What is happening, Magnusites? Today, I wanted to go over a new workout routine I'm trying out. The goal for this kind of routine is to get yourself pumped up Jotaro Kujo.

This routine is called the JOJO Workout. It was invented by a YouTuber called JaxBlade.

The routine can be done by working one half of your body on two separate days, or you can all out and do the full-body split 3 days a week. I prefer the full-body split.

The full-body routines goes as follows:

Dumbbell Squats to Calf Rise: 4 sets of 20 reps

Jumping Split Squat: 4 sets of 12 reps for each leg

Incline Bench Press: 4 sets of 12 reps

Bentover Row: 4 sets of 12 reps

Bench Press: 4 sets of 12 reps

Pullups: 4 sets of 10 reps

Pushup Taps: 3 sets for 30-60 seconds

Band Pull Apart: 2 sets of 20 reps

Military Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 12 reps

Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 15 reps

Reverse Flyes: 4 sets of 15 reps

Bicep Curls to Tricep Kickbacks: 4 sets of 15 reps

Bicep Curls to Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 15 reps.

It's a brutal, yet effective routine. You don't have to go crazy and do everything as listed. You can just do as many as you can, and work your way up. I encourage my friends to try this routine, especially the boys. If ya do this routine for 3 days every week, you're gonna get yourself jacked up real good. The ladies won't be able to take their eyes off of you for a minute.
