Help most needed

A half elf male with grayish white skin, short white hair with a streak of blue and blue eyes. Looking around the forest he was currently walking in, his clothing consisted of a white tuxedo vest with a blue tie with a gray long sleeve shirt underneath and trousers. He looked at the black and gold umbrella in his left hand. "Xavie!!" The male looked to his right at the Carriage beside him, poking her head out of the window, Lilith smiled at him. "Why not come inside? We've been traveling for about an hour! Aren't you tired?" The girl asked. "Not in the slightest! Besides, I'm one of your guards. I have to be prepared for anything that may happen." Lilith pouted at him. "Let Xanvar do as he pleases Lilith, he'll come in when he's ready." The princess turned to look behind her at Azada who was sitting in a chair, her head resting on her arm that was up on a window at the other side of the carriage. As Lilith wore a short sleeved buttoned up white shirt, black pleated skirt and white heels, her sister Azada had worn a red ruffle shirt with tapered sleeves that were exposing along her shoulders, the shirt left her above her breast exposed, a black layered skirt the front shorter than the back and knee-high brown heeled boots. As Lililth continued to chat with her personal guard, Azada flinched as she felt a rough hand on hers. Lifting her head she came face to face with a young hog folk, most likely in his teens. "Had trouble sleeping?" He asked with a smile, his completely black eyes watching, as Azada raised her head up as she used her other hand to rub her face, glad she didn't wear any makeup for the day. "You have no idea... I had to hurry up with some things before I can finally leave to go on this little vacation from everything."

"I thought elves don't require much rest like humans do?" The hogfolk asked. "I haven't slept in three days. You would know that. I spent the last three days with you." Azada stated. "Hmm, what will happen if we get caught in a jam?"

"The obvious thing, fight."

"With the princess? Tired?"

"I can take care of myself."

"Didn't you fall into my arms this morning?" The hogfolk snorted as Azada got up from the chair, closing the curtain of the window, the hogfolk holding his laughter in as he heard movement in the carriage.

"Azy~"

"You're such a nuisance when you want to be Geodoris." Geodoris couldn't hold back his laughter as he stepped away from the carriage. "Love you too buddy!" He shouted before looking behind him, a few of the hogfolks in his squad were positioned behind the carriage on their horses, some at the sides with him and Xanvar and about four hogfolks on horseback in front as well, two being the ones pulling the carriage.

"Geo." The male turned to Azada who opened the curtain of the window for her eye to be seen. "We're stopping at the town up ahead. Remember?" Geodoris nodded. "Don't worry, some of the guys are actually staying there for a few days for work from Orion and they'll either meet back up or head home." Azada hummed in response before letting the curtain fall back into place.

The city of Southport was built at the edge of a lush forest and is truly a classic wonder. Its wonder is matched by the backdrop of clear blue skies which have helped shape the city to what it is today.

The climate these skies brought were of great importance, but they were also influential when it came to architectural designs as the vast majority of buildings were designed to take full advantage of the climate through large windows and lush gardens.

As the group rode closer, Geodoris knocked on the side of the carriage, the hogfolks stopped the horses. Lilith opened the door, later yelping as she tripped, luckily two hogfolks and Xanvar caught her in time, setting her down gently before watching the girl squeal and rant about how pretty the town looked. Geodoris chuckled at the girl who began dragging her guard with her, Xanvar shouting towards him "We'll meet you two at the square!!" before trying to keep up with the hyper girl.

As Geodoris stepped into the carriage, Azada was grabbing her satchel, tossing Geodoris his, before she helped him place the black and hot pink coffin's straps on for him, the male grabbing his warhammer as he got out the carriage first to help Azada out. "Make sure you guys get sorted out, we'll most likely be here for just one day. Let me know by tomorrow morning what your plans are."

"Yes sir!"

When the carriage and hogfolks rode off to the stables, Geodoris looked over Azada's shoulder, noticing her looking at a piece of paper. "Well guess we have nothing to do." Azada sighed, looking over her shoulder to see Geo, quickly looking away with a blush before glaring at her snake that was wrapped around her waist and arm as it hissed at her playfully. "Let's just relax and explore. Come on! You're officially off royal duties for now! Let's live!" Geodoris shouted with a laugh as he grabbed her hand, pulling her into the town.

"I should've just left when I had the chance." Josephine grumbled to himself as he stood under a tree looking around. He wore a light green button-up vest as well as a milky-white silk scarf, a brown leather coat over his shoulders and darkly colored trousers, brown boots and fingerless gloves. In his right hand, he held onto his pocket watch and in his left, two books and a medium sized box under his arm.

"Then again the clothing store wouldn't have been open at night so of course I had to leave." As he continued to grumble, he looked down at his watch, it was around evening. Sighing he looked back at the streets, watching people as they stood at stalls, inspecting the various items merchants sold, rather it be jewelry, arcane items or even little snacks. "At least it gives me time to rest for a while. There's enough trees around so I won't have to read in the hot sun. I can probably sit around until I meet with my client."

Sitting under the tree, he began to read through one of the books he had gotten. "Sis, look! Isn't it pretty?!"

"Looks pretty tasty, I wonder..."

"Geo!! Don't eat it! It's mine!!"

Josephine kept looking down at his book, however, his eyes trailed up to the voices, watching a blonde girl jump up at a tall hog folk who was holding something over his open mouth, teasing the girl. "I'm just joking. I wouldn't do that." Josephine looked at the two more before glancing at the lady next to them who was reading a piece of paper.

The more he stared at her, the more his face started to burn as his cheeks turned a red colour.

'Nothing's..wrong in saying hello..is there? Just a small greeting..'

He held a small smile on his face, getting up from the tree he slowly and hesitantly walked towards her. Just as he was about to leave the shade, he snapped out of his trance as the hogfolk held the lady's shoulders and leaned onto her.

'Oh.. must be a lover of hers... It was a dumb idea to approach her anyways.' The tiefling said as his tail dropped, looking away from the group before walking away.

"You okay?" Geodoris asked as he held onto Azada's shoulders. "Yeah, just thinking- mhmmhm!" Azada glared at Lilith who shoved a cinnamon roll in her mouth. "No thinking! Only chilling!" Lilith said before turning to Xanvar who had just finished his cinnamon roll, later glancing to the side in annoyance before opening his umbrella, letting it spin on its own as his form shifted to that of yellow slime like liquid. He shifted back to his normal self, only this time, instead stood a man who dressed similar to Xanvar, his hair black with a streak of orange, orange eyes, the same outfit as Xanvar, but he has a color scheme of orange and black instead of blue and white. He closed the umbrella which was now a white with gold trims.

"Finally! After three hours Xan, honestly you're heartless for letting me, your own brother, wait. And Lilith, not once have you even requested for me to be out!" The brother said with a hint of sadness in his voice. "Aww sorry Fanwar! I thought you were sleeping. Since we left Shallion!" Lilith said as she giggled, Fanwar shaking his head, later calling out to the princess as he noticed her running off to a few stalls.

"Cher, he's been gone for half the day! Oh, I knew I shouldn't have asked him to go buy me fabrics! He already has a lot on his plate! What if he's out there hurt? Kidnapped? What if-" Delilah was caught off as her brother Cher grabbed her face, placing a spoon in her mouth to let her eat. "Sister, Josephine can handle himself. He'll be fine. Who knows, he probably found something interesting and is simply just staying in the town a little while longer."

Delilah looked down at her lap, her hands gripping onto her elegant dress. "If he doesn't come back by sundown, can we please go look for him?" Cher sighed before smiling at his sister. "Yes, we will."

From the outside it looks modest, cheerful and enchanting. Small stones and softwood tree trunks make up most of the building's outer structure.

It's difficult to see through the stained-glass windows, but the enthusiastic noises from within can be felt outside.

The tavern itself is packed. Locals seem to be the primary clientele here, which often leads to exciting evenings. Several long tables are occupied by what seems to be one large group of people. The other, smaller tables are also occupied by people who are playing games and, judging by their laughter, are either telling jokes or great, perhaps embarrassing, tales. Even most of the stools at the bar are occupied, though nobody seems to mind more company.

"So, this is it?" Josephine watched as a lady inspected his work. She was a princess of a somewhat high ranking family in the region, rumor had it she carried a nasty attitude with her, wherever she went, and he could see it very clearly. The item he was paid to make her was supposed to be as she had requested.

'Nothing that wouldn't draw attention but used for defense.'

So, with his time he spent at least four days thinking of an idea for the princess' item which was nothing more than a simple silver band. Despite the pain he knew he'd go through, he made sure to complete the piece no matter what. As the princess grabbed the product, he began counting in his head as they both sat at a small table near the window. With the click and ticking of his pocket watch.

1 2 3 4

The princess shook the band in disgust. "Where are its jewels?"

7 8 9 10

"You gave me no description of any jewels to be on the weapon."

14 15 16 17

"Yeah and I still don't see how this can be a weapon-"

20 21 22 23

"Perhaps if you were to wear it and simply flick your wrist, Lady Tesen."

28 29 30 31

The princess glared at the inventor before placing the band on her right wrist, flicking it, allowing the band to take on the form of a silver gauntlet, with a small chain linking it to a stinger-like blade on all her fingers. "Hmm, I like it~" Tesen said as she flicked her wrist, the band returning to normal. The door of the tavern opened, causing the two to look as a group of hogfolks that were sitting nearby cheered, lifting their mugs as they called over a fellow hogfolk as three other individuals walked in. "Honestly, those hogfolks are so noisy!" Tesen looked at her guard who scoffed at the group. "I don't see why those barbarians are allowed in here-"

"Quiet you idiot, look at the tattoo on their right shoulders! They're from the Stormwalker group. Their leader's Azada's companion, if they hear you and you cause trouble, I'll get punished for your dumb mistakes! That woman scares me enough already, and I'm the older one! Ugh" Tesen said before looking over at Josephine. "Well then, I'll be taking my leave." The princess got up with a smirk. "Wha- hey! That wasn't part of the deal! I don't take days on end to do commissions for free! You said you'll pay me 2000 gold!" Josephine said as he stood up, walking over to the princess, only to stop as Tesen's guard pointed his rapier at him. "Listen, you're just a little tiefling trying to make ends meet while I'm a beautiful princess with things IMPORTANT to deal with. So, if you try anything or say anything no one will bat an eye."

"Rumors are true, you're a tyrant." Tesen scoffed before patting her guard's shoulder, said guard smirked as he grabbed the tiefling by the collar. "Sorry, but what's going on here?" The three turned to the voice, Fanwar and a few hogfolks giving the princess and guard a skeptical look. "It doesn't concern you nor any of those barbarians behind you. Mind your business or I'll have to report you to my mother. She's the queen of Goldcrest!"

"And Our grandfather's the Emperor of Shallion." Tesen flinched as Azada walked from behind the group, Geodoris standing beside her out of his hogfolk form, wearing his mask as he smirked. "O-Oh,Lady Azada! A p-pleasure to meet you at a place like this!" Tesen said cheerfully, her legs shaking as Azada glared down at her. "If I heard correctly, someone wasn't holding their end of a bargain? Something about paying 2000 gold?" Tesen's eye twitched as she looked over at Geodoris.

'Of course HE heard that! Oh! Why did he have to meet her! He could've been mine!!'

"Well?! Are you going to pay him?" Tesen hurriedly rushed over to the table, sorting out a pouch with gold, counting it out loud for the group to hear. Azada hummed as she got close to the girl's ear. "Don't underpay now. Make sure he gets every gold piece he worked for. Trick us and I'll have a talk with your mother about your behavior, Lady Tesen."

"You can let him go now." Geodoris said as he glared at the guard who was sweating bullets, pushing the tiefling back. Josephine fixed his coat before glancing over at Azada, his heart racing as she gave him a quick glance before Tesen straightened up and tossed a pouch of gold coins to him. "There! You have your coin. Now we will be on our way! Farewell."

"See you at the Whisper of Gems Darling!!" Azada shouted to Tesen with a smirk as she watched the princess and her guard rush out the Tavern. "Uhm.. thank you..for that." The tiefling said as he held onto the pouch, looking at the group, later blushing as Azada rushed up to him, grabbing his hands. "It's no problem! Honestly I wanted a reason to put that girl in her place myself!" Azada said as she gave him an eye-closed smile. "How bout you come sit with our group. Order what you want, on me." Geodoris said with a grin as he lifted his mask while patting the tiefling on his back. "And me!" Azada jumped in, earning a nervous look from the male. "P-please, I don't want to cause any trouble-"

"It's no trouble! Come on! You look like you've been through hell these past few days. What's your name?" Azada asked as she and the others started walking over to their tables with Josephine.

"Josephine.. Josephine Dermon." He said, he would admit, he had been working days on end with that project, his sister had scolded him as always about taking breaks, but when it comes to his work he never wants to rest his tools down as he fears he'd lose interest. As he sat with the group, some hogfolks that he was now meeting raised their drinks to welcome him. Lilith looked up at him. "Oh hello! Are you joining us for dinner? Woow!!! You look like you have stars on your face!!" Lilith stated excitedly as she stared at him with a sparkle in her eyes. "Come on Lilith, you're scaring the poor guy." Geodoris said with a laugh as he sat next to Azada. "Order whatever you like Josephine. It's on us." Azada said with a smile, earning a shy smile in return. As the night continued on Josephine began to feel more comfortable with the group, not a lot, but just a bit. "Do you make, like anything?" Lilith asked as she looked up at the tiefling, she had practically been asking him questions ever since he sat with them. "Well not everything Lilith but simple things like retractable weapons, gear, that sort." Josephine said, earning a bigger smile from the younger sister.

"Oh yeah, G? Where are you and the girls sleeping?" Geodoris looked over his shoulder at a hogfolk. "What do you mean? Does this tavern not have rooms?"

"It has rooms, but we took the last ones, there's like 10 of us so 2 each for a room." Geodoris sighed, looking back in front before looking up at the ceiling. "So now what?" He asked. "We'll have to sleep in the carriage?" Azada asked.

"Actually, uhmm, I can offer you some rooms. I-if you're okay with the idea!" Josephine offered as he gave a nervous smile, watching as Azada and Geodoris looked at each other before turning back to him. "Sure that's alright with you? No offense but we just met you dude." Geodoris said as he raised a brow at the tiefling, placing his arm around Azada. "Well yes we just met however, you are the ones who offered to buy me dinner."

"He has a point, but I must say you seem like you haven't had a proper meal in days and yet even when we offered to buy you whatever, you wanted a simple pastry."

Josephine gave an embarrassed chuckle to Fanwar. "I um, tend to have a small appetite. But really, you helped me back there with Tesen, it's the least I can do. I'm sure my siblings won't mind." Lilith looked at Josephine as she munched on a slice of cake. "Sibwlings?" She asked as her mouth was full. "Mhm! I have a younger sister and a twin brother!" Josephine said as he smiled at her, later looking over at Azada who stood up. "Well then, it is getting late. We will see you all tomorrow morning."

Delilah walked back and forth as Cher was reading a book. "How can you read at a time like this?! Josephine has been gone for more than half the day now!" Cher sighed, responding to his sister as he continued to read. "He will be back soon sister-"

"You said that an hour ago!" Delilah was about to continue until she heard multiple footsteps, looking at a wall, she and Cher stepped back.

Geodoris stared at Josephine as the male stood infront two trees. He then glanced over at Azada who kept her eyes on the tiefling while also acknowledging the hybrid hogfolk whose grip on his hammer tightened while he slightly cracked open the coffin strapped to his back. "There we go. Sorry for the wait." Josephine said as he took what looked to be a portrait photo card from his pocket, flipping it into the air as he stepped back, the card turning into a portal made of autumn leaves as it revealed a room. He stepped into the portal, looking back at the sisters, the hog hybrid and the guard. Azada stepped forward, heading into the portal with everyone else following behind her.

"Well, we don't really have guests but welcome!" Josephine said with a nervous smile, closing the portal as the photocard appeared in his hand once again. "I have to close the portal to make sure no unwanted individuals enter and steal anything. Now where are those siblings of mi-" The group followed the tiefling's line of sight as they noticed the pale skinned lady and the man identical to Josephine, looking at them behind a wall. "...What are you-"

"Who are they?" The lady asked dragging out the word they, cutting her brother off. "Delilah, these are a few friends I made today." Josephine said, introducing the group to his brother and sister, who eventually came out of hiding. As Josephine began explaining the group's reason for being there, they all stood silent as a knocking came from behind Geodoris. The male, looked behind him before removing the coffin from his back, placing it down. "Sorry, hope you don't mind me doing this." He said as he opened the coffin, a soft sigh came from within as an amber toned petite girl with golden eyes with cat like pupils and hot pink hair in two high puffy ponytails stepped out. She wore a black dress with a sweetheart neckline, trims of gold and pinks on the layered of the dress under her waist, the dress being like a miniskirt infront but long to where it reaches her ankles at the back. Black sleeves that started from the lower half of her forearm to her wrist, the several layers at the end being pink and black knee-high platform boots with multiple pink laces, although she was still shorter than Azada and Geodoris but taller than Lilith by a bit. "Idiot! Why didn't you wake me up sooner! How many towns have we passed?!" The girl shouted at the redhead with a pout. "Relax you little gremlin, we're in one town right now. Haven't passed anymore, we're just staying here for the night." Geodoris said as he patted the girl's head, earning a glare from her as her fangs showed, later looking around the room. "..What's with the other vampires?" Delilah's eyes widened as she looked over at her brother who was in shock. "Wait, how can you-"

"Your brother wasn't subtle about his expressions when one of our friends order something that had a strong smell of garlic." Fanwar stated. "Plus, I have this lil shit for a sister. I can smell the difference between a vampire and someone who's not." Geodoris said as he looked at the Dermon siblings, pushing his sister away as she kept cursing him, hissing at him baring her fangs, causing her brother to snarl at her as he showed his sharp pointed teeth, electricity surging through his tusks. "Pay no attention to them. They do this all the time. But really, it wasn't that difficult to tell." Azada stated. "Well, I guess I don't need to hide that fact anymore then. Uhm, let us take you to the other rooms." Josephine offered.

After dealing with the rooms, Delilah stood by a table, looking at the fabrics her brother bought for her. "Ooo, Don't those look lovely!" Sage said as she looked at the fabric with her arms behind her back. "Mhm! Just what I need for a new piece!"

"Oh? Perhaps if you let me see your plans I can make a set of jewelry for it."

"Really now?!"

Azada smiled as the two girls conversed with one another, later looking at Josephine who was sitting at a desk. The tiefling was looking through plans for what she assumed was another commission. "You don't rest do you?" The tiefling vampire flinched before looking over at the elven princess who was looking over his shoulder. "U-uhm, at times. But this is a project of my own that I'm making. A camera! I always wanted to own one, make one even." He said with a warm smile. "Is that it over there?" Azada asked, pointing at a shelf where an item that looked similar to the one of the plans sat. "Yes, but I haven't tested it out as yet. I look at my plans every once in a while. My main focus is my family.." Josephine stated as he continued looking over the plans for his camera, glancing over at Azada who was staring at his papers with a stoic expression. "We've only met for a few hours.. but if you need to get it off your chest. I'm here to listen." Azada said as she gave him a soft smile.

Nireta yelped as she was pushed back to a large coral stone, sinking to her knees as she dropped her bident. She looked up at Zorcyr who spun his trident, swinging it to his side as he kept his right hand infront of him walking towards the girl. "You need to be more careful Nireta, you're lucky it was me and not anyone else. I can control myself when training." Zorcyr said as he lifted her to her feet. "Training with others today nephew? It's not like you~" Irving said with a smirk. "Don't you have duties to attend to?" Zorcyr asked. Irving chuckled before floating, later swimming off at a high speed. Nireta turned to the prince who sighed, later blushing as he stared at her. She couldn't keep her eyes off of him, she loves seeing him out of the castle and in the sea with her, where she can see his hair floating within the water. Though, her face fell as she realized he wasn't looking her in the eyes.

'Does he not..care about me too?' Her thoughts were tossed to the side as she felt an arm under her legs, she looked down at herself; Zorcyr held her in a bridal hold, kicking up her bident from the ground allowing her to grab it while his trident was grabbed by his orca beast, as he started swimming back to the castle. "Zorcyr, what are you-"

"You can't expect to go back in your condition..your leg." Nireta looked down at her leg as she noticed the dark bruise. "I thought it healed after the dance; Maverick was kinda rough with his dancing."

"Why did you even dance with him?" Zorcyr said with a pinch of anger in his tone. "He seemed like a nice guy-" Nireta held back a yelp as Zorcyr's grip on her shoulder tightened. "It's a persona he's walking around with Nireta, don't be fooled... That brat has done terrible things... why do you think the arrangement between him and Azada failed? I don't want something happening to you." Nireta looked at the prince, tears threatening to fall from her eyes as the prince looked at her, wrapping her arms around his neck as they entered the castle, a few servants looking at them before hurrying to continue their task. "You actually care."

"I always did. You're my best friend."

~

"It's just us 4, so you have the other 6 with you. We'll meet you guys maybe.. Moonbright?" Geodoris nodded his head at the four hogfolks, watching as they got on their horses, rushing off out of the town. "Aww, I didn't even get to say goodbye." Geodoris turned to Sage who was under her black parasol with pink lace. "They'll find us in Moonbright." Geodoris said as he pulled his sister to his side, holding her parasol for her. "Oh! Does that mean we'll be passing Lanercoast? I need more items for my jeweler's kit." Sage asked with a sparkle in her eye, later yelping as her foot stepped out from under the parasol, she quickly turned into a bat, hiding under her brother's long hair, earning a chuckle from him as he began walking over to Lilith and Xanvar who were talking by the Carriage as Azada and another hogfolk was placing Sage's coffin inside. "Thanks Axel." Azada said to the hogfolk who nodded at her with a smile as he then went outside to get on his horse to pull the carriage when everyone was ready.

Azada sighed before looking at the curtains that were still closed, later turning to the sleeping male using his coat as a blanket. Azada gave him a soft smile as she quietly stepped towards him, moving strands of his dark brown hair out of his face as he snored lightly. "You're in my care now Josey, I'll make sure everything is just right for you three."

Azada leaned onto a desk in a small library within Josephine's pocket dimension, said Teifling was sitting in a nearby chair, his hands clasped as he looked down at the floor, the dim lights illuminating the room as best as it could. "For starters, my family had a small business, my mother, creating many different types of clothing, whereas my father was an inventor."

"That explains your devotion and interest. Along with Delilah's interest in fashion." Azada mentioned, earning a small smile from Josephine before he continued. "However, due to the vampire incident a year ago... our village didn't take kindly to us, thinking we were in on it when really, we tried to move away from any other vampires and their plans... They killed our parents and we had no choice but to run. At that time I was lucky enough to finish my dimension around that time. This entire place, it's where we used to live in Lunaris. We were living a somewhat comfortable life, til the day I left the dimension open simply because I was going to step out for 2 minutes. I got attacked by bandits, Delilah and Cher hearing my shouts, came rushing."

Azada glanced at the tiefling as she noticed his shoulders were shaking as she heard slight hiccups. "Her head...I still have nightmares when they slashed her head off with their blade. Once again luck was on our side as she used a spell our mother had taught her, she linked her soul to all the mirrors in our home but sadly, she may be able to walk around the house but she can't leave the dimension unless she's in a mirror that's leaving it. Then came the day where Cher fell sick. He would cough almost everyday, he's capable of doing usual household things but we try not to let him push himself just in case, but of course, he's the stubborn one of the two of us." The vampire glanced over at a coffin leaning up on a wall nearby.

"I've been up for nights, completing commissions for items people will pay me for so that I may be able to find someone to help Cher and Delilah. I often hide the fact that I'm a vampire as I'm afraid once they know that information, they'll hunt us and kill us for all that those in the vampire war had caused. We've never even caused harm to anyone from the beginning, we've never bitten or attacked anyone, we're fine relying on the blood of animals! I just..I want things to finally-" Josephine looked up in shock as Azada embraced him, rubbing his back. "It's alright, calm down." Azada said, the tiefling held back his tears until

"Nothing is your fault."

He broke, he wrapped his arms around her as he cried on her shoulder. Azada smiled softly as she brushed her fingers through his hair. "How about this." Azada started as she pulled away from the vampire, her smile growing wider as his cries reduced to sniffles, wiping away the blood tears on his cheeks. "Travel with us. We'll go to Moonbright." Josephine looked at her in shock and confusion. "The big city at the center of this country?"

"Mhm, the one that has paths to each main kingdom, peaceful, quiet, welcoming. It has plenty of stores. We can find someone to help with Cher's illness and maybe someone who can help Delilah with a physical form. Wouldn't that be lovely Josey?" Josephine blushed at the nickname before nodding his head as he embraced the princess again. "Thank you, thank you so much Azada."

"He's asleep, isn't he?" Azada turned to Cher who was in Lilith's arms as a bat. "Yeah, I was just checking on him. Is everyone ready?" Lilith nodded her head, her owl picking at its wing as he sat on her shoulder. "Well, let's get going!"
