i'm weak and frail
always scared of getting hurt
or dipping my toes into something new
i stick to the things i know
never straying from the beaten path
but everyday i'm trying to learn
that new isn't bad all the time
straying off the path
doesn't always mean getting lost
sometimes it means
finding a whole new world to explore
