June 17th, 2059

We all had breakfast today. We were all happy and we'd always cuddle or take turns playing with baby Abigail. It's what Auntie named her. She told me that she wanted to name her after me and I felt flattered. Baby Abigail was so cute!! I just wanted to pinch her cheeks. The whole joy wasn't without baby Abigail crying and waking up from sleep.

Or baby Abigail shitting and peeing and her always being hungry. I know it's normal for a baby and to think I used to be like that as a baby! We struggled to keep her happy, fed and changed, but we managed once again. When baby Abigail was fast asleep again we passed her back to auntie.

We all left to go on a walk together. We chatted and took in the scenery and paused to take a break in between. We all agreed not to go too far just in case we get attacked by zombies and have to get back and take shelter. It made sense.

During our walk Tsubaya jokingly said that It'd be nice if we could make a portal and escape from this. But we all were interested in the idea and based on Mr Quotez' face he was serious as well. We asked him if it was possible and he said maybe. We were all excited at the opportunity of having to escape.

Mr Quotez was quick to point out it may work, but we should be prepared in case it doesn't work and that we should try not to be disappointed. He said it'll take a while to build the portal. We all nodded. According to Mr quotez, it'll take a while to find the tools let alone build the portal.

So I guess we just have to be patient. We decided to head back but we were ambushed. And by zombies at that. I didn't even sense them coming! What's the point of getting bitten by a zombie and gaining powers, if you can't use them to protect your loved ones? Anyway! This threw us off and everyone was scrambling to run back to the haven.

It felt like my heart stopped when auntie fell, while running. She cried out in pain. Everyone was panicking and baby Abigail's cries weren't helping! But I could understand because the poor baby girl was scared. I called out to mom, dad, doctor Quotez and Tsubaya to go ahead and I rushed towards auntie. The horde of zombies were getting closer and I heaved auntie onto my back.

All I was thinking about was getting auntie and the baby to safety. I cared for them too much to let them die! I'm sure anyone else would do the same in my situation, right? My body felt lighter and my feet skipped the ground as I sped towards the hideout, leaving the horde of zombies in the dust. I saw everyone else inside and I added on the extra speed.
