete and began to walk away.
"Hoheo Taralna Rondero Tarel!" The girl shouted spontaneously.
Sebastian stopped dead in his tracks as he slowly turned his head towards the girl.
"Hoheo Taralna Rondero Tarel!" She shouted once more.
The three men looked to each other confused and shook their heads.
"What the hell is she screaming about Brady!" Ben shouted.
Brady struck her cheek again and began shouting.
"Shut the hell up!" He said with another slap.
"This is just excellent." She thought as she closed her eyes."That was my last hope, of course something as silly as a demon is not going to show u-"
She was quickly pulled out of her thoughts when the clanking of heels sounded through the air.
"Silly are we? Well that is most certainly a new one." A deep, musky voice called out.
The girl looked around frantically and realized the world around her was black, and the men were gone.
"W-who is there?" She called out, with a hint of fear lacing her voice as she attempted to cover her nearly bare body.
"You called for a demon, did you not?" The voice questioned.
The girl nodded slowly with a 'gulp'. "Y-yes I did."
"Very well, then I shall get right to it. Would you like to form a contract?" The demon asked.
The girl looked down at the bruises on her body for a moment. Suddenly, something snapped inside her, she was no longer afraid. It was like a fire was lit within her.
"Yes!" She shouted as she stood from the ground. "I would like to form a contract!"
"Excellent, my lady." The demon whispered devilishly as he stepped towards her. "What is your name?"
"Mollie, Mollie Alexavier, and yours is?" She asked.
The demon stepped out from the darkness, revealing himself, causing Mollie to back up a little.
His hair was slate black, along with his long, talon like nails that were pointed at the end. On his head sat two sharp horns and a mouth that was filled with razor like fangs. His eyes were bright, ruby red that were somewhat hypnotic, and his skin was a light ash grey.
"Sebastian Michaelis, my lady. But,my master has the option the change it if she would like." He explained.
Mollie shook her head."No, Sebastian is fine."
"Very well, what are the terms of the contract?" Sebastian asked.
That feeling Mollie had just felt returned once more as she thought about those men.
"I want you to dispose of those vile, sickening men that took advantage of me. Kill them, eat their souls, do whatever you'd like. I just want them wiped off from this planet." She ordered.
"I do not desire something so cheap, my taste in souls is far more refound that that." Sebastian said with a chuckle. "Is there anything else you would like to include in our contract?" He asked.
Mollie thought for a moment. "Yes, actually, there is." She said.
Sebastian motioned for her to go on.
"I want you to kill my father."
Sebastian's hunger slowly returned with the last sentence she spoke. A soul that has been tormented grows more delectable by the day, and her soul had clearly seen a lot.
Sebastian licked his lips as he began to lean down on one knee. As he knealt, his terrifying form was replaced with the shilouete of a pale man in a butler's uniform. Mollie watched in amazement as this took place.
Sebastian placed a hand over his heart in a respectful way and smirked.
"Yes, my lady."
