Making his presence known in the most unexpected way seemed to be the way Jung Daehyun preferred for his reappearances to be. This time instead of at bar in the middle of nowhere, the man decided he'd show his face in the apartment of Jimin's best friend. Jimin stood shocked with eyes so wide open they ached. He could not believe who he was seeing as his brain pieced together this was who said such sweet words to Sohyun.

"Hey Birdie."

Daehyun waved his hand, his right hand. Only four fingers greeted.

"Hi..."

Jimin's gaze went from the male to the female in the room. Sohyun stood still with a guilty expression on her face and a tied up pink robe. She attempted a smile which was more crooked grin.

"Should I-"

"Jimin, come in. You too Dae." Sohyun said. "I'm sure your finger would enjoy the extra time."

The young man knew not how to respond. All the feelings in his body had gone numb and the voice in his head had shut up. It did not scream at him in the same volume it would whisper. His concious too stayed as confused as he did while sitting and looking to the pair he'd never expected to see together. It was clear just in looking at them and disregarding what had been heard that their relationship was beyond anything mutual.

"Is this why you haven't been a flirt lately?"

Sohyun caressed her forehead in a distress manner before nodding her head to confirm her friend's suspicion. She patted Daehyun's shoulder and walked away to her room leaving the men to talk. Jimin was still not snapping back to the reality he was believing untrue. He watched as his friend made her way to the room where the two had probably been intimate not too long ago.

"How you've been birdie?" Daehyun asked as he sat himself besides Jimin with a geninue smile showing he was happy to see him. "Did you enjoy the farm life?"

Jimin looked at him blankly. "I don't think we should be discussing farm life right now."

Daehyun chuckled. "Yeah, probably not."

"How?"

"How did this happen?" Daehyun motioned between himself and the direction Sohyun had gone in. Jimin nodded his head as though he were a two year old who had forgotten the word yes. He wanted to know so much yet he could not get the words out of his dry mouth. Aside from feeling like a toddler, his body was turning into one too.

"Uh well...I guess I should start from the beginning. I came back sometime after being sent away. The bunnies, my bunnies thought it'd be best I take a break from here so they made it so I'd disappear. I wanted to say goodbye to you Jimin, I really did, but I knew in doing that I could be risking you so I went to Sohyun. I hope the money she gave you helped."

"M-Money?" Jimin repeated in a stutter as he recalled the amount of times he had been given money from his friend to help his transition into a new of life after the disappearance of his parents. He had some money stored away yet it wasn't enough to be sure he had his brother in a safe place and could pay for the things they needed. Daehyun only smiled as Jimin came to the realization that the help had come from him and not Sohyun as he thought.

"I actually know it did. I kept contact with Sohyun to make sure you were safe. I guess you could say we devolped feelings along the way."

"Wait..." Jimin interuppted him. "Safe? Why wouldn't I be safe?"

Daehyun snickered. "Seriously? Are you still not aware of the whole rivalry thing or...?"

"No- I mean yes I know, but when we saw each other at the bar you told me you were at risk being near me. What did you mean by that? Why is it not safe for you to be near me? You said you lost a finger because of that, why?"

Curiousity was at his highest peak as was the tension in the room. Daehyun didn't answer right away. Instead he laid back on the cushion of the sofa and looked to Jimin closely.

"Blue bunny."

"What?"

"You know of my gang. The reason I was made to distance myself from you was because of the blue bunny. He didn't want me near you."

Jimin stayed confused for a moment until he pieced together who the blue bunny was.

"Junhong."

"Yeah." Daehyun sighed.

"Did you know he was my brother?"

"No, I found out after he cut my finger off."

Gazes turned to the hand that displayed it's gap. It was turned about so that good look could be given to the hand that was no longer what it once was.

"What he wants with you I don't know-"

"My parents!" Jimin sat up. "You must know where my parents are! Daehyun!"

Daehyun shook his head which instantly brought down Jimin's spike of hope. "They disappeared right at the same time I did for a reason. Junghong wanted to make it seem as though it could have been me, but in all honesty Jimin I have no clue about them. My bunnies never told me anything of them. They just told me a decade of shit caught up to me and that I had to leave. Sohyun told me of the cards and the things they've sent you. I know its not just Junghong messing with you and the best explanation I can give you for that is that they want some amusement. You're one bunny's toy so in a way you've become all of their toy's."

Jimin pictured himself as what he had been called, a toy. He tried imagine being passed around the hands of these bunnies as something they'd play with then throw to the ground when they were done. However, they weren't done with him. He had only experienced about three bunnies and from what he gathered there were definitely more than three. It made him wonder, had he been a toy to all the bunnies?

"Dae...did you befriend me to play with me?"

"What!? No! Jimin! I became friends with because I wanted to. I had no idea of any of Junhong's intentions. Listen, I know you might not want to believe me-"

"I believe you." Jimin grinned at him, but not of any happiness. "Frankly, at this stage you're one of the only people I can believe. Yoongi lies to me these days, and today shows so does my best friend so I guess why wouldn't I put some faith in you. I mean you're the only one whose given me some useful information."

Daehyun sat back down. He placed a sympathetic hand on his friend's shoulder and rubbed it slowly. Given he was in contact with Sohyun he knew just how hard he had it. He didn't ask nor say anything until Jimin felt he was ready to speak again.

"I need to draw out Junhong."

"No. Jimin that's dangerous-"

"It doesn't matter. Will you help me with that?"

Daehyun stood up, all the sudden he'd became distressed. He breathed deeply as he paced the small room with his hand in his hair to mess up his strands. Repeatedly he shook his head. Jimin knew Daehyun well enough that his answer was no and would remain no. He pushed no further.

"I have to get going, Birdie."

Jimin stood and joined his friend to the door where they embraced each other in a tight hug. They were unsure when they'd next see each other or even if they would so they made the best of it, especially Daehyun. The elder leaned in close and whispered.

"I can't tell you how set off Zelo because it could put both us in more danger, but I will tell you something that may help. Blue is in charge of the opposing side, but so is green. Piss off green things will turn for the worst." Daehyun pulled away with one last squeeze to their embrace. "Be careful, Birdie."

The words stayed fresh and present in the young man's mind as the door was shut in his face and his friend on the other side disappeared for who knew how long.
