Why can't you leave?

When everything in my world is in flames you stick by me.

Your there.

I see you extinguishing the flames.

Its always you.

But sometimes you create the flames.

Yet you'll still extinguish the flames around me.

I don't want our friendship to end but I don't want to have to care for anyone.

I'll always care about you I really will but I like being lonely.

Because if I'm lonely then I don't have to worry.

I need to be independent one day.

So please let me extinguish MY flames.

Let me fight MY demons.

I love you but one day you'll leave like everyone else.
