First meeting
It was a cold winter night, lights flicked off signaling nightfall. The air was dim and-- lifeless as the world around grew silently quiet. Castle town, the usually booming counters were asleep with the fallen daytime.
Standing tall and prove, a bit further away from the town was a Castle. A beautiful castle with pure white bricks and green pillars sticking out of it... Hyrule Castle. There was a garden with all types of flowers flowing in the soft breeze that started to pick up.
I stared out my glass paneled widow at the boring night. It was a clear night not a single star in the dark sky. Though I didn't really like that, I loved to see stars blink into my line of sight. I softly signed deciding I've better go to sleep like the rest of the kingdom.
I was already in my nightgown so I shut the window closed, and curled in my bed. I tossed and turned but no matter what I did it was weird... I don't really know how to explain it. But I felt a presence-- like there was someone in the castle
That's crazy! Just roll over and go back to bed.
I mentally scolded myself, yet I lifted the cover from my body and planted my tiny feet on the hard-wood floor.
No use in trying to go back to bed. Might as well check...
Next thing I knew, I was in the garden holding a lantern near my small face. My short blonde hair flowed though the wind carelessly as I looked through my dark surrounding. I looked for a few minutes but saw nothing, I decided to turn back when...
Crash!
I turned my head so fast-- it hurt. What I saw was a boy, around my age. He had blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, that sorta lite up in the night (not really but they were really blue) I turned the lantern towards him and saw he was leaning against a tree.
He probably crash into it.
His big blue eyes widened when he saw me, he has this worried look on his face.
"I wasn't gonna do anything... I just needed someplace to sleep." He studded.
"Won't worry I'm not... wait? Sleep?"
"I'm kinda an orphan." A look of sadness came across his face, and suddenly I felt bad for him. All alone... and I was probably the only one who was willing to actually help him.
"Follow me, I know a place." When I said that he had a confused look on his face, but surprisingly he did follow me. I lead his to Castle courdyard-- besides me no one else came here.
"I know it's not... the best-" He already plopped down on the grass.
"I had worst. Besides it's pretty." He looked at me and gave me a small fake smile, then continued to look back down at the grass.
"What's your name?" I said.
"Link. Your's?"
"Zelda..."
