Hans was born on April 21, 1901 to a Hespanic family in California, his mother Maria Cardenas (a wigglytuff) was a strong and caring mother who took care of Hans along with Ramon which his dad(A Raichu) taught him many valuable lessons in his early childhood. However what they didn't know is why he couldn't act like a normal child at school and didn't act his age. They both then got bad news from Hans pediatrician, he was diagnosed with ADHD, however it wasn't a serious version of this way he was born. So people at school began bullying him and picked on him because he was different, however physical violence to him wasn't exactly possible due to him being more tougher to pick on with physical violence than he looks (despite being chubby). However this got him into a ton of trouble since he couldn't act his age when needed, however over the years he changed and managed to make a few life long friends (even if his weight didn't really change). Hans was a really cheerful kid and was incredibly forgiving, however that didn't mean he was perfect, for he was far from it, being a huge nerd for the new technology being made in this time period and being just plain old weird made him an easy target for people to pick on him. However when he evolved into a pikachu, he was less of a target for verbal bullying (since physical bullying was almost impossible). His family was indeed caring for him, even when he gets on their nerves. But when he was 14, he and his parents had to move to Germany, (where his dads dad came from) which Hans didn't want to go at first since he was going to leave so much behind that he cared about. However when it was official, he secretly cried his eyes out in the bathroom. So on March 11, 1914 they set of for a new life in what was to be a time period that would kill millions.

Meanwhile on the other side of the country Aniela was born on November 15, 1899 Florida being just two years older than Hans. Being just five years of age, her family moved with the rest to California, where she would meet many new Pokémon (including Hans). Her dad Adam Nowak (a Hitmonlee) was caring for her and wanted the best out of her, offering martial arts classes to her, never the less she only took a years worth of it, only learning a portion of self defense. As for her mother Mary Watterson (A Vaporeon) she was very neglectful and didn't spend that much time with her, however that was because she had so much work to do in and out of the house. So being the workaholic that she was, she couldn't spend any time with her daughter, which made Aniela sad at times, but overall was a cheerful girl. When her family moved to California, she met many new people, including Hans. The two were fantastic friends, however Hans sometimes acted in ways no one would act, she didn't know that he had ADHD so she assumed that he was cursed or something. However the two were the best of friends and even began to grow feelings for each other. Unfortunately that's where the good things all ended, because when Hans had to leave, she bursted into sadness. Her dad tried to help, but she couldn't ease the pain in any other way. However When they got word that her relatives lived in the UK, she slightly calmed down when she got word that she was also moving, because of this, she thought that she might see him again. But what she didn't know was that her situation was about to get even worse.
