Chapter 1: Just Moved

Pissed off as usual; Katsuki Bakugou, a twenty-five year old guy parked his car on a new and unknown parking lot under a new and unknown class A condominium. Believe it or not, he is quite pleased of himself for buying a unit in a famous building. Though he only bought it by the help of his parents and of course the spot is nearby his work and under construction restaurant. Yes, he might be a soon to be famous actor but he's best at cooking. Unpacking his luggage is quite easy with some help of the room services. The elevator beeped, ending a three second ride from parking lot to ground floor.

He smirked as he saw the crowded lobby with glamorous designs and welcoming gestures. Katsuki seemed out of place with his casual black jacket and blue jeans but who cares? His face is elegant enough for this. After fixing some papers in the lobby, he is now officially owning a unit just...totally placed on the top floor. Hell yes,  he is a rich kid with rich professional chef parents who apparently owned a four star restaurant in Paris. Top notch, best in spicy foods.

His goal is to establish his own restaurant and became the best among the best. A five star restaurant, heck, even six if tried enough. Katsuki entered the unit with a satisfying smile on his face. The entire thing is huge, not larger than their house, but still huge. The unit has two floors with complete luxurious items and gadgets. Damn, its too much, he thought. The service left his luggage on his care, letting him run wild around the rooms especially the wide spacious kitchen. Smirking, Katsuki pulled out all of his cooking items which took him for about an hour and arranged them accordingly as he pleased. Neat and organized.

"Fucking ingredients...I don't have any!" He exclaimed running through the front door after grabbing his car keys and dashed on towards the elevator which happened to be closing. Katsuki stepped in before it eventually closed to a shut. He sighed then decided to look around the elevator. A man- no older than him-stood a bit taller in a grey suite, stared at the see through wall of the elevator with mismatched eyes of blue and gray, staring down the busy city. Oddly the guy had an evenly half red and white hair. 'What a weird half and half shitty hairstyle' he thought while he slowly turned his back on the man. He was probably a neighbor. Then he noticed another man his aura too faint for him to sense. The man, probably a year younger than him or more, has a dark green hair with some highlights of light green just like his eyes;small amount of freckles spread across his cheeks. The guy has a pout on his face as he wrote on a piece of paper furiously in a black tuxedo with green linings and tie. The two guy in formal business attire seemed to suffocate him and he obviously didn't like that.

The door dinged, signaling that they finally reached the ground floor. The lobby is the same when he entered one hour and thirty minutes ago. The two busy neighbors of him seemed to talk to each other as they passed him like he was a piece of trash. Anger bubbled in him but he pushed it back down, he is Katsuki, a professional actor and chef not some prick who caused unwanted scenes. But he couldn't stomach the two anymore. Approaching them, he cleared his throat loud enough to caught their attention (more like the attention two meter radius around him). The two men looked at him in surprise.

Katsuki held out his two hands towards them. "Your fucking new neighbor, Katsuki Bakugou" he greeted as casual as he can with a friendly light smirk. No one reacted for a moment, then the green haired guy beamed, setting his pen in his pocket to shook the actor's left hand. "I heard, I'm sorry I ignored you in the elevator. I got busy planning my new book lately" the guy muttered. "Izuku Midoriya, pleased to meet you"

The half and half bastard remained neutral. No smile, no reaction. This coursed an irritation in Katsuki's throat. Nonetheless, the man with different eyes took his right hand and shook it. "Shouto Todoroki, looking forward for our neighbor ship" the bastard said. 'you don't look like you do asshole' Katsuki thought. Soon, they released each others hands.

The warmth of the two unknown hands left him shivering in an odd way. 'what the fuck was that?' he asked himself. "Now, if you don't mind. We have a promation to attend" the half and half bastard said draping a hand on the green haired man. "See you around Katsuki" he said with a large grin on his face. He raised a hand for goodbye as he growled, watching the two men walked away back faced his way as they made their way towards the white limousine waiting outside the condominium.

Katsuki ran a hand on his blonde hair as he puffed off a sigh. He watched patiently for the white car to zoom out of his view before stepping in the parking lot on the basement and hop in his black car. Katsuki dashed around the city until he stopped near the fresh market. Pulling up his mouth mask, he headed in. For some reason the market calmed him down. He went on choosing the best of the best ingredients for something.

Three hours passed by and the sun is already over head. "Damn time" he cursed under his breath as he placed the bags on the back seat. "What the hell? When did I buy this many?" Rainbow of curses came out of his mouth as he noticed the five bags. 'That's too much' he thought.

Then two strangers flashed by his mind. Izuku and Shoto. 'Guess I won't let the chosen ingredients go spoiled...I shall invite them for dinner' he thought. He removed the mask and pulled out a shades from his pocket. "Time to check my restaurant" he smiled and pulled up the shades over his eyes.
