I haven't updated this in a while so I thought I may as well now. (btw who likes my new cover? lol.)

So this week has been pretty good, and I thought I might tell you about it.

As you all know, the Olympics have started, and every time my dad starts watching them on TV I say, "Oh heck no, I am definitely not watching this," (mainly because I find the Opening Ceremony the boringest thing ever) . But I always end up glued to the TV, yelling for Australia to 'HURRY UP AND SWIM FASTER!' .

Our teacher has been letting us watch some of the live swimming races in class (he has a TV signal connected to the SmartBoard) as long as we "keep doing our work" . Which never happens, but whatever. The first time we watched, the whole class was SCREAMING at the board, 'GO GO GO GO GO GO AHHHHHHHH', and we went mental when Australia ended up coming third and earing a bronze medal.

Today, we watched again, but this time our teached said that we are absolutely not allowed to scream. It was swimming again, so when the athletes walked out into the pool area, we put our thumbs up or down to voice our approval/disapproval. And this was when my friends and I discovered the legendary CAMERON MCEVOY.

As well as being completely and utterly gorgeous, Cameron McEvoy is an extremely talented swimmer and a really nice guy.

Anyway, as the swimmers are getting ready to dive in, the camera lands on Cameron. I look at my friend Hannah, and we start whisper-mouthing to each other 'OHMIGOD HIS ABS, OHMIGOD HE'S BEAUTIFUL' . I then ran across the room to my other friend Zoe, and said 'He's freaking gorgeous.' before running back to my seat.

Cam ended up winning the semi-final and is through to the final tomorrow.

We spent the rest of the day looking up pictures of him on the iPads, and stalking the medal tally.
