She hides her scars because to her they're ugly.

reminds her of when he busted it.
Scars run along her breasts to save
her spine further advancing in scoliosis.

Scars along her stomach from the best choices she ever made. They shouldn't make her question why someone looked at her and never stayed.

A scar runs over a wrist tattoo.
One she wasn't in her right mind
and never meant to do.

Some that are deep and some that are not.
Some never hurt at all and some of them hurt a lot.
