Live While We're Young

Jiselle's POV:

"Liam James Payne, hurrying up!" I yelled. "We are late for dinner!"

I waited by the front door while Liam was upstairs still getting ready. And he claims that I take too long to get ready. I think it is reversed. Before I knew it, Liam came down the stairs dressed in a black shirt and forest green pants.

"Are you kidding me! You took all that time getting dressed in just a casual black shirt and pants?!" I glared.

"What? This doesn't just happen over night." Liam said while gesturing to his whole body.

I rolled my eyes and opened the door. We walked out of the penthouse and locked up before heading to the elevator.

"I can't believe you." I mumbled.

We got into the elevator and started descending. It was quiet on the way down. I was so frustrated that we were late to dinner with Sara and Harry. He didn't even dress up that much! He could have finished before me!

"You look beautiful, babe." Liam complimented as he slowly reached for my hand. "You look good in leather."

I tried to hide my smile but I eventually gave in.

"Mr. Payne, you can be annoying at times but you make up for it."

Liam smiled and quickly kissed me on the cheek before the elevator doors opened and we quickly made our way through the lobby. When we got outside, Liam quickly flagged down a taxi so we could speed up time.

When we got to the restaurant, the hostess led Liam and I to a table in a private area. I saw Harry and Sara so I quickly waved to them because I was so excited to see them. The hostess set down two menus on the table before leaving. Harry and Sara stood up from their seats so they could greet us.

"I am so sorry we are late," I began. "Liam couldn't stop looking at himself in the mirror."

"No worries, you guys made it in the end." Sara smiled.

Sara was wearing a white long sleeved shirt underneath a yellow plaid dress. It fit her personality perfectly!

Harry wore a white shirt, black pants, and brown boots. It was a very casual look but Harry made it high fashion.

"Doesn't surprise me, Liam was always the slow one in the group." Harry chuckled.

We took our seats at the table and ordered our meals. We talked, laughed, and ate. It was a great evening with friends.

"You no what we should do," Sara interrupted. "We should all get tattoos tonight."

"Yes!" I blurted out.

Liam and Harry exchanged looks with each other. I could tell that they were hesitant but they eventually warmed up to the idea. Before we knew it, the four of us were on the street heading to the nearest tattoo shop.

The tattoo shop had enough time to do four tattoos.

"Sara, what tattoo are you getting?" I asked.

"I think I'm gonna do a butterfly on one of my fingers and a girl with her head in the clouds."

"Oh my gosh, I love that! It totally suites you." I commented. "I can't believe Lyndsey and Niall are gonna miss this."

"Are you kidding?" Liam interrupted.

"Whenever there are needles involved, Niall and Lyndsey are never around." Harry said.

"You're not wrong." Sara replied as she planted a quick kiss on Harry's lips. "The two of them already had plans to go golfing together anyway so they have an excuse."

Harry decided to go first. He got a unique tattoo that looked like a bizzar version of the Disney castle. Sara went next and got the two tattoos she decided on ahead of time. They were done perfectly!

Then, it was my turn. I decided to get a tattoo on the back of my neck. It was an infinity sign inside a heart which stood for infinite love.

Liam was the last person to get a tattoo. He incorporated this tattoo into his sleeve. It was in the shape of a heart. It started at the bottom with the word, Amore, written first. It went on to continue the heart before ending with the letter, J

(The image below is just so you can get an idea of what the tattoo is like {imagine a better version})
