Lex, kiki, and Athena woke to see a man with a bunch of scars. "Who are you?" Asked Athena. "Well, I am Silas. I am here to cure your diseases. The ones that you haven't told your family about." He said. Athena was like in a trance. She listened to Silas. "What is this in our necks?" Asked lex. "Well, lexiana, that is something to control you." He said. "What do you plan to do with us?" Asked kiki. "Well, I need to change your names. Then what we will do with you." He said. "Athena prime." He said to Athena. "Lara." He said to lex. "And ultra-flame. Or ash for short." He said. "Now get dressed and we will show you." He said and walked out. They got on the clothes and the girls walked out. They saw four tubes. Each can hold one human. "What is the forth for?" Asked Lara. "It's for static. Who will be joining us shortly." He said and opened the pods. "Each step in one. It will cure you. And give you extraordinary powers." He said. Athena stepped into the blue one, Lara stepping into the green one, ash stepping into the orange one. Then the process started, all screaming. Athena's eyes started to glow a bright blue. So did the others. And then a forth scream joined them. "Arh!" Then the process was done. All stepped out and looked at themselves. Athena saw her clothes and felt exposed. "Wow! Look at us!" Yelled static. Must've been about 17. "Now you must pledge your loyalty to mech." He said. "Okay. Now can we go?" Asked the purple haired girl. "Yes. But don't let anyone see you." He said. "What about our family's?" Asked Lara. "They will be notified that you died in the fire." He said. She nodded. But was sadden that she was never going to see her family. Athena walked out and saw that she was still in Jasper. She ran and saw that she can run as fast as her favorite superhero the flash. But when she got into the town her clothes changed. She was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and tennis shoes. She walked to see her house. Agent Fowler was speaking to them. "I'm sorry but this is concerning your daughter. Athena. She died in a fire at her work 22 hours ago. I'm sorry." He said. Her mother stood there. While her brother broke down. He sat on the pavement crying. Athena looked at her brother and a tear slipped. He missed her. After saying he hated her? Well, its not going to work. She slammed her hand on a building and walked away. Not daring to look back.
At raph's house
Lara looked to see her brother. He looked heart broken. "She won't get to come to anything! I wish she was here!" He yelled. Lara looked down. She broke him. What if he hated her for not being there for him? She shook that from her head. He said he was sorry and that he loved her. He would never change his mind. But Lara walked to find Athena and the others.
At miko's house
Ash looked to see miko sitting in her room listening to her music. She must have heard the news. Ash thought miko would miss her. But the way ash treated her, she probably didn't. A house besides her started to burn, her anger. She walked away and miko saw her. And ran to tell her guardian of what she saw. Flame ran to see the others ready to go back. "What happened at that house?" Asked static. "Nothing. Let's just go." She said and flew back to base. She walked to the orange pod and went into it. Recharging.
