Meanwhile, Thor, Jane and Frigga heard the alarm.

"The prison," Frigga said.

"Loki," Thor replied.

"Go, I'll look after her," Frigga urged.

Thor nodded, shed his cloak, and leapt off the balcony as summoned Mjölnir.

Fandral, Volstagg, and Jamie joined the Einherjar warriors to battle the escaping Marauders.

"It's as if they resent being in prison!" Fandral said.

"There's no pleasing some creatures!" Volstagg commented.

"I know, right?" Jamie added.

As soldiers and prisoners battled, Loki just sat calmly at the edge of his cell, beside the energy shield, and read a book. But every now and then he would glance in Jamie's direction to make sure she was okay. Then Thor arrived, and a group of Marauders warily backed away.

"Return to your cells and no further harm will come to you. You have my word," Thor promised.

Then one of them punched Jamie in the face, only making her smirk. Thor immediately grabbed him.

"Very well, you do not have my word," Thor remarked.

"You guys are in so much trouble," Jamie said.

They continued to fight until one Marauder managed to stab Jamie in the stomach with the cut-off end of a spear. Loki saw and about lost it until he saw her rip it out and just keep fighting. How did she do that? Even Thor saw it and it got him thinking too.

Meanwhile, Odin led a squadron of guards.

"Send a squadron to the weapons vault, defend it at all costs. Seal the dungeon," Odin commanded.

"Odin," Frigga called as she and Jane approached him.

"Frigga," Odin said, looked to the commander, and ordered, "Go!"

They dismissed and Odin approached Frigga.

"It's a skirmish. Nothing to fear," he assured.

"You've never been a very good liar," Frigga pointed out.

"Take her to your chambers. I'll come for you when it's safe," he told more soldiers.

As they came, Sif passed by them with more soldiers and Jane noticed them. Sif glared at her, but Jane didn't pay attention too much to it.

"Take care," Frigga told Odin.

"Despite all I have survived, my Queen still worries for me," Odin replied, caressing her cheek.

"It's only because I worry over you that you have survived," she pointed out.

As they she and Jane walked toward her chambers, Frigga retrieved a sword from one of the soldier's scabbards.

"Listen to me now. I want you to do everything I ask -- no questions," Frigga instructed.

"Yes ma'am," Jane responded.
