There must be mental physical as well as soul involved in the purpose you are making effort for..

As of me, I lose myself in the ferociousness of the purpose,
I believe I cannot be beaten, I will never give in...
Always try and try coz the relief, the sense of emancipation I get after trying is unbelievable...

It takes Time... but as it is said..
The fruit is sweet if had patience...

On the other hand if one Don't attempt an effort one day, desolation of why I didn't do that...
Will hit like an avalanche..
At that point no *if"s* will be helpful.
