Can I Also Call You 'Hyung'?

JIMIN.

5:15am. Jimin entered the school and saw someone running towards him.

"Festival of Talents will be next month. We should practice frequently to make it to the Finals."

"I got it." Jimin responded to his co-member and received the brochure given.

"So in order to reach the goal, we should have a choreographer."

"Can't Jaegi help us?"

"He'll help us. But only one choreographer isn't enough, Jimin, and we need a best one."

"Then who will?"

"Don't worry, we already have. Go see him at the dance studio. Maybe he's already there."

"Ok. Then I'll gotta go." Jimin went his way through the dance studio when he saw Yoongi eating ramen at the open court bleachers. He decided to approach Yoongi before going where he should go.

"Min Yoongi sunbae-nim! Hi!" his high pitched voice echoed through the court as he happily greeted his sunbae. Yoongi turned his gaze towards the younger and offered his ramen, "Spicy, you want?"

"No thanks, I'm full. Why so early sunbae-nim?"

"I have a report to present later so I came early to get prepared."

"Oh... Right, you'll gonna be a businessman soon."

"Whatever." Yoongi rolled his eyes to him, Jimin laughed of what the elder just acted.

"You're so cute sunbae-nim."

"Shut up."

"Really!"

"Go away. Go make your own business."

"What kind of business?"

"Your dance chu-chu."

"Ohh.. I thought you want me to make a business like a restaurant or bakeshoppe."

"Tss. Shoo."

"Ok, ok. I'll go now. See you around sunbae-nim!"

"Bye." Yoongi blew his hot and spicy ramen while coated himself with such a thick sweater. The winter's coming and everyone can feel it, literally.

Jimin entered the dance studio and the music is beating loud, saw an unfamiliar guy dancing in the rythm of the enjoyable music. He lay down his bag and sat on the floor to observe the dancing guy.

"You can join me if you want." The guy said while dancing, the sweat dripping down the floor, that surprised Jimin how could he speak normally without panting...

"Maybe later." He responded. He's shy that his dancing skill might not good enough compared to this guy so he stayed still. The music stopped and so the dancing guy, and took a drink of water.

"Are you our new choreographer?" He asked.

"How did you know?"

"You're a good dancer. Have you been into competitions already?"

"A lot. The latest competition I've been was last week, and I won. You know I stopped studying since I join numerous contests, then this school discovered me and invited me to study here as a dance varsity. And it surprised me that I'll be one of the choreographer for this school's representative for the Festival of Talents."

"Woah..." Jimin expressed, amazed, "But, where are your parents? Aren't they supporting you?"

"They... They abandoned me. Since I started high school. They left me in my Aunt's place, but when I entered college, I decide to live on my own. I applied any jobs I can, and followed my dreams. But joining competitions isn't enough for my living, especially my studies, so I stopped." The guy laughed cheerfully, " I talked too much. Sorry."

"No, it's okay." Jimin smiled and sat near him, "I also talk too much even to the people I just met. That why I trust easily on someone."

"Right."

"What's your name?" Jimin asked.

"Jung Hoseok. Yours?"

"I'm Park Jimin."

Hoseok nodded, " I guess you're younger..."

"I'm 18. So I guess you're elder?"

"Yes. I'm 19. And I'm still a sophomore."

"Wah! Can I call you Hoseok hyung?"

"Of course!"

Hoseok hyung danced gracefully infront of him and they both laughed, he was grateful that his Hoseok hyung taught him little things about dancing.

---

"Invite your friends." Yoongi told him.

"Why?"

"Basketball."

"Uh... I don't think they know that game." he doubted.

"Tss. Then they're stupid. Basketball's a common sport. Impossible they don't know how to play it."

"Okay, wait for me here, I'm gonna call them to come over."

He ran upstairs where his friend's classroom located at the voice major class. He searched for Taehyung but he's not there. He went to the other building and saw Taehyung standing infront of the auditorium hall.

"Taehyung-ah!" He called the boy, "What are you doing there?"

"Waiting for Jungkook to come out."

"You've been following him lately, Tae."

"I really want to see him, Chim! But he never notice me everytime I approach him."

"Maybe because he doesn't talk to strangers."

"What? So it means I'm a stranger to him? We have the same course, just different majors, why he doesn't give attention to me this time..."

"It's okay, Tae, maybe because he's very busy, that's why..." Jimin tapped his friend's shoulders, "Let's just see him later, Tae, can you come with me?"

"Where?"

"At the basketball court?"

"You'll play basketball?"

"Nah. My sunbae told me to invite my friends, so I looked for you." They walked together to go to the court.

"Who's that sunbae, Chim?"

"Min Yoongi sunbaenim of Business Ad."

Taehyung stopped his pace, "W-wait, what? Min Yoongi?"

"Yeah, why? You know him? Wait, did you recognized him before that time when you asked me for a ticket?"

"No, I didn't saw him that time. But he is my Yoongi hyung who is staying at my place."

"Y-your Yoongi... hyung..." Jimin repeated, "You call him 'hyung' ."

"Of course, he's elder than us."

"Why is he staying at your place?"

"He said he'd been into problems about his family, so he stayed with me for the time being."

"He ran away from home?"

"Maybe like that. I don't know but I'm glad Yoongi hyung came. I'm not alone anymore, Chim."

Jimin nodded and smiled, "Good for you."

"Jimin-ah!" a voice from behind called his name. He turned around and saw Hoseok running towards their direction, "What's up?"

"We're going to the basketball court, you wanna come?"

"Great! I'm free today. Then let's go!" Hoseok excitedly said and walked with them.

Taehyung, on his left, went near his ear and whispered, "Who is he, Chim?"

"He's our choreographer."

"So he's your classmate? But why I'm seeing him for the first time?"

"He just enrolled. And he's a dance varsity."

"Woah, that's cool. If only I can be a voice varsity."

"There's no such thing like that existed here in our school, Tae."

"Don't worry, If I'll be the president someday, I'll make it a law."

Jimin chuckled, "I don't know where should I place your craziness, Tae."

When they arrived at the court, they saw Yoongi shooting a ball and another guy sitting on the benches.

"Hi! I'm Hoseok!" Hoseok greeted the sittting guy.

"Namjoon." They shook hands and talked.

"Yoongi hyung!" Taehyung called Yoongi so the elder stopped dribbling and turned around.

"Taehyung." He casually said and walked towards them.

"Yoongi sunbae-nim, Annyeonghaseyo." Jimin greeted and smiled.

Can I also call you 'hyung' ?

Taehyung went near Namjoon and Hoseok and joined their topic, so this is the chance for Jimin to speak something to Yoongi.

"Uh, sunbae-nim... I don't know how to play basketball. Can you teach me?"

Yoongi smirked and gave a single nod, "A piece of cake." The elder hooked his arm on his shoulders and they walked together near the basketball ring. "You should be quick on reaction time."

"Reaction time? How? By looking on the ticking time?"

"No. Reaction. Speed. You should be fast before anyone grab and take the ball away from your grip."

I should be fast. Before anyone could take it away from MY grip.
