Iam writing to complain about a shipment of 500 air conditioners against the above order shipped on the White Lotus ship at Hai Phong port yesterday in a short and damaged condition.

We proceeded to have a survey report made by the representative of Hai phong Vinacontrol. The result shows that of the 500 units we ordered, only 495 were found. And the cases in which 3 units were packed had been broken in transit due to poor packages and consequently the goods were seriously damaged.

Please find enclosed the photos of the damaged units and we must ask you to send the missing units without delay, not later than 22 February, 2009. As we need them urgently to deliver to a five-star hotel 4 kilometers at the South from Hanoi which is planned to be opened by the end of February, 2006 and now it is 9, February.

Regarding the 3 damaged units, we will hold them at you disposal. You could either send someone to pick them up or repair and sell them off. We would be grateful if you could reimburse us by T/T a sum of USD 2730 as a compensation to our account with the bank of Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Hanoi Brand at your expenses.
