Taehyung's POV

My life feels a bit like it has turned into a fairy tale.

It reminds me a bit of Rapunzel, the German fairy tale from the early 18th century where Rapunzel is saved from her tower by a handsome prince; only for me it seems I'm saved from our wreckage by a handsome pirate.

I finally feel like I have some time to think to myself now that I am able to have a proper meal.

A crew member came and got Jimin and I, taking us up to the top of the deck where the odd crew member stood.

Then we got lead inside a door of the wooden cabin attached to the deck of the ship.

We were led down a horizontal hallway where there was a door, only we kept walking so that we headed down a parallel hallway, heading for the back of the boat where at the end of the hallway was another two doors.

The last door led us to the kitchen and dining area.

The door beside it seemed to be the crew's sleeping area as hammocks hung from every wall.

It was very dimly lit inside the dining room, the walls of it made mostly from just wooden beams.

However there was one gorgeous stained wooden table placed in the centre of the room with stunning golden cutlery and beautiful pieces of china, both saucers and cups.

There were heavy metal chairs with curved embellishments and a bunch of gorgeous metal candle holders that sat in the centre of the tables.

Ropes lined the wooden walls to make it more fancy with random weapons hung up, possibly for safety reasons if there was an invasion while the crew were eating.

And there was a liquor cabinet again sitting in the far corner of the room.

The room felt very pirate like but honestly was quite comfortable and the highest quality space that the ship has offered to us since arriving.

I am also used to fancy chairs, dramatic candle holders and china seen as that's what is used at the palace.

A bunch of cooked fish sat on larger plates in the centre of the table.

Jimin and I sat down beside one another, admiring a glass of wine in front of us.

We began grabbing what food we wanted to eat, Hoseok obviously dished Jin, Namjoon and I's up before he ate his own as he was our butler.

We devoured the fish, enjoying the new energy that the food gave us.

However the captain missing didn't go unnoticed by me.

Maybe he has already eaten as most of the crew weren't eating with us royals now, though a couple were.

I knew they were because I could hear loud chewing further down the table.

"Reckon all of this stuff was likely stolen at some point?" Jimin quietly asked me from beside me.

"I'd say so." I mumbled examining the plate I'd just eaten off.

"Looks like royal plating actually, I did hear of a pirate attack on British royal boats that happened a couple months back. It is possible it was them or possibly others and since then they have fought for it." I mumbled.

"I keep forgetting that we are likely living with killers and thieves." Jimin hummed.

I nodded, realising that even my crush is taking part in this behaviour.

"Are ye done?" I heard a female pirate ask from behind us.

"Yes." Jimin muttered, passing the female his plate before getting up from the table.

I looked at the women who wore a white apron and a blue dress, only its condition seemed very worn.

"I am finished, however would you like me to help you with those." I asked while standing up, pointing at the amount of dishes she held in her arms.

There was possibly a stack of twelve plates in the woman's hands and everyone but Jimin and I had left.

Her eyes seemed to soften to my words as I picked up my plate from the table.

"Ah, that would be good if you could actually, I am not used to carrying this many." She explained, her dainty older arms seeming a bit shaky the more that I glanced at them.

I nodded as I grabbed about seven of the plates out of her arms to help her.

Jimin stood in the doorway watching my actions with a raised eyebrow.

"I'll be down there soon to try on the clothes, I'll meet you there Jimin." I said so that he didn't feel the need to wait for me.

Jimin nodded as I followed behind the women into the kitchen which was just behind a wall attached to the dining area.

I watched as she put them down beside a sink and I copied, putting the rest down on top of hers.

"You're a sweet young lad." The women beamed.

I smiled back at her softly.

"Do you need help with anything else, I could possibly help you do some dishes, or Hoseok is a butler so I am sure he wouldn't mind assisting you." I explained to the women, knowing the crew are supposed to be taking a break.

"That's alright lad, I should be fine to complete this lonesome. Maybe another time I will suggest to the captain for some help but I am fine for today," She began.

"You can complete captain's orders now." She continued with a bob of her head.

"Um, actually I was wondering if I could speak to the captain. Would you know where he'd be?" I asked her, feeling a bubbling nervousness rising inside of me.

"He'd be in his room by now." She explained gazing at the clock that was perched on the wall.

She looked at me, possibly waiting for me to leave, only I have no clue where that is.

"Do ye know where his chamber is?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at me.

I shook my head.

She cackled a bit before muttering, "Follow me."

I followed her down the hallway again, walking past the second door, however we stopped when we made it to the first door.

My heart was exhilarating as I watched the woman pound her fist on the door.

I could hear footsteps reaching the door and my heart was now doing flips.

The door opened and there he was, the captain's gaze first fell onto the woman, before falling on me as she spoke.

"His highness requested to speak with you captain." She said, her head hung low in submission to the male that stood in front of her.

"Very well." The captain said with a wave of his hand, the women hurrying away down the hallway again, leaving me alone with him in the hallway.

Only what do I say now, I want to speak with him, mostly to thank him for the shoes, however I don't even know if it's him who left me shoes.

What do I say to the gorgeous man in front of me? And how do I follow Jimin's advice without making a fool of myself...
