Over the top
It's 1919 in London late January and lain in bed is Dylan with Da Vinci as he hugs her, he start to have chills down his snipe, when we looks at his hands, he remembers being in the same position with Da Vinci in WW1.
???: Dylan!.
As he quickly snaps about of it.
Dylan: sir!.
Townsend: Townsend, come on, you guys are missing all the fun.
Both him and Da Vinci follow him.
Now we are in Ribecord, France, fall 1918, it is late in the war as winter draws in, the Germans fortify their lines and dare the enemy to come to them, waves of infantry die crashing against German concrete. The maps do not change. Heavily-armed and we'll-protected, the British Mark.V tank is a fearsome war machine it's clears trenches, it's destroys barbed wire. The tank can break through. On October 17, British forces prepare for a mass assault on the town of Cambrai. With tank support, Allied command believes a breakthrough is a certainty. But the Mark V tank was a major flaw: it's not reliable.
As Dylan and Da Vinci see the main camp and are surprise how war can change technology.
Townsend: I been looking at your papers.
Dylan: Don't worry about us, sir. Me and my sister are ready do to our bit for king and country.
Townsend: look, son. You find forward and reverse when you are told and you will do alright with me. Grabs dose for me would ya.
This makes Da Vinci laugh a bit.
Townsend: and come and meet big Bess, woman of your dreams!.
As the morning fog starts to clear they see in the distance a Mark V tank, in train camp they said they were tractors.
Townsend: find ourselves a new driver and gunner boys.
???: Dylan, Da Vinci?.
Da Vinci: Dolly! I though you were in the Somme.
Dolly: yeah, but I got transferred here, so how my big brother?.
Dylan: not so much.
Dolly: I heard that London got bombed! Is mom and dad okay?.
Dylan: Yes, they are fine only one bomb hit the park.
Dolly: thanks god that no one got injured, we'll I have to go, there's a big assault coming, make sure you don't get your selfs killed.
Da Vinci: will do sister, will do.
Dolly: good, I will see your around.
Dylan: Bye sis, take care.
As Dylan and Da Vinci enters the tank they are surprise how the tank is inside, Dylan walk to we're he is going to see here we will sit to drive the tank, he turns to look at Da Vinci smiling, she blushed as she turns around, she gets scared by the messenger pigeon inside a cage.
Da Vinci:Ahhh! ( she jumps and hit her head on the roof of the tank) Oh! Bloody-.
???: Whoa, whoa, whoa, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Don't swear, (he puts a hand on the wall of the tank) she doesn't like it when you swear. Who's it going sister.
Da Vinci: Dawkins!( she hugs him).
Dylan: Dawkins! I though you grew a little bit more.
Dawkins: oh, very funny!.
Da Vinci: Dee Dee and Dizzy want me to say hi to you.
Dawkins: well, thanks because I'm starting to missed them.
Dylan: oh, don't worry Dawkins, they are fine just a little bit annoying.
Dawkins: so, you are the new driver? You ain't done this before?.
???: done what before?!.
Dawkins: mind your business, Dante.
Dante: and you are not going to say hi to me?
Dylan: of course I could forget you, I missed when you always said that the end is near.
Dante: yeah, well that the old me! I change I seen the horrors of the trenches, so I forgot that old stuff now, ( he looks at Da Vinci) so I heard you are the new gunner, follow me I show you your spot.
As Da Vinci follows him, Dante shows her how to operate the gun and how to loaded but when she sees to the wall she sees old blood marks, as she starts to get scared, Dylan puts a hand on her shoulder.
Dylan: don't worry, I will protect you no matter what.
Da Vinci: (she blushes) thanks...Dylan.
Townsend: alright boys, this is the big one, our order are to punch through the German line-destroying artillery positions as we go, Dawkins, start her up.
Dawkins: yes sir!.( he says as he starts up the tank).
Townsend: After that, we'll advance on the French town of Cambrai- where I have been assured there is wine, women and song. So you should enjoy that.
Dawkins: ha! Da Vinci won't.
As Dylan start to go forward, he pulls the wrong lever making the tank to move brutally forward, making everyone inside almost fell.
Dante: Jesus, are we in safe hands or what, boys?.
Townsend: Alright, Dante, remember boys do your jobs, take care of each other, and big Bess will take care of you.
Dante: may the lord have mercy on our souls.
Townsend: we'll get through this together. Right Dylan?.
Dylan: right sir!.
Townsend: Full ahead drive!!.
As the tank moves forward, Dylan and Da Vinci are getting ready to have their first experience of combat.
Dante: (pfft) (phew) that dammed bird is shedding.
Dawkins: moulting Dante, birds moult.
Dante: I'll will pluck every feather off that damm-.
Townsend: easy there, that pigeon could save your live, it's our only line of communication.

Dawkins: what do you do back home?.
Dylan: I drove, a car, I a was chauffeur.
Dante: let me guess, Clarissa's chauffeur?.
Dylan: no, it was like a part time job.
Townsend: all stop! This is far enough. Infantry will go in the first whistle, then we follow.
As the tanks stop Dylan and Da Vinci are surprise how the battlefield is.
Da Vinci: Heaves above....you ever seen anything like this?.
Dante: I have, I'm sorry to say.
Townsend: listen, we are going to cut down the guns up by that windmill.
As 5 minutes goes they hear the whistle.
Townsend: Give our boys some room! That's our cue! Full ahead!.
As they advanced Townsend sees how a tank starts to slow down because of the mud.
Townsend: See that tank, Dylan? Don't get us stuck in the muck like that.
As the move German artillery started to rain down taking out one of the British tank.
Dylan: they got one of ours!.
Townsend: eyes front, drive!.
As they move Dylan see a big hole full of mud luckily he avoids it, as they go under a tree they reach the wind mill.
Dawkins: field gun!.
Da Vinci: I appreciate not being a target, Dylan!.
Townsend: move and get a clear shot of those field guns!.
As the tanks find a good spot Dante destroys the field guns.
Dante: target destroy!.
Da Vinci: Effin field gun- right there!.
She destroys it one shot.
Dante: nice shot sis! Keep it up!.
Townsend: hold position there. Clean out all German guns!.

Dawkins: Yeah!.
Da Vinci: woo!.
Dante: we are righteous man!.

Townsend: hold here and clear the area, be sure our boys have time to move up!.
Dylan: Da Vinci! There's a field gun right there!.
Da Vinci: I see it!
She destroys it.
Dante: that field gun is gone.
Dawkins: Nice work, we are showing them lads!.
Townsend: we make sure our man have a hold on this trench line before we move up!.
As they make the Germans retreat they captured the trench.
Dawkins: for king and country lads!.
Townsend: good job! But remember, the day still young, we are heading to the ruins. Clearing a path for the infantry!.
As they go through a house they see a German soldier with a AT granate.
Dante: Reverse, reverse!.
The granate hits the tank but it doesn't make any damage. But Dylan and Da Vinci felt the explosion like it blew up next to them.
Dylan: My... hears..ahh!.
Da Vinci: this... is worst...than..fireworks!.
Dante: you will get use to it.
As they get moving they spotted a field gun.
Dawkins: wipe out that field gun crew!.
Townsend: hold this position! Mop up the remaining Jerries!
As they find a good position they start to spray down the Germans with the machine guns.
Dante: stay focus Da Vinci! Make breaks to not over head the machine gun okay?.
Da Vinci: right!.
Dawkins: should I give the bird some rum? It's having a right to-do!.
Townsend: Don't mess with that pigeon, Dawkins. It's our only link back to headquarters.
Dawkins: Dylan, how about you? You need a drink to steady your hands?.
Dylan: no. I don't drink neither should you, you are 17!.
Townsend: Save the fun and games when we arrive to Cambrai boys.
Da Vinci: Dylan's right! You should be drinking.

Dante: shut up! Da Vinci, Watch for those shots! And Dawkins, make me a shot of wine, quick!.
As they advanced they see something moving in the smoke.

Townsend: that landship will rip our boys apart! Dylan, get us in! Gunners go for the soft spots!.
( the sturmpanzer or A7V was the first German tank to be produced, the crew will consist of 12 men, know as the moving fortress.)
As they fight of the tank a German attack starts.

When I played for the first time battlefield 1, how the game tells the stories of the ww1 in this story, when you released he pigeon it lets you fly it and it plays a soft song, that is very relaxing, and you get to see how cruel the war was.
This song is called "the flight of the pigeon".
