Sorry for the delay. Had alot of things to do.

Three days later and Gordon was still in hospital. His dad and brothers had had to go back to the island as they couldn't leave international rescue out of operation any longer than they already had.
Hi back pain was decreasing but it was decreasing slowly and the doctors wished to keep him under their observation till he could move without limping or wincing.

Alan called Gordon every morning and evening to make sure Gordon wasnt going to die of bordem.
Alan had told Gordon that he would call around noon today as he was going for a run in the woods with a few friends early in the morning.
So Gordon wasn't expecting a phone call and thought everything was okay with his younger brother, oh how wrong he was.

Alan had headed out in a run thay morning. It was a scheduled run with others from the track team. It was supposed to be like every other run that they had done in the woods in the past. Unfortunatley for Alan his luck was just really bad and it just had to go wrong in one way or another.

So Alan and a few others had left for their run at around 8 and they were supposed to get back to the campus at 11. They had packed snacks and had gotten a teacher to chaperone them.
The boys stopped for a break at around 9.30 and that was when everything went wrong.

Alan was sat on a boulder with another boy named Sam who was also on the football team and was a wide receiver. A few other boys were around them and they were all chatting about what they would be doing while out of school.
They didn't realise that they were on un sturdy ground until the earthquake struck. By then it was too late and the ground caved in and they were falling down a hole.

Alan had looked into the area before the run and knew that they were near a cliff side. Unfortunately for Alan he didnt land in the nicest way. He knocked his head against a rock like most of the other boys and due to that was knkcked out. As he woke up he became aware of s pain in his shoulder and head so he knew he had suffered a blow to the head. He waited a moment so he could gain his bearings before getting on with what he was trained to do.
"Right is anyone hurt" Alan called out. It took a moment for anyone to reply as some of the boys were suffering from blows to the heads aswell.
"What?" One of the boys responded.
"Is anyone hurt. Has anyone got a broken bone or a large laceration" Alan asked again with more detail.
"What are you talking about Tracy" one of the boys said as he sat up and glared at Alan.
"Do as Alan says. He knows what he's doing" Sam yelled at the guy
"How long was I out" Alan asked
"Nearly an hour. The others were alot less  ut we didn't move you cause you told me before not to if this happened ever" Sam told him
"Alright good" Alan announced before turning to the others again.

It took a moment for them to realise that alan was waiting for an answer.
"I think Matt has broken his arm" to this the boy who had glared at Alan now glared at the boy who had spoken as he held his arm close to his chest.
"Other than that were all fine apart from you Alan" the boy then carried on to call out.

Alan looked down and saw blood soaking through his gym shirt. His eyes widened but he didn't say anything.
"Alan you know what to do so what do we need to do first" Sam called out to him.
"Right. We need to make a splint for Matt 's arm and then I'll need to wrap this up till we reach a hospital" Alan told them.
"Your not telling us something Alan" Sam announced as he walked towards their rucksacks.
"Okay so I might of injured my shoulder I don't know yet" Alan told him
"Damn. Right I'll strap up Matt 's arm and you wrap up your wound" Sam announced as he chucked a wad of bandages to Alan.
"I know roughly where we are. If we follow the directions in the map then we should reach a road in no time. But with my laceration I'll most likely pass out when we reach it" Alan told them
"Alan your brothers" Sam asked.
"Gordon in hospital I don't want to worry him. The others they already know by now probably" Alan told Sam.
"Damn" Sam groaned
"Yeah damn. I'm gonna get coddled for months and it's gonna take ages to convince them that Wharton is safe" Alan told him
"I think it's John you need to worry about" Sam announced
"Talking of John. Has my watch bleeped at all" Alan asked.
"Er yeah about 20 minutes ago, five times" Sam informed him.
"Damn he's gonna be worried" Alan moaned.
"Why you so worried about your brothers Tracy. Why would they be worried about this" Matt called out
"You seriously don't know how the Tracy family works do you Matt. Alan will be lucky of he's aloud to be in a room alone after this"
"Don't even joke abou-" Alan was saying before his watch began to bleep angrily
"Oh no" Sam moaned

They all stared at the watch and Alan paled even more. He was wounded and surrounded by four boys. One who already knew the secret and now the other three were going to find out. Why was it always him in this situation.
