♤KAMARI♤

Sunday had come and gone in a blur and it was currently Monday, the day I have to go back to school no longer the ordinary girl I used to be but as royalty.

It's quite surprising how I'd gone from an ordinary commoner to royalty in just the span of twenty four hours or more if you include the  day I found out.

I sighed as I stared at my reflection in the mirror, what to do with my hair? Urgh!! I decided to curl it in waves, since I'm no longer going to be the ordinary girl I used to be.

I might as well look the part, I applied my strawberry magic lip gloss. Satisfied with my look, I got up and adjusted my uniform. I attended a private school so that meant we were required to wear school uniforms to school.

I liked it, at least it saved me the stress of being bothered with what to wear and worrying if I was repeating the same cloth twice in a week or month.

Our uniform consisted of a white button down shirt with a red and black plaid bow tie attached to it at  the top so that it formed a bow tie when you buttoned the top, it's short sleeves had the same colour of the tie on both ends.

Over a red and black plaid skirt the same colour of the bow tie which fell below my thighs a little, with a knee length black socks with white stripes at the top and any pair of shoes you wanted. I settled for a pair Jimmy Choo Mary Jane's I had found in the closet.

I took my backpack and slung it across my right shoulder and walked out of the room. I walked out of the room and headed downstairs, Thanks to Lucas and Karmilla, I could locate the dining room and all other places easily because of the tour around the castle.

I sat down on the chair beside Karmilla, that had been my spot since Saturday dinner.

Everyone was already present except from Cameron, who came in few minutes after I had settled down, we are breakfast in silence which was kinda awkward for me I don't know about them.

That was until Margaret broke the silence "you'll be riding to school with Kamari and returning back together from now on" John said facing Cameron.

"But father" Cameron tried to argue "no arguments, you need to get used to it" Margaret added "what about on the days of soccer practice?" Cameron asked "she'll be having cheerleading practice as well" Margaret replied.

Wow seems like they had already checked my schedule "you're a cheerleader?" Cameron asked in disbelief "duh?" I said refraining from rolling my eyes at him.

Whoops! Did I forget to mention that I was a cheerleader? Well you didn't ask but now you know, I'm a cheerleader and I've been on the squad since junior year so I didn't know whether to take it as an insult or a compliment.

I was the assistant captain to be more specific. Unfortunately the team captain and I don't get along who goes by name Jessica. I don't know what her problem is, Beatrice always says that she feels threatened by me which I seriously doubt.

I was just about to take a bite out of the mouth watering goodness called pancakes when I heard a screeching noise, I looked up and saw Cameron get up.

"Its time to go, that's if you don't wanna be late" Cameron said glaring at me I rolled my eyes in reply "I believe we still have time" I replied with a shrug. I mean nobody comes between me and my food not even if it's some gorgeous bipolar Prince.

Oh my gosh I didn't  just think that, snap out of it Kamari. "She's right and perhaps you haven't even taken a bite for breakfast" Margaret said "I'm not hungry, I'll be in the car" he said and left.

He always makes it seem like I'm happy with this arrangement and like it's me who requested it, urgh whatever to hell with Cameron he's not gonna ruin my appetite.

"Bipolar" I heard Lucas mutter and I saw Karmilla nod in agreement, I don't think Margaret and John heard it and if they did then they chose to ignore it.

I was done eating, I wiped my mouth with a napkin and got up "Thanks for the meal, I'll be heading to school now" I said politely "ok dear but please would you be a darling and give this to Cameron" she said signalling a maid to come.

The maid came with a wrap I'm guessing contained a sandwich or toast or whatever it may be. "He might be stubborn but please try to make him eat it" Margaret said in a pleading tone, whatever the reason why she sounded desperate I do not know but I'll help her.

I nodded and waved them bye "bye" I heard Karmilla and Lucas say. I went out to see a limousine white this time with the same chauffeur that came to my house with Cameron, I smiled at him as he opened the door for me.

I entered and saw Cameron sitting in the same spot he had sat on the day he had come to pick me. I sat down on the seat I had sat on as well on the day he came to pick me.

"Cameron" I called but he didn't reply "Cameron" I called again still no reply, I rolled my eyes at him and threw the wrap at him. He looked down on his lap and finally looked at me.

"What's this?" He asked "I don't know, that's for you to find out" I said with a shrug "I said I'm not hungry stop meddling" he said throwing the food at me.

I scoffed throwing the wrap back to him "as if I'd waste my time. Your mum said to give it to you and make sure you eat it, she wrapped it herself" I said even if it was a lie but he didn't have to know "how'd you know?" He asked " what?" I asked confused.

"My mum has a special way of wrapping up food so I'm asking how you knew" he said so I was right " just guessed" I said shrugging "you should eat it at least for her" I said.

He raised it and tried to throw it back when I raised my hand in a hold on manner "Hey! Don't you even dare that's food for heaven's sake" I said and turned to look out of the window.

I heard him snort, then the opening of the wrap. I smiled at the thought but quickly wiped the smile off my face, what the fuck is wrong with you Kamari why areyou smiling? I scolded myself.

I turned to him and saw him eating the sandwich and almost scoffed at that, he acted like he wasn't hungry yet he was starving "see it wasn't that hard" I said to piss him off "shut up" he said looking away from me.

"Okay hungry boy" I teased "what'd you say?" He asked "nothing....... hungry boy "I replied with a laugh.

Lucky for me we had already arrived at school, I got out quickly not before turning and saying "bye bye hungry boy see you after school" I smirked, he charged at me and I slammed door immediately and walked fast towards the school hallway almost running so Cameron wouldn't catch up to me.

I ignored the looks I got from the people that saw me get out of the limo and made my way to my locker as usual to see my bestfriends already waiting there for me, it brought a smile to my face as I walked faster towards them.
