Tyler, Matt and Klaus help stray wolves and/ or shifters that have lost their way and end up in mystic falls

Matt and Jeremy speak with the founding families

Bonnie help witches that just gain their powers and are confused about everything but she also helps newly turned vampires by giving them daylight rings

Jeremy and Alaric help everyone protect themselves from the vampires, werewolves, hybrids and just give defensive classes

Caroline, Elena and Rebekah help newly turned vampires, calm them down and help them understand what is going on.

Damon and Stefan help newly turned vampires with their diet and Stefan helps the werewolves control their temper. The newly turned vampires get to choose what diet they wish to go on i.e. Snatch, eat, erase. Bunny diet. Blood bag diet. or just jump between them to see what suits them best.

Elijah is the coven leader he deals with the vampire that turn up in mystic falls unannounced and help decrease tension and problems in a lot of the situations when either the witches, vampires, wolves or hybrids get angry, upset annoyed and loose control he helps them through it. He also helps everyone with their jobs as well as helping them keep a normal profile along with educating them in the rest of the supernatural.

Everyone also takes turn getting blood bags, defensive classes or patrolling.

The Mikaelson's and The Salvatore's set up the town's get togethers like: fundraisers, dances, fieldtrips, galas, balls, they set up most of the parties the council needs them to do
