After a long ass day with them I plopped down face first on my bed. I was fucking exhausted. Right as I was about to fall asleep, I heard the doorbell.

Seriously? Damn it.

I got back up and walked downstairs to the door. I opened it to see Ciara.

Me: Coulda sworn I just saw you.

She smiled and walked past me and into my house. I closed the door behind her.

Ciara: You did just see me but I guess you didnt realized your wallet was gone.

She held up my wallet and I sighed with my eyes rolling back making her laugh.

Me: Thank you.

I took it from her and slipped it into my pocket.

Ciara: Your welcome.

Me: So you came all the way here just to bring my wallet? You couldn't have waited til the morning?

I laid on my couch and put my arm over my eyes and soon felt a lightweight ontop of me.

Ciara: I mean I could've but what if you had something to do tomorrow morning? I probably wouldn't have been able to get it to you til like the afternoon or maybe even that night.

Me: Eh, you gotta point.

I moved my arm to see her laying ontop of me.

Me: Dont you got Krystina at the dorm?

Ciara: I do but she's sleep.

Me: Something I should be doing.

She laughed but got up.

Ciara: You and me both.

I walked her to the door.

Me: I'll text or call you tomorrow.

Ciara: Okay.

She pecked my lips but I kissed her.

Me: Ion want no pecks when you leaving.

She laughed as she walked out the door saying Goodnight.

Me: Night.

I watched her get into her car and drive off before I closed the door.

I headed up the steps and plopped back down on my bed.

The Next Morning |Friday|10:45 am

My eyes shot open at the sound of a alarm going off. I never had an alarm set so what the hell.

??: I set the alarm just so I could wake you up.

I looked at Naomi standing in my doorway.

Me: Bitch.

Naomi: I love you.

I scoffed and rolled over.

Naomi: I think not. Get ya ass up.

Me: No. Go away.

Naomi: Okay fine. Have it your way.

Me: My way or no way now bye bye.

I heard her footsteps descending down the steps and smiled thinking she was leaving.

But she wasnt cause she just soaked my ass in hot water. Not cold, but hot.

Me: What the hell!

Naomi: I told you to get up but noo you wanna be complicated so I simply just made it uncomplicated.

I got up and walked past her and into the bathroom.

Naomi: I'll pick out your clothes!

I honestly still dont see how we're friends.

45 minutes later and I was dressed and sitting in the passenger seat of Naomi's car with a coffee in my hand as she drove to the trap.

Me: Still dont see why I gotta be there.

Naomi: Cause your the boss. Why the hell else.

Me: Im sleepy!

Naomi: Too bad so sad.

Me: Keep on and imma make us crash.

Naomi: You wouldn't dare.

Me: Try me.

Naomi: Your so mean.

Me: I know.

She swerved into the driveway and parked. I got out and walked inside leaving her behind.

Naomi: And to think, I bought you food and a coffee this morning!

Me: And it was good!

As soon as I walked in I had people saying good morning to me.

Me: Shut the hell up.

I went up to my office and closed the door. I sat in my chair and laid my head down.

Naomi: No fool! Get your ass up!

I cant ever get no sleep when her hyperactive ass is around.

Me: What? What more could you possibly want?

Naomi: Did you forget we have a meeting? That's like now? Everybody is already here. We're waiting on you.

Me: Well continue waiting. Im sleepy.

Naomi: Don't make me drag you.

Me: You wouldn't.

Naomi: I would.

I didn't believe her until I felt her yank me out the chair and drag me out my office and down the stairs, through the hallways and to the conference room then she left me on the floor.

Me: You just had to drag me and leave me? Couldn't you just have, oh I dunno, maybe carry me and put me in the chair?

Naomi: Sorry I must look like a maid .

She laughed and sat down. I groaned and sat down in the last seat, which was at the head of the table.

Me: Okay. So what's this about again?

Naomi: Being allies.

Me: Oh right. Okay. So why should we become allies?

Big Ice: Because the two of us are basically the biggest and best out here. I mean think about it, two of the biggest crews out here who been out on the streets for years and never got caught once, join each other. I got connects and you do too. We could really help each other out here.

Me: Okay Im kind of seeing your point.

Naomi: What are the positives and negatives.

Big Ice's right man spoke up.

Snake: The positives are if one of us ever got a problem with the cops or anything, you'll be there to tip em off abo-

I honestly began to tune them out. Im glad I learned how to sleep with my eyes open.

About 5 minutes later I woke up by Naomi shaking me asking if I was okay.

Me: Huh? Oh yeah, Im fine.

Naomi: What do you think?

I looked at Naomi.

Me: You think it's a good idea?

Naomi: I dont see anything bad about it but your the boss.

Me: Then yeah. You got a deal Big Ice.

Big Ice: Good choice you made there. I'll be back with the contract in a few days.

Me: Alright.

Everybody stood and shook hands. Big Ice and Snake left and I looked at Naomi who was looked at me with crossed arms.

Naomi: Your ass was sleep wasn't you?

Me: I don't kow what you talking about.

I walked out and walked over to the baggie girls. I walked around them looking at each of the girls stopping at Tori.

Me: How the girls been today?

Tori: The day is just starting papi.

Tori and I had a little thing going on months ago and even when it stopped she didn't stop calling me Papi but I didnt care cause we ain't fucking no more.

Me: Dont get smart.

Tori: I been smart, Im just talking to you.

I laughed and walked away from her.

Me: That smart mouth of yours gone get you fucked up.

Tori: It already did.

I laughed and sat on the stairs beside Jonathan.

Jonathan: How's Ciara?

I looked at him for a minute before responding.

Me: She's good. Why?

Jonathan: Im just asking. I cant ask now?

Me: Yeah okay.

There was a knock on the door and Naomi snapped twice in the air, signaling it wasnt one of us which made everybody arrange their areas like its was a normal house. A minute later they were done.

She opened the door and I got a glimpse of a older lady and a kid around 7.

Naomi: Um hi.

Older lady: Hello. Im Marian and this is my daughter Kelsy. We're new in the neighborhood and seeing as you are our only close neighbor, my daughter wanted to make some cookies and muffins for you.

Naomi smiled.

Naomi: Come in.

Marian let Kelsy come in first then she came in.

Naomi: Im Naomi and that's my sister and brother Misha and Jonathan.

We already had this planned out.

Kelsy came up to me and Jonathan.

Kelsy: Your really pretty.

I smiled at her.

Me: Thanks but I think your drop dead gorgeous.

She giggled and ran to her mom while saying thank you.

I honestly couldn't wait to have kids of my own someday. Even if I adopt, I just want some kids.

Marian: Hello Misha and Jonathan.

We said a hello back.

Kelsy: Mama?

Marian: Yes honey?

Kelsy: Can we have them over for dinner tonight?

Marian: Oh I dont know. They might have plans. Why dont you ask them.

Kelsy: Would you like to have dinner with us?

I was gonna say no but I just couldn't.

Me: We would love to have dinner with you.

Marian: Alright then. How's 7?

Naomi: That's fine.

Kelsy: Awesome. See you then.

She handed me the basket that had cookies and muffins then skipped out infront of her mom.

Jonathan: Now we have dinner plans. Awesome.

He said it blandly.

Me: Free food.

Naomi: Lemme cancel my plans with Andi.

Me: Im gonna go and jump off a cliff now.

They laughed as I walked out the door but I had to come back cause ian drive here.

Me: I need a ride to the cliff.

Naomi laughed and grabbed her keys.

Naomi: Ill give ya a ride.
