Thomas was in awe at where he was. He seemed tiny compared to the rest of the room... and he was.

"Woah..." Thomas said. There were chess pieces that were alive and moving and there was a familiar six-armed person standing on the mirror ledge, "Janus...?"

"Thomas... it's been quite a while since you last visited Wonderland. Do you ever wonder what goes on there anymore?"

"Wha- of course, I do!" Thomas raised his voice, making Janus look at him.

"Really?" Janus muttered, "You might want to recheck on things..."

"Has something happened with Wonderland? Where are the others?" Thomas panicked.

"All your questions will be answered when you walk through that door," Janus said as he held his pipe.

"What door...?" Thomas asked.

"Watch your step," Janus said and looked at Thomas with his pipe in his mouth. He pulled the pipe away and blew smoke in Thomas' direction. Thomas coughed and backed up.

Then he felt himself fall.

Thomas screamed as he landed on the ground. He groaned and slowly opened his eyes. He sat up and looked around. He was on a hill with a single tree.

"Where am I...?" Thomas muttered.

"Thomas!?" A few voices yelled, making Thomas look up. He saw a few familiar faces.

His friends...

"Roman, Virgil, Patton!" Thomas smiled and got up off the ground. His friends hugged him tightly. "I missed you all so much!"

"We missed you too, kiddo!" Patton smiled.

That's when everyone frowned, even Virgil.

"Thomas, what are you doing here?" Virgil asked.

"What do you mean? Am I not supposed to be here...?" Thomas asked.

"N-No! That's not it, kiddo... it's just... you've come at the right time to visit, but it could also be the wrong time to visit..." Patton muttered.

"What does that mean?"

"It's Logan... something is wrong with him." Roman sighed sadly.

"What...? What happened to him?" Thomas questioned.

"His family... he thinks that his family is still alive." Patton frowned.

"Well, are they?"

"We don't think so, his family supposedly died a few years ago," Virgil said.

"In a fire." Patton finished.

"Huh... well, take me to him," Thomas said.

"Alright." Everyone nodded and they all walked to Logan's cottage.
