Tai POV
I wake up in the morning to find the bed empty except for myself. I swing myself over the side, stretching my back before working my way over to the large walk in closet. 
After opening the doors I am greeted with rows of expensive and..... revealing clothes.  After a long while I finally settle on a dark blue outfit. The shoulders were slightly exposed, but it was not as bad as most of the others. 

I change, before working my way out of the bedroom and picking my way around the castle. 

"Now where's the damn kitchen?" I mutter, my stomach growling, if almost on cue. I pick up on the undeniable scent of maple syrup and pancakes wafting in from a nearby room. I walk in to see Matt flipping pancakes and grinning like an idiot. I smile, hugging him from behind.

"Good morning, dear. Did you sleep well?" 

"Yes. Although the bed was rather cold when I woke up" I tease, shoving him playfully before sitting down at a nearby table.

He turns, setting down a plate of pancakes and a mug of hot cocoa. I rest my elbow on the table. Yes, I know it's not very... queen-like. But What do you expect me to do? I often had to fight the others to get any food, so manners were never necessary. I smile lovingly as he sets his plate down across from me. Today is going to be a good day. I can feel it.
