So what should I get from Amazon?

A mic for covers and my channel and possibly doing some voice acting?

Or

Art stuff for comics and things like that?

Note: My family doesn't have this much money irl, so keep in mind that I only have $150 in a Amazon gift card. They are both around $50 and for the software is an additional $14. If I want to get a better one, the art tablet thing, it would be around $75, plus the additional $14 with it. I need the information FAST!
