After 18 years on earth, I still stand in awe when I see a sunset. This same awe fills others who are 81. These sunsets will continue to fill people with awe until the end of time.

Eternity will be just like this. 

I think people often wonder how we can worship God unceasingly in heaven. Won't we get bored?

My question in response is, do you ever get bored of a sunset? Will a collage of colours painted on a blue canvas at dusk ever cease to amaze you?

What of the beauty of God? He is the one who paints those sunsets, night after night. He has done this since the beginning of time.

A sunset is just a reflection of his beauty; it is barely the hem of his beautiful royal garment filling the sky. 

Now add to that beauty his goodness, his faithfulness, his love.

In my lifetime, I will never grow weary of the beauty of a sunset. In eternity, my heart will always cry out for one more moment to worship 

the God of the sunset.
