Gordon had managed to calm Alan down and get him settled down in his bed. He had then insisted that Sam head back to the school to let the teachers and class mates know that Alan was okay.
Once Sam was gone he sat next to Alan on his bed and began to phone Wharton, before he hit the dial button he looked over to the nurse who was staring at him.
"Anything said in this room is not to be repeated ever" Gordon told her sternly.
Alan looked up shocked, "Gords, what's going on" Alan asked in a worried and cautious tone.
"I have to call your school. They need to know that this is now a family matter and that no one is to come to see you" Gordon explained.
"What about Fermat, he'll be worried about me" Alan told him.
"Im going to assume that Fermat will be here when he can baring in mind it is your exam period" Gordon told him.
"Fine" Alan sighed

Alan settled back against the pillows and cuddled up to Gordon. Gordon wrapped an arm around him and brought the phone to his ear.
"Hi this is Gordon Tracy, I'm calling about my brother" Gordon announced.
The person on the other side of the phone seemed shocked and couldn't get a word out.
"Im calling to inform you he has been checked into the hospital. Just so happens it's the same one I'm actually in. Alan will be under he care of the family and we will have discussions about whether we think your establishment is worthy of being Alan's place of education next year. As been as you've managed to do a poor job this year" Gordon told them.
"Gordon" Alan pleaded
"But but Mr Tracy Alan needs to complete his exams, and it isn't advised to change a child's school at this point in their education" the receptionist replied
"Don't tell me what my brother needs to do and what's best. My brother has been harmed multiple times while in your care this year. My family has suffered enough without having to be worried about him while he's at school. Your supposed to keep him safe" Gordon growled out.
"Mr Tracy this is the headmaster. I've heard your concerns and I understand your frustrated but we ask you to think about this thoroughly and maybe leave this to your father"
"Well I'm telling you that my father will agree with me and so will my brothers. We'll call to let you know whether we require your services next semester" Gordon announced before hanging up.

The nurse now looked shocked beyond belief that her patient could become so hostile so quickly. Added to that she now knew that the youngest member of the Tracy family was the pilot of Thunderbird 3. She looked at the young boy and saw that he looked like he was about to burst into tears.
Alan looked up at Gordon and whimpered. He didn't want to leave Wharton.
"Im not leaving Wharton" Alan announced in a tiny voice.
"Sprout-" Gordon began to say
"NO. I'm not leaving my school I like it there. I have friends and I'm part of the football team I don't want to leave"
"But Alan-"
"My mind is made up, I'll make the others agree with me too. You know I will. I'll throw tantrums and I'll make you wish you'd never suggested it" Alan threatened.
"Alan don't you dare" Gordon growled.
"Im sorry buddy but I'm worried about you and I'm sure the others are too. We don't want you to get hurt okay" Gordon explained to Alan.
"Im a Thunderbird I get hurt on the job it's part of the job" Alan told him.
"Yes but your also my little brother" Gordon announced.
"I wasn't in civilian mode when I made my injuries worse therefore this is a work injury" Alan deadpanned.
"Yes but you weren't wearing your uniform" Gordon announced smugly.
"Actually I was wearing my communicator in IR mode so that counts" Alan announced.
"Damn" Gordon sighed.

Suddenly there was laughter from the doorway and both of their heads snapped up to look at who it was. In the doorway stood Scott in his uniform and his helmet. He had his arms folded across his chest and was leaning against the door frame.
"Are you two arguing already?" He announced as he stepped into the room.
"He started it" Alan announced quickly.
"What. No I didn't, your getting too big for your boots" Gordon announced.
"Fish I'm wearing sneakers" Alan announced in a smug tone.
"So he's being snarky I see" Virgil announced as he entered the room with their father.
"Do you two ever stop agrivating eachother" Scott announced while laughing at the pair of them.

Everyone was laughing until their dad came to stwnd at the end of the bed that both Gordon and Alan were lying on. Everyone could tell from his body language that he was not in the mood for jokes.
