Everyone was settled in ward where Karan was laying unconscious after his small surgery which nandini did to take out the bullet.karan's hand and one leg was fractured and his back had small injury which will took approx 2 months to get heal. It was almost 5 O'clock in the morning and everyone was just exhausted.

Ram-Ishita,raj neyonika and varun went back home. They were going to take myrah too but she was hell bent and didn't agree to leave from hospital.

So now, only manan,cavya ,arav, aradhya and Mrudula was there, waiting for Karan to get up.

Nandini with lots of difficulties made myrah eat some food which neyonika and ishita made at home and send it through driver and now myrah was fast asleep in nandini's arms who was kissing her head and cheeks every now and then.

Nandini looked at myrah and then told Manik softly - she is looking so tired manii, we should have sent her home.

Manik-(lowly) yeah but what's the use? She might have cried more there and got sick. It's okay if she wants to stay here, atleast she will be Infront of my eyes.

Manik was still not over the fact that because of him, Karan got a bullet and myrah saw all those evil things. He was continuously blaming himself, cursing himself in his mind and still was not ready to talk to anyone. He already made up his mind on how to torcher those 3. Manik was angry to this extent that he was hating the fact that mukti is his real sister and dhruliya were his best friends. But for now he just wanted Karan to wake up and give him his loving smile which always makes his heart flutter in happiness.

Nandini knew about it and tried talking with him but this time he is just not ready to open up so even nandini let it go for now thinking once he will see both myrah and Karan back in their jolly mood after,he will be fine too. She saw how aarav and myrah was planning to make Karan happy when he will wake up when she was making her eat food. She too was too tired with all this and for now just wanted to see her children all happy and healthy.

Mrudula was continuasly staring at Karan, waiting for him to wake up and open his eyes just for once. She was way too scared, already she has phobia of blood and when she saw karan covered in it, she lost it. Only she knew, how she controlled herself at that time as she knew right karan needs treatment and she just can't loose her sanity just like that but now she can't handle more and wanted to crash in his arms and cry out loud.

Aarav on the other hand was thinking of ways to torture dhruliya and pandit. He didn't went home not only for Karan but also cause he knew,he will loose his shit if he saw Diya and mukti. He was controlling himself with all his strength but still he was determined enough that he won't leave those devils.

Aradhya was more concerned about aarav and Karan, as she knows how aarav easily loose his shit when it comes to his family and Especially Karan. She was scared he might do something really awful with Diya and Mukti that's why even she was fine by this fact that he is not going home tonight. At the same time, seeing her brother like this on hospital bed was breaking her heart bit by bit.

Myrah opened her eyes slowly after a short nap and looked at nandini innocently. While Nandini when felt someone's gaze, she looked down and saw her princess awake.

Nandini- (lovingly removing her hair from her forehead) you are up my baby? Had a good sleep? Are you hungry? You ate so little, come I'll feed you more.

Myrah-(nodding in no) nooo, I don't want to eat anything. Why bhaiyu is not up yet? Tell him to wake up. Myrah is a bad girl na mumma?

Everyone gives small smile listening her sweet talks but last line made them frown while now Manik took her in her arms and asked.

Manik-no pumpkin who said this?

Myrah- (tearly) because I know those 3 monsters hit bhaiyu cause of me. Bhaiyu forcefully send me with them out of the room too when they were beating me. They hit bhaiyu so much papaji. Punish them

Manik couldn't speak anything cause of the lump which formed in his throat listening her while aarav fisted his hands tightly making his knuckles go white.

Nandini- myrah, you trust your papaji na?

Myrah nodded in yes making Nandini continued

Nandini- then don't worry. He will punish them badly okay? Till that time you make your bhaiyu happy, make him laugh. You know if he will be happy na, he will get well soon. Hmm?

She said last line naughtily making myrah giggles which made everyone's heart swell with happiness and content.

At the same time everyone heard low whimper and all ran towards karan to see him trying to open his eyes.

Aarav immediately holds him and Nandini pressed his head lightly to let go of the pain. While manik put his hands above his eyes to block the light hitting directly on him and myrah jumped like a baby bear on bed trying to look at Karan's face which was hidden under Manik and nandini's hands.

Once karan was settled, he opened his eyes to see everyone standing there with worry in their eyes. He give them small smile but soon a frown appeared on his face.

Cabir- (worriedly) what happened Karan?

Karan- (confusingly in a low whisper) am I alive or everyone of us is in heaven?

A small chuckled left everyone's mouth and that's when myrah decided to took over. How can her brother be so dumb? That's what she thought after listening him.

Myrah-(pouting angrily) how can you be so dumb bhaiyu?

Aarav- (chuckling) yeah, you actually thought you are dead after waking up?

Myrah-(glaring at aarav) not because of this.

Nandini-( frowning) then?

Manik covered his mouth with hands as he knew something hilarious is coming from this mini monster's mouth.

Myrah-(looking at Karan) how can you be in heaven if this temple guy is present here? He is literally the gatekeeper of hell.

And next moment only Manik picked myrah up before aarav could hit her and everyone started laughing leaving sulking aarav.

Aarav-(glaring) and who are you? Daughter of Satan?

Manik-(furiously) what do you mean temple guy? Do I look like a Satan?

Nandini-(smiling extra sweetly) not Satan, but for sure you look lik monster. Huh, monkey Malhotra.

Manik glares at her to which she showed him her toungue.

Due to all laughing and giggling Karan accidentally turned on his left side and a hiss escaped his mouth.

Nandini immediately cups his cheeks and asked worriedly- are you okay?

Karan-(smiling) yaa maa don't worry. ( Then he turned towards myrah) when I opened my eyes I first saw you, that's why thought I'm in heaven.

Myrah-( cutely) ohh, then I can understand. It's okay only humans like us can make mistakes unlike some temple guys.

Aarav-(hissing) I am temple guy doesn't mean I'm not human.

Everyone was quite for a moment cause of shock and then all laugh making aarav confused.

Karan-(laughingly) did you actually agree you are a temple guy?

Aarav-(realising+ muttering angrily) freak. ( Then he turned towards nandini and said) what kind of doctor you are? Check your patient instead of laughing at-

Aarav was going to say "me" but myrah cutted her in between and said- temple guy.

Aarav-(without realising) yes.

Making everyone laughed more and aarav hit his head on frustration.

Nandini-(giggling) okay okay enough, now let me check my brave boy.

Soon Nandini was done with her check up while everyone was standing there anxiously. They were hell worried Manik and myrah was holding his hands tightly which karan noticed but didn't said anything.

Nandini-(lovingly) how are you feeling?

Karan-(making a pout) sleepy. Can you get me some nice blanket? This one is so irritating.

As soon as Manik heard it, he without anyone's noticed message someone while aarav said

Aarav-( making his eyes like Chinese people) how can a normal human being sleep so much? You literally slept for more than 11 hours.

Myrah- and that's what we called being influence by wrong temple guys.

Karan-(glaring) yes princess and AARAV TEMPLE GUY MALHOTRA I was unconscious not asleep. Shut up and don't disturb me or we will leave you back at temple.

Myrah-(making tch sound) naa, now even they won't accept him back.

Cabir-(laughing) oh God stop it both of you. Why are you teasing this poor soul.

Aarav-(wiping his fake tears) only you understand your to be son in law.

Cabir-(glaring) they are right, you are temple guy only and YOU ARE NOT MY SON IN LAW STUPID TEMPLE GUY.

Karan( fake coughing) ahemm, I actually got shot with bullet and went through lots of beating, can I get some attention please?

Aarav- (murmuring) attention seeker.

Karan-(glaring) Suna Maine. ( I heard)

Aarav-(glaring back) that's why I said.

Nandini-okay okay times-up both of you. Karan don't sleep now, first we will get some x-rays done to make sure you don't have any internal injuries and then you will have food and after that you can sleep. Okay?

Karan-(sighing+ making puppy face) I'm already tired listening these much work. Pffff.

Myrah went down Manik's arms and cutely kissed Karan's both cheeks and said- it's okay, myrah will help you, then you won't feel tired.

Aarav- yes then you will directly feel dead.

Myrah-(flaring her nose) shut up temple guy or else I will find some other boy for aradhya di.

That's actually made aaarav quiet as he can't take risks when myrah is standing on other side.

In all this karan noticed how neither Manik nor mrudula is speaking anything. He even signalled Nandini about it and she in sign language told him that they are quite from a very long time.

Nandini- now you guys go home, get freshen up and came back quickly.

Manik-no I'm staying here.

Nandini-manii, see your shirt. Blood stains are there, you will spread infection. I'm not asking you to stay at home, just go and freshen up then come back and myrah baby, you are staying at home only. Okay?

Myrah-(whining) whyyyy????

Navya-(lovingly) myrah you wanted to see your bhaiyu awake na, see he is awake and fine too. Now be a good girl and stay at home. You can come at late morning with your dadu dadi.

Myrah-(pouting) okiee.

After an hour, manan were waiting for reports to come. Nandini was with other doctors while manik was sitting with karan but he was neither talking with karan nor looking at him making him he'll annoyed.

Manik had already brought a fluffy new blanket for him making Nandini sighs and Karan all happy.
Having enough, Karan fake shouted in pain and Manik who was trying to look busy in his phone immediately looked up all worried.

He rushed towards him and asked- hey, what's wrong? Wait, I'll call Nandini.

Karan-(holding Karan's hands) noo,sit here.

Manik-but-

Karan-(cutting him in between) I'm fineee. Sit here. (Once Manik settled down) now tell me what happened? Why are you ignoring me?

Manik-(looking here and there) I'm not.

Karan-(sarcastically) and I have two horns. Tell naaaaaaaa, I'm already irritated sitting here. Maa works in such a boring place. Yuck.

He said last line irritatingly and stretched the word naaaa cause he was just frustrated. As first, seeing white walls around him was no fun for him and he was damnn sleepy but his mother India was not letting him sleep before eating anything.

Manik-(sighing) I don't want to talk about it right now. I'll be okay once you are fit and fine.

Karan-(taking a deep breath) fine. Don't talk but don't make this sulking face. I know you are going to punish them and I'm fine too, so why being so upset. Hmm?

Manik-hmmm. Btw, this time you are not going to stop me from doing anything with them?

Suddenly all playfulness left from Karan's face and he made an emotinaless face.

Karan-(dangerous voice) they fucking hit myrah dad. ( But suddenly his face turned into pout and he said in a whining voice) and they beat me too...now who will go to my school??? How will I study? Ahaaann

Karan started fake crying while manik was just amused looking at his son. What is he? A kid? At the same time nandini entered and was all worried seeing karan "crying".

Nandini-(worriedly) what happened baby? Are you okay? Are you hurt somewhere?

Manik-(nonchalant) are naatak kar rha Hai. ( He is just acting)

Listening him karan stopped for few seconds glares at Karan and again started crying in a very loud voice but the next word which he uttered made Manik disbalance.

Karan-(wailing) dad hit me maa...go punish him

Nandini-(shouting) Manik Malhotra.

Manik-(fumbling) Nandini noo, I didn't do anything. He is lying. Liar.

Karan just snuggles in nandini's tummy and said like a baby- I'm hungry give me food.

Manik-( vigorously nodding his head in yes) yes yes, give him food or else he will eat my peace only. Huh, enemy.

Listening him both karan and Nandini glares at him which he made a baby face.

Nandini- okay enough now. I have some news.

Karan-what?

Nandini-(lovingly) you don't have internal injuries.

Manik sighs in relief while nandini kissed Karan's forehead with all her love.

Everyone was settled in Karan's ward and now he was holding Mrudula's hands tightly not allowing her to go anywhere.

Aarav told him what all happened and now he was sure why mrudula is so scared. She even cried buckets few hrs ago in Karan's arms to which he didn't stopped her knowing it's necessary for her.

That's when manik looked at cabir and ram giving a nod, then both of them got up.

Manik- umm, we have some work in office. Will be back in 2-3 hrs.

Everyone knew where they are going so didn't stopped them while karan just laid back closing his eyes and aarav started pressing his forehead sitting in different side.

Once Manik was out of ward, Nandini stopped him holding his hands.

Nandini-(tearly) don't leave them easily.

Manik-(sternly) I won't Jaan.

Nandini-(little scaredly) what are you going to do with aliya?

Manik-(softening his eyes a little) I know my limits Jaan. Promise, I won't even touch her.

Nandini- I want to come with you manii. I want to punish her.

Manik-(lovingly) no baby, here you are saying me to punish them but your soft little heart won't be able to see all that. So please stay here. You can punish Mukti and Diya, I won't stop you. Promise. If any problem is there, call me okay?

Nandini tip toed on her feet and kissed Manik's nose making him smile.

Nandini-(softly) I will.

Manik pecked her lips and then left towards his destination.

He entered inside police station to see one Policeman standing there, waiting for them. He took them towards last cell Of station where no one can see them or criminal present in cell.

That cell is divided into two parts with a wall.

In that cell's one side pandit and Dhruv was present bleading as officers has hit them while in another side Aliya was getting hit by female officer.

Manik- bring Aliya here too.

Once all were present in front of his eyes, Manik looked at them with death stare in his eyes making them gulp their saliva in fears while pandit was still looking at other things nonchalantly.

Manik-(sarcastically) how are you pandit? Enjoying?

Pandit- (angrily) just leave me dammit.

Manik-(giving him tight lip smile)- sure.

He took stick from policeman and started beating Dhruv and pandit badly seeing which Aliya moved back in fear thinking he will hit her too but what she don't know is, no matter how angry Manik is, he will never let down his parent's teaching and nandini's trust in him.

Manik (still beating them)- I told you, I told you don't even think of touching my son. But no, you fucking kidnapped my both children. How fucking dare you slap my princess, beat my champ. I'll kill you.

Once cabir and ram saw manik going out of control, they pulled him back and cabir said- don't forget their real punishment Manik.

Manik( looking at officers angrily)- you know what you have to do.. right?

Officer- yes sir.

Saying this he left leaving them alone.

Manik disgustingly looked at trio and said looking at Aliya and dhruv- your all properties are now mine and now you will do whatever I will ask you to do or else you know consequences will be worst.

Aliya, I'm sending you to an old age home and you have to fucking do all what they will say. Take care of them, clean them, make food for them, talk with them. One mistake and you will be doomed Aliya. Don't even think of running as my people will be keeping an eye on you. I won't kill you if you tried to run, no, but it will be much worse than death.

And dhruv you, well I'm sending you in central Jail, ahaan don't think you are left...nope...you are going to do all the things which Aliya will be doing but you will be doing these things for other prisoners present there.

You both will work as servants, do you get that?

Dhruv-(shouting) I'm not going anywhere. You can't do this to me Manik. Give me my properties back. Leave me daamit.

Aliya-(crying) please forgive me Manik, please don't do this to me.i will do anything but not this... please Manik.

Manik-(loudly) quiet. You guys don't have any choice. Remember this if you guys even think of running you will be send to where this pandit is going and that will be much worse.

Saying this he started going out when he heard pandit.

Pandit-(angrily) what do you mean? Where I am going?

Manik-(still not looking back) MENTAL ASYLUM.

He went out listening all the cries and shout of dhruliya and pandit. Once he reached near officers, they told him arrangements are already made for them

Officer- sir we think, pandit is actually mentally unstable. He is not regretting a bit, he was acting all psycho when we brought him here. He is not...normal.

Manik didn't said anything just left from there and settled inside his car waiting for ram and cabir to come.

Once they all were seated ram asked- Manik? Why did you send Dhruv to prison and aliya to old age home?

Manik-he is more dangerous than Aliya ram, I don't want to take any chances. As he will be under really tight security, he can't make any connections too. His life will be living hell there and aliya? You don't even know how much she hates old people and children. Now she will learn to respect them and learn something from them. Learn the hard phase of life.

After that no one didn't said anything and just got lost in Their thoughts.
