One can be hurt and mentally broke but still smile.

One can be rude and still have the kindest heart, locked deep down.

One can cry but still feel at the happiest.

Emotions aren't always as easy to feel or understand. Everyone knows that.

Even people with a high level of emotional intelligence struggle. Some get overwhelmed and need help. Others don't understand anymore and burn out.

When feelings overwhelm you it's important to send signals to people who you trust, so they know something's wrong and come to your rescue.

Some people say, that the world could maybe be a better place if emotions wouldn't exist.

I disagree. Simply because I don't know a emotionless life and the happy and joyful side always comes back. Even in the darkest times.

Maybe that's also what the whole world needs. A dark time for all, no profit for anyone, just so that everyone finally realises that we all have to be there for each other.

But on the other hand, there are people which just can't be pulled out of their hole. A hole of either deep sadness or pure evil.
