Everyone from the other school was treated for wounds by Amoy and some other students. Darien explained to them what was happening and half of them looked at me like a freak. I clutched the staff tightly, trying to hold back from an outburst, I know Bás was trying to make.

The images kept flying around in my head, but I ignored them. It made me sick to look at all the things Bás saw, but I couldn't stop her. I was getting scared of the fact that she was becoming stronger than me. Her power taking over my emotions, my hormones, and my voice.

Then again that voice that scared Natas off me wasn't Bás'. This voice belonged to a woman. It was clear and smooth. Calming. Like if she read a bed time story to me I'd drift off into the best dream filled sleep I've ever had. But that was too good to be true. I was trapped here for God knows how long.
I looked back and saw Larry speaking to Darien. He was moving his arms like he was explaining something and Darien was nodding his head with great interest gleaming in his eyes. The leader then seemed to talk to Larry in a hushed tone and point over to where I was sitting, but quickly stopped when he noticed me watching. Larry smiled slightly, with a touch on Darien's shoulder and headed over to me. I turned away and held my legs to my chest. They were probably talking about locking me away somewhere in the cave, away from the others, until patrols were ready to set out.

"Hey," I looked up to see Larry standing over me, "mind if I sit next to you?"

"If you have the balls to." I grumbled, looking away. I felt the heat of his body sit next to me.

"I was talking to Darien," he began.

"I noticed." I said in unfriendly tone.

"Here me out," Larry said. "I was just thinking, we're gonna be in this cave for a while now, and Nick is making quick work with these tunnels, Amoy is doing well with the sick and injured, and you saved all those people in the school."

"Get to the point." I growled.

"I was thinking about... Holding a party!" Larry exclaimed.

"Party!?" I repeated, looking at him like he was the one who lost his mind.

"Did you say party!?" Savannah ran up with two apples in her hands.

"Yeah, you know, to celebrate everything going well with us here." Larry explained.

"Well!?" I stood up. "I lost three people out there today! That's not well, that's me failing!"

"You're not failing!" Larry jumped up. "You saved that school from anymore pain!"

"And how long do you think that'll last!?" I shot back. "All these people could die because of me and this stupid staff!"

"You're not responsible for what Boss does to everyone!"

"It's Bás!"

"Alright!" Darien shouted, standing between me and the blond haired idiot. He turned to me with a calm exterior, but I could feel his heart beating loudly. "Look, he's just saying you should relax and spend time with your friends instead of fighting this battle with Natas and... Bás."

"They have a point," I looked up to a ledge to see Kabuto leaning against a wall, "you did a good job with training and I need to return to Trapario, we're facing issues there too. But, that doesn't stop us from relaxing and having a party or two. You have great skill and I'm sure you'll defeat Natas, someday, but right now, why don't you have some fun and spend time with people you like before trying to kill someone you hate." he walked away until he a few feet from us. "I'll see you later, your highness." With that a portal opened up next to him and he jumped in, closing the portal with him.

"So what do you say?" Larry asked "happily".

I looked at the staff and saw an image of Bás shaking her head angrily. I could only guess she wasn't someone who was fond of parties. Good, looks like we found something we agree on. But I noticed everyone was watching and I noticed... Hope was shining in their eyes. I never thought I'd see that feeling in anyone ever again. With a sigh I lowered the staff and looked at them.

"Let's party." I rolled my eyes and the Cave erupted with cheers.
