What is happening, Magnusites? I decided to write a crossover story earlier this week. Some of the elements are gonna come from a really cool videogame that I would love to try: Ghost of Tsushima. Other elements are gonna be from one of my most favorite Disney films, Mulan. But most importantly, I wanna give a big shoutout to my friends BraedimusSupreme and RickyArgueta60. In this timeline, Ken is gonna be general of the Chinese army. Ken is gonna be accompanied by his younger brother: Captain Braedey Martin, leader of China's greatest troops of all time. I shall be designing an OC to play the role of Mulan for this timeline. However, Mushu isn't gonna be her only companion. The young lady is also gonna be accompanied by a friend of her father's who happens to be indebted to him. This particular individual isn't just any friend. He is one of the deadliest warriors from the island of Tsushima Japan. The very mention of his name strikes fear into the hearts of his enemies, and he does whatever it takes to get a job done. His name is Ryü Gushiken, better known as The Ghost of Tsushima.
He was trained in the ways of the Samurai as a child. But an invasion from an army of Mongels forced him to resort to methods and techniques that went against the traditions of the Minamoto clan who follow the traditional Bushido teachings that all samurai learn. As a result, he was banished from his clan and forced to fight against his own uncle by order of the shogun, who demanded Ryü's head. Even though Ryü fought honorably and bested his uncle, he refused to kill a member of his own family. Outraged, the shogun stepped up and tried to finish the job. But Ryü interfered and fought aggressively to protect what was left of his family. The two warriors fought each other with everything they had. But Ryü inevitably bested the shogun and brought him to his knees. The shogun demands Ryü to kill him, but the young warrior refused to do so. Because despite his banishment, Ryü still loved the Minamoto clan as if they were a family of his own. Instead, he decided to be a lone samurai who travels the land and helps those in need. No one dared to invade his home turf again, even while The Ghost was away. Since they've never heard of him before, Shan Yu and the Huns make one fatal mistake during their first encounter. They underestimated Ryü's capabilities. They have no idea that he has the power to annihilate an entire army in a matter of seconds. Ryü is only 50% human. That's because he's the spawn of a human mother and a demon father. So Ryü isn't just immune from physical aging, but he cannot be killed easily. Even if one did manage to kill Ryü, he will not stay down. And he has a very powerful weapon in his arselnal: the Yamato, a katana that has been passed on through many generations by his ancestors. This sword is infused with immense amounts of demonic power, and is even sharp enough to cut through the fabric of time and space. One could also use the Yamato to open portals to travel to any areas where they may need to go. The Yamato also has the power to separate man from devil.
One day while Ryü is visiting China, his friend Fa Zhou is called to return to battle despite having a badly injured leg from a previous war. Fearing for his safety, Fa Zhou's daughter secretly takes his place to save him. Fa Zhou sends Ryü to watch over his daughter and help her return home safely. Being indebted to Fa Zhou for helping him fight off the Mongels, Ryü immediately agrees to take this mission.
