Tough boys 2 - Remus x Logan & Patton

10:54pm

Shhh

Trigger warning: Remus being Remus, mentions of bad parents, indications of past death, intentions of sex, descriptions of sex but !not actual sex!, results of physical violence, child abuse

Au

Remus' eyes gleamed in excitement as they focused on the new student standing before the class beside the teacher who introduced him - Remus didn't pay mind to what they said, rather enjoying wondering what he'd do to the newbie and possibly how quickly he could make the innocent looking boy into a mess before he demanded that his parents send him to a different school.

He had done the exact same thing with the last newbie, unfortunately the newbie before her stuck around but Remus didn't really pull out all the stops with him - he'd certainly do that to...to... dammit, what's his name?

"What's his name?" Remus turned to his boyfriend, Logan, who sat beside him in the only class they shared. The only class Remus attended regularly. "Patton Ambrose" he responded, never does he respond to others when reading a book but always keeps his ear out for his partner.

Then he'd certainly do that to Patton Ambrose!

The student was cute, a few inches shorter than Remus and Logan (who were both the same size), with blonde curls sprayed across his head in a messy yet adorable manner. He had freckles across his entire face - brown, a stark contrast to his honey coloured skin. Plus with full, pink (glossy? He wears makeup...) lips, and that innocent look in his deep dark iris' Remus was obsessed upon first sweep of his body.

The crazed student also noticed the baggy, pastel, woollen jumper - a baby blue reaching his mid thighs. And, sweater paws? This student was really out there screaming 'soft boy' and Remus will enjoy picking him apart to nothing. Plus, his legs were bare, a beautiful golden brown and extremely smooth - Remus could tell he didn't grow a lot of hair, it was very fair. When he walked his jumper rode up a little and he could see the ends of his white, denim shorts and he had to wipe the drool from his lips.

Remus was mesmerised - a cute student...his favourite to wreck.

Turning swiftly to Logan the nerd closed his book and cocked an eyebrow, waiting for Remus to talk. "I bet your bottom-feeding as I can get him to leave in a week" he announced confidently and Logan sighed, finally setting aside his reading material and flipping open his book ready for class, jotting down the date and title.

"And what would I have to give in return to this deal?" He wondered, clicking off his pen and turning to his lover to give his full, undivided attention. Remus shuffled closer in excitement, "eat me out" he responded without single hesitation, loud enough for people around to hear but they did whatever they could and more to avoid the pair who were worse when together.

"Fine" Logan agreed, any sexual activity with Remus was usually very soft and sweet, (unless they were particular aroused...they weren't strangers to rough and raw, but the two found it so much...better to go slow and vanilla, holding each other close while fucking, or giving blowjobs, etc), and Logan adored each and every time he managed to bring Remus that pleasure.

"And if I win?" He carried on, "I eat you out! Deal?"

Logan slipped his hand into Remus' outstretched one, shaking it. "Deal"

Later that day Remus skipped down the hallway still grinning after he tripped up a few younger grades earlier. He was trying to find the newbie as getting to know him a bit more and discovering what makes him tick/uncomfortable would be great help.

His endless luck brought him right to his victim and he excitedly wriggled on the glossy floor before heading over to his prey who was fortunately distracted by a poster pinned on the wall. Rolling up his sleeves, he slammed both hands against the wall either side of Patton's head, the student flinched and yelped, whirling around quick but seemingly calming down when he realised it was simply a student. He clutched his sleeves tight and smiled shyly.

"Hey! I'm Patton, I'm new here" he introduced with a soft giggle and Remus stared at him for a few seconds, head tilting to the side every so slightly. "I know!" He responded, still leaning close but Patton didn't seem to mind at all, what a shame.

"I-"

"What's your name?" Patton cut him off unintentionally and Remus was thrown off, he hadn't heard that in awhile - simply because everyone knows him and new students are warned about himself and Logan. But that made him grin wider - Patton must know, so why not scare him?

"Why! I'm your worst nightmare, Remus! Nice ta' meet ya'!"

Patton giggled, bobbing on his feet. "Remus! I've heard about you, and Logan? I saw you two earlier, you're so cute together!" He gushed, curls falling over his eyes but they were still visible through the light strands. Remus drew his eyebrows together - cute? Oh, him and Logan? Sure he guessed...they never did anything affectionate in school, or in public, but they certainly were adorable when alone. Unless...? Oh! They sometimes kiss, and he distinctly remembers kissing Logan after his first class...that must've been it.

"You were watching us, huh?" He teased menacingly.

Patton gripped his bag strap, "not intentionally! But my old school wasn't so accepting, it's nice to see it's welcomed here! I'm pansexual!" He admitted without hesitation and Remus spluttered for a response; why wasn't this kid even slightly afraid!? It wasn't like he looked friendly!

"It's not accepted, dork! But idiots here think otherwise of messing with me and LoLo" he dismissed and Patton gasped, covering his mouth - Remus thought he did it but deflated when he saw pure excitement swimming in his eyes. "LoLo? That's so cute!" He squealed, clasping his hands together and rising up on his toes. "But, that's okay too!" He shrugged, stepping closer and pressing a single kiss to Remus' cheek. "You can protect me"

As the boy walked down the hallway Remus was left frozen to the spot, staring at the poster with a slacked jaw - he...that didn't go to plan at all! He wanted to leave Patton crying! Not as his protector! He huffed, crossed his arms and huffed again.

Then, "LOGAAAAAAN!" He screamed without a care, turning on his heel and running through the hallways, taking the stairs two at a time to reach the library on the top floor, all the while yelling his name, disturbing everyone else who was on their break.

Bursting through the double doors to the room full of books, he strode across the carpeted ground right up to the table Logan sat at - he was alone with his books, no one dared to even borrow a seat.

"What seems to be the matter, Insania?" He asked, not needing to look up from his book to know Remus was upset. He slumped down in the seat beside his boyfriend and furiously scrubbed his cheek that reddened. "I tried to mess with that stupid newbie but he kissed me!" Logan's head shot up, eyes blazing, "on the cheek!" Remus carried on and Logan settled back; oh...that wasn't so bad.

"Why? He has some nerve! I wanted him to cry! He thought we were cute!" He continued, uncaring that he was bothering everyone who tried to do their work. Logan cocked an eyebrow, dropping his pen. "You don't think we're cute?"

Then Remus quietened, reaching across the table and squeezing his hand. "Of course I do" he murmured quietly, Logan shot him a small, genuine smile only for him before returning to his studying. "But that's doesn't matter! He said I could protect him! He came out to me as pan"

Logan snorted, "an idiotic decision, how could he be so trusting of people he doesn't know?"

Remus threw his hands up, "that's what I thought! I'm gonna tear down this dolphin-fucker" he crossed his arms determinedly and Logan chuckled lightly - "I am sure you will, Insania"

Remus beamed and pressed a kiss to his forehead before starting out the room, Logan eyed the students who glanced over but one glare sent them turning the other way. Satisfied, he focused on finishing his homework, a lingering smile in his heart after the small signs of affection Remus showed.

Lunch time rolled around (as if Remus had gone to class anyway) and he, along with his boyfriend, were walking down the school field together. Logan didn't want to be cooped up inside all day while Remus absolutely adored the outdoors, so it worked out for the both of them.

Remus' rambles about horse meat cut to a stop when his eyes homed in on the newbie-pastel boy. "There he is" Remus whispered evilly, taking Logan's hand to head over together. The student sat beneath a tree that leaned heavily to the side, casting a large shadow across the side Patton resided. On his head was a freshly made daisy-chain-crown and in his hand he held a beautiful flower, drifting the pad of his thumb across the soft petals.

"Newbie!" Remus cackled, falling to his knees and shuffling close. Patton looked up, eyes widening happily when he saw both of the two boys here, not just Remus.

"You must be Logan! Nice to meet you!" Patton chirped cheerily, waving at the boy who scoffed. "I cannot say the same about you" his snarky comment was meant to hurt but it only made him giggle, "hard to warm up to, huh? I'll try my best" He shrugged, turning his attention to Remus, not catching the bewilderment that crossed Logan's face. Now he could see why Remus complained about him earlier.

"Oo! What's this?" Remus took the flower without waiting for a response, gripping the stem so tight it snapped. Patton simply watched on, "a flower, I picked it from the bush" he pointed behind him but Remus didn't care, instead reached for a petrel and plucked it off - hoping to see sadness (or anything) sweep across his face but he just smiled wider! Twisting his lips into a scowl, he kept plucking the petals, one after another, each with more urgency until he reached the last.

While ripping it off, Patton spoke; "he loves me"

Remus threw the stem at him, Patton deflected it to the ground gracefully. "What?" He snapped, Patton leaned back against the tree.

"He loves me! Y'know, he loves me, he loves me not - that's what you were doing, right? With the flower?"

Remus stammered, glancing up to Logan who even seemed a bit surprised. "But I killed it!" Remus tried, however Patton simply shrugged. It seemed this student was different from the rest.

"I killed it when I took it from it's home, you destroyed it in the most beautiful way" he responded with that gentle smile that seemingly never leaves his face unless he's excited - then it just gets wider.

"Ugh! You're no fun" he complained, crossing his arms over his chest. Patton leaned closer again, palms resting on his lap. "I can be fun" he responded smoothly, both boy's eyes widened at the sexual implications but... "I have a lot of board games at home" he was still innocent.

"I think me and Remus would agree to doing anything else, away from you" Logan countered, crossing his arms. Patton scooped up his satchel and walked in front of Logan, small hand wrapping around his tie.

"What are you-"

"It suits you" he complimented softly, brushing their noses together so tenderly before he let go and brushed softly past, taking himself back to school as the bell was soon to ring. Remus stared up at his boyfriend from the ground with a mouth wide open - Logan chewed on his bottom lip for a moment before huffing sharply, "stop staring at me like you're about to give a blowjob"

Remus shut his mouth, but then smirked. "I can if you-"

"Not right now, Insania" he waved off, turning away. Remus didn't take his sour mood to heart, he knew he was pissed off at the new student. He was too! Is Patton too dumb to truly understand the situation? Was he the type of person to be too kind? To the point where he'll end up getting seriously used and hurt? That idea made him smile...but why didn't he react like anyone else!? In this rate he'd be eating Logan out, not that he would complain. It would still suck to lose though.

Unfortunately the pair didn't see Patton for the rest of the day, well...unfortunate for Remus who wanted to try and mess with him again, Logan on the other hand was half glad half not, he was still annoyed at the boy's actions but knew seeing him would make him snap and insulting him was sure to make him crumble - at least a hard-hitting insult, not the type he'd expect.

"Do you want to sleep over mine tonight?" Logan suggested to Remus but didn't really need to ask as he said yes every time. They changed into comfortable clothes and made dinner together like a cute, domestic married couple. When passing each other they'd leave lingering touches and sometimes light pecks to each other's cheeks - and throughout their smiles couldn't be wiped. They couldn't be more happy with each other, but unfortunately their boyfriend wasn't the only thing on their mind.

"I'll shove roadkill into his face" Remus started after slurping up some spaghetti, sauce all around his lips but Logan enjoyed to clean him off so he didn't bother licking it away. The face he was referring to was Patton's, still bothered about him...no one, not one person has ever reacted to him like that before, or Logan either. The two didn't like it and were going to put Patton in his place the next day.

For now, though, they finished their food and cuddled close while watching their gruesome movies.

Tuesday came and, like promised, Remus easily found some roadkill (that didn't look too bad, a simple dead rat still mostly intact) he wanted spilt guts but...beggars can't be choosers. With it in his bag he strode on into school with Logan beside him.

"Explain to me his reaction - I need to talk with a teacher about my award" Logan leaned over to give Remus a short kiss, the boy grinned. "Promise, LoLo!" With that they parted, Remus had already spotted Patton sitting under the same tree and hurriedly crosses the field to him. Today he wore a white skirt that reached his mid-thighs, a simple pink t-shirt tucked into the waist band, and a few butterfly clips in his hair to keep his curls from his eyes but it didn't stop all of them. He had a teddy in his lap and on closer inspection Remus noticed his fingernails painted a soft blue.

Remus has never seen someone like this before...especially a boy.

"Oh, newbie!" He called, dropping onto his knees before him. Patton looked up and grinned, holding the teddy to his chest and sitting up, their knees brushing where they both sat criss-cross. "I have a surprise for you" he cooed and Patton gasped, eyes widening in adorable curiosity. "You do? Oo! What is it?"

Remus cackled and wrangled open his bag, wrapping his fingers around the rat and pulling out quick, shoving it in Patton's direction. The boy flinched back a bit but only by the sudden movement, he analysed the rat and frowned, putting his teddy in his satchel. "Oh, Remus" he whispered sympathetically, (what?), "was this yours...? Oh, I'm so sorry" He delicately took the rat and laid it to the grass, sitting on his knees and drawing the taller student into a hug. Remus was frozen yet again! Because who the fuck reacts like that!?

Drawing back Patton pulled on his satchel and scooped up the rat, rising from the ground. From where he sat Remus could see just a little up his skirt but enough to make him blush.

"Come on, Remus, we can have a proper burial, I'm sure they meant a lot to you"

And, dumbly, Remus followed the boy to a secluded area hidden behind some bushes. Patton lowered to his knees, set aside the rat and began digging at some loose dirt. Remus often enjoyed messing around in the mud, finding as many bugs as he could so slowly he sat down opposite and began to help, a grin slowly overcoming his face when he dragged out a worm and watched it wriggle closely.

"Worms are so cute" Patton mused, picking up the rat and gently, ever so gently placing him into the grave, pulling the dirt over him. "Hmm..." he hummed, reaching over and picking up two twigs, using some sellotape from his bag to make a cross and place it on the grave.

"Would you like to say anything?" Patton asked, Remus mostly interested in the worm. He looked over, staring at the grave for a few moments...why would Patton do this?

"Yeah, you smelled! Dirty rat" he turned to the worm and Patton shook his head fondly, "thank you, rat, for being a pet to Remus. I'm sure you brought much happiness into his life, and I'm pretty sure he loved you too...may you rest well, whenever you are, with an endless amount of cheese. You're free" he patted the grave and looked up at Remus who had dropped the worm to listen to what he had to say.

"That....that wasn't my pet" Remus tried, Patton simply crawled over and have him another hug. "No, they were your friend" he whispered, giving him a gentle squeeze before pulling back. "Now, promise me to wash your hands? I don't want you catching anything - I'll do the same. Talk later?" He suggested without waiting for a response, picking up his satchel and leaving Remus alone behind the bushes littered with cans and fags.

He then looked down at the grave, "fucking...dork" he muttered with a scowl, picking himself up and marching on towards the school, ready to rant to Logan yet again.

"I mean can you believe it!? He buried the fucking rat thinking it was my pet!" He cried out all the while sitting with Logan in an empty classroom. Logan hummed, pulling a disgusted look. "There must be something wrong with him"

"Lo, there's something wrong with me - and it's not a bad thing! But that doesn't matter! What is he planning?" He grumbled, crossing his arms and pouting like a child. "Possibly a trick? He heard all about us and knew what to expect. He could be acting like this to get on our nerves" he offered and Remus nodded, kicking backwards on his chair to stare at the ceiling.

"We'll get him...I just know it!"

Then the two fell to silence, Remus humming a song while Logan wrote out his speech in preparation for accepting the award. The two were lost in their own world and didn't notice the door open or shut, they also didn't hear blue converse tapping against the ground or see the flutter of a white skirt before it was right at their table, surprising them both.

"Ew!" Remus exclaimed at the sight of Patton - a daisy crown on his head.

Patton giggled, "you don't like daisies? That's okay!" He pulled it off and flung it into the bin without fault, drawing a chair up and sitting down. "Who said you could sit here?" Logan demanded, Patton put down his satchel and rested his chin on his palm.

"Can I?"

Logan glared, "no"

"Why not?"

He pulled a bewildered expression, "because we didn't invite you to sit down! And we certainly do not want you here" retort harsh, it still didn't phase him. "But I want to be here, doesn't my wants matter too?" He asked so seriously there was no possible way he was being sarcastic, or taking the piss, purposely annoying them however? Most likely.

"No! Not to us"

Patton giggled, "silly! Everyone's wants matter, as long as they're not harmful. And I'm not staying for long, I came to see if Remus was okay" he turned his attention onto the boy who watched the whole exchange with a confused expression.

"Uh-what?"

"Are you okay? After what happened earlier" he spoke sincerely, referring to the funeral for the poor rat. "I...for the last time, stupid, it wasn't my rat!" He exclaimed, Patton frowned and reached over, squeezing his hand. "Not your rat, then, your companion, friend, someone who was there for you" He suggested, all of which wrong because the rat never did belong to him - yet Remus still had the fucking audacity to feel touched? What the fuck?

"I'm sure Logan's taking care of you" Patton then sent him a genuine smile too, the nerdy boy shot him a look of fire. "Leave, Patton" he muttered darkly. The student nodded and stood up, "grief can be tough, talk to me if you need to" with one last lingering look at them both he left the classroom, shutting the door softly.

Remus turned to Logan who pinched the bridge of his nose, "what have we gotten ourselves into?" He groaned, Remus grinned and shuffled joyously. "I don't know! But it'll be so much fun destroying him"

Remus was correct in his statement; he would have great delight tearing him down but...he still hasn't been able to do it. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday passed by like Monday and Tuesday - Remus and Logan would either see Patton once or twice throughout the day and no matter what they said, what they did, how they acted Patton would find a loophole and respond in a way like he hasn't just been shamefully insulted. He still smiled and shone brighter than the son - but seemingly kept to himself, never indulging with others...only Remus and Logan.

The two assholes didn't like it. Or at least felt like they didn't like it. To be completely honest by Friday they didn't know what to feel, neither had received this type of behaviour before, only when...only with each other. And look what happened; they fell in love.

"I think it's funny how Mr. Shit-Eater said I had to attend his detention, all I did was draw penis' all over his board! In permanent marker!" Remus laughed brightly, beside him Logan smirked. "He is an art teacher, Insania, do not pay him any attention" he dismissed. The two were heading to the music block as from there they could leave the school through a shortcut instead of walking all the way to the front of the building.

"LoLo.." Remus murmured during their walk, eying his boyfriend playfully. "Yes?" He responded, same smirk latching onto his lips. He knew that tone of voice.

"How about we spend the weekend together?" He suggested, drawing Logan close by wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "When do we not?" He countered, Remus giggled and cupped his jaw. "We do! But this time we can suck dick, or...I could worship that perky ass of yours like our deal promised" he emphasised his words by squeezing Logan's butt, the boy squeaked slightly, covering his mouth as a tint darkened his cheeks.

"I-I..th-that sounds good" he stammered in his flustered state, Remus grinned and gave him a tender kiss. He couldn't wait to make Logan feel so overwhelmed with love he begins to cry, that's usually how their moments go. Remus always strived to treat Logan like a god in bed, covering every inch of his skin, touching him without missing a spot - reaching all his sensitive spots and leaving sweet hickeys he loves seeing himself covered in - by the time they're fucking Logan has tears across his face and Remus wipes them away with his thumbs, kissing until they cum.

He felt a stir in his dick at simply imagining it, so he finished their moment and hurried both of them down the hallway, Logan understood and was quick to fall into line.

"Why do you even talk to them, Patton?"

At his name the two boys froze, falling flush against the wall to not be caught as they eavesdropped. The classroom beside them had the door open a crack and inside was Patton talking to a girl just taller than he, dressed in denim with ginger hair. "They talk to me! They're the only people who come up to me to talk" he responded with a shrug, the girl deflated, sitting atop a table as Patton put away the last of the instruments.

"About what? How much they hate you? They're toxic, Patton, horrible, horrible people" she accused, which wasn't half wrong. Patton only sighed out a giggle, walking to the girl. "They're human. And I know that - I'm not that dumb" he smiled, glancing to the side. "But I like them, and that's all that matters"

Noticing they were walking towards the door, Logan took Remus' hand and carried on down the hallway, reaching the door and escaping before they would be noticed.

"Was he talking about us!?" Remus asked a bit too excitedly, Logan nodded. "I believe so. He likes us - we could use this to our advantage" Roman beamed like a maniac, "you're right! But...he doesn't matter now" moving close to his boyfriend, Remus grinned. "You do! And we're gonna have some fun"

"How was your weekend?" A sickly sweet voice broke Patton from his revere, the boy sat underneath his favourite tree wearing black shorts and a baggy blue top, hair messy and sprawled across his head. Once tilting his head back Remus' eyebrows quirked up in surprise at the sight of Patton's left eye blackened, bruised and slightly swollen.

"What the dick?" He questioned without even thinking, desperately wanting to take it back because it seemed like he cared and he certainly didn't care. Patton merely smiled softly and stood up, tucking his satchel onto his shoulder. "Would you believe me if I told you I fell down the stairs?" He suggested with a soft giggle, although he knew from the start he'd end up telling Remus or Logan the truth.

"That's the oldest lie in the book, dumb dumb! Who was lucky enough to hit you?" Remus demanded, clenching his hands, angry because he wasn't the one to leave the mark, angry because someone else did. He assumed it was an asshole from school, one of the other assholes, the 'main stream' bullies who are different to Remus and Logan - who use pathetic insults and let their anger out through violence, something both Remus and Logan looked down upon, but they weren't saints because of it. They looked down on their methods, rather than the effect on students.

His answer surprised him.

"It was my dad"

He didn't have to force it out but his voice certainly fell. So did his eyes which stared forlornly at the ground, the tip of his shoe kicking at it lightly.

"Your dad hit you?" Remus clarified, although not sounding at all sympathetic. More shocked than anything - he thought someone like Patton would have a great home life. Or a very sheltered one.

"Yeah, without mom to protect me I'm..." he cleared his throat, took a few steps forward and hugged Remus tight. The boy tensed up and had to register what was happening before shoving him away. Patton stumbled into the tree, tears in his eyes but not from Remus - from his past, and his current situation.

"Sorry" Patton sniffled, gripping the edge of his sleeves. "Sorry...I should ask before hugging, I probably made you uncomfortable" he leaned against the tree again and looked like a lost, kicked puppy. Remus shifted, he's never felt like this before - so awkward, so...uncomfy? Like he really, really didn't want to be here. Seeing Patton cry made his stomach twist and he hated it, so without another word he hurried to school in search of his boyfriend who he knew was in the main hall ready for assembly that morning - him winning that award and whatnot.

He marched straight into the room, Logan looked over and cut off his conversation with the teacher instantly when he noticed Remus' disposition, he could feel his bad mood from a mile away.

"Ah, Remus, you can't-"

"Shut it" Logan snarled at the teacher who stared in horror at the student who snapped back so disrespectfully, but he'd murder for Remus, so it didn't phase him. He jumped down from the stage and walked right up to Remus who stared at him with the look he recognised - one that screamed he needed to be in a private area, just him and his boyfriend.

"Take your time" Logan shot, taking Remus out the hall without listening to any teacher, swiftly pulling him aside into a small storage closet and blocking the door from the inside, turning to Remus who was grateful. "He has a black eye" Remus started, Logan instantly knew who he was talking about - "are you upset you did not give him it?" Logan suggested, quite blatantly knowing his boyfriend very well.

Remus shook his head and crossed his arms, "yes! But...guess who gave it to him"

Logan mulled it over, "a student?"

Remus shook his head, "a stranger from the street?"

Again, Remus shook his head. Logan tilted his head, "a friend..?"

"Close"

Logan rose an eyebrow, "family"

"His dad gave him a black eye!" Remus clarified and Logan looked to the side, he could've sworn a student like him had a satisfactory, safe home life.

"What do we do about it?" Logan then asked, but then stepped back, as if looking at himself from another perspective. "Why should we care?" He floundered, did he seriously consider trying to help Patton?

Remus shrugged, scratching his neck harshly. Logan reached up and held his hand tight, as a distraction Remus needed. "I don't want to help him!" Remus shook his head stubbornly, "neither do I" Logan agreed, staring off at the dusty ground.

"He is certainly not our friend, nor do we care about him. He is a stranger we wish to tear down, like every other unbearable, filthy student in this school" Logan spat out with meaning, Remus nodded vigorously. "Yeah! I wanna...I wanna give him PTSD!" He grinned brightly, turning to his boyfriend who couldn't meet his gaze, not yet.

"Although he is not the same as everyone else, that does not change anything"

"Nope!" Remus popped the 'p' for emphasis.

"It is not like him being different is refreshing"

"It isn't!

"Or...a welcomed feeling simply because we can converse normally with someone that isn't either of us" he continued, Remus nodded, although not as strongly.

"Yeah..!" His voice fell a little softer, weaker.

"And I will deter the notion that he is pleasing to the eye" Logan dismissed with a wave of the hand. Remus didn't nod this time, "yeah..." he murmured, watching Logan's face closely, it was struggling.

"He's the same as everyone else. Stepping stones to our shared success" he finally met Remus' gaze and the two fell silent, for too long, until Remus sighed and spoke up.

"But that walrus-licker is different" he whispered, Logan squeezed his hand and grunted.

"He is" he admitted in a defeated sigh, clenching his eyes shut.

"He isn't scared of us" Remus added, Logan nodded.

"He isn't"

"He talks to us...willingly!"

"He does" Logan murmured, eyes opening halfway to stare behind Remus, off to the side ever so slightly.

"And he...." Remus screamed, "he's fucking adorable!"

Logan dropped his hand and leaned on the shelves behind him, pinching the bridge of his nose. "He asked me to help him with his homework, I agreed simply to improve my understanding and it was only one question - his face when he answered it correctly...I wanted to make him cry for those fucking butterflies he created" Logan ranted, tearing a hand through his hair.

"How his eyes softened when he asked if I was okay about that dumb fucking rat! It wasn't even mine!" Remus wailed, ready to punch the wall. Or a face.

Silence settled around the two again, until Logan shifted and looked at his boyfriend. "I know this" he admitted, "we have been through this before" he continued and Remus whined, he didn't want to admit it or hear it but-

"When we became comfortable with each other"

The two hadn't been friends all their lives, surprisingly, they met the first time in this school and hated each other. Both of them the exact same as now but during that time truly believed they could be alone, they could do everything alone. And when they mastered the art of becoming the two most recognised yet hated faces in the school it wasn't luck that brought them together - it was simply fate.

They bullied and hated each other relentlessly until they realised they were so similar, they both thrived off their reputation and would rather kill before making a friend. They realised this, of course they did, and when they did their bullying ceased, they didn't talk for months until finally they were forced to - when they were both in the head's office for different reasons, waiting for their turn.

The room was awkwardly silent, too silent to bare so they talked, and talked, and talked...and the rest was history.

They bonded, became inseparable, and worked together as the cunt-couple. The worst people in the entire school, but not to each other, to everyone else. When alone they were the sweetest boys - but you know this.

"What do we do!? Start fucking him too?" Remus exasperated, Logan took a step forward. "We are more than simply sex, Remus. You are my world. I love you with everything I have" and the poor boy melted into Logan's hold, hiding his face into his neck. They both understood their fears, under everything they were soft, innocent, and fragile. If Patton became close and discovered who they really were he could destroy them - they were, simply put, terrified but at the same time their hearts suddenly yearned for more, more than one partner, for Patton too.

Of course they both thought the world of each other, and loved one another to the ends of the galaxy and back. Now that's love. They'd do anything for each other, but that didn't mean they couldn't do anything for another, too.

"I hate him" Remus huffed, Logan held him tighter. "I hate the effect. But I do not believe either of us could hate him" he corrected and Remus sighed, for he was right. The two didn't know where it went wrong but for the entire first week, every single time Patton spoke with them, it felt different - different from any conversation they had with other students, or people in general.

He was better than them all.

He showed them affection, kindness over their insults, and compassion for their hidden selves.

After overhearing Patton in that music room their Friday evening was filled with loving sex but plotting what they would do to Patton that Monday. However the following morning the feeling made them uncomfortable - but they didn't admit it to themselves just yet. They simply didn't want to do it anymore, and they understood, so didn't mention it again. The Sunday they cuddled in bed mostly, Patton spiralling in their mind - finally they both agreed to carry on as normal, not fake anything, keep up with their usual routine of insult and insult.

But hey here they were, emotional, understanding their feelings, understanding they wanted nothing more than Patton to join them - join their relationship so they could care for him too and stop slapping him with disgusting words and glares.

"How do we even mention this?" Logan brought up, Remus shrugged, then his face brightened. "We invite him over! He can't go home 'cus his stinky dad! Perfect excuse" Remus grinned and Logan smiled right back, "perfect plan, now busy yourself until assembly. I want to see you in the crowd"

"I wouldn't miss it for anything, LoLo" Remus responded, the two coming together to share a long, sweet kiss - their hands cupping each other's face tenderly.

Leaning back their foreheads leaned together, then Remus brushed their noses cutely. Logan breathed out a laugh, "reminiscent of Patton" he murmured and Remus chuckled too, for it was.

While on stage Logan's eyes landed on both Remus and Patton who didn't sit too far away, this being the first time Logan caught sight of Patton's black eye and his jaw tightened, fists clenching ever so slightly. He hated it - hated seeing such harsh colours against his soft, glowing skin.

During break the two love-birds didn't see Patton but Logan knew this was due to his tutor sessions with a student he didn't care to remember, the two were antsy but once lunch time rolled around and they spotted Patton sitting under the tree with his teddy clutched tight to his chest the two relaxed and hurried over.

Patton heard footsteps and looked up, his frown spreading into a smile. The two hated seeing a frown, Patton never frowns.

"Hello, newbie!" Remus called, flopping onto the ground and shuffling close to him, Patton giggled and rested his chin on his teddy's head. "Hey, Remus" he responded gently, obviously not as bubbly as he usually was. To his surprise Logan kneeled down too, leaning closer to analyse the black eye.

"It appears fine" he concluded, sitting up gay. "I would advice ice packs, but I have plenty of those, so do not worry" he waved off, Patton tilted his head to the side.

"You do? That's good, our freezer at home doesn't work" he chuckled, half forced, half humourless. "Um...but it's nice to see you both" he fiddled with his fingers, finding himself unable to stare at them for the first time since they met.

The two shared an uneasy look.

"Are you upset with us?" Logan wondered, for he had every right to be. Patton's head shot up and it shook quickly, "no, no! Not you two...my dad" he reassured, assuming Remus told Logan everything. "He is scum of the Earth for hurting you in such a way. In fact, I fear he might hurt you more tonight-"

"Oh, no, he-"

"So me and Remus agreed to invite you over, until everything is settled and safe" he finished, shutting up Patton quick. His cheeks burnt pink, eyes flickering back and forth to both boys. "Sleep...over your house?" He clarified, voice soft and astonished.

"Yep! You can share our bed too, it's big enough" Remus winked and Patton covered his mouth with his hands in shock, the tears in his eyes worried the boy's until Patton flung himself at them, hugging them both tight while crying into their shoulders.

"Thank you" he cried, "thank you, thank you, thank you, my goodness... thank you!" He repeated, leaning back and using the palm of his hand to wipe away his freely running tears. "I-I-I hated to lie but I-I didn't want to make you w-worried 'cus I-I can't go home, w-well...I don't h-have a home anymore and-and-I...it-...this means a-so much..." His cries over took his speech but the boy's gathered enough, now they'd certainly let Patton stay for as long as he wanted.

"Oh!" He covered his mouth again, eyes widening as they flicked to Remus. "I'm...I'm so sorry!" He suddenly exclaimed, surprising him. "I hugged y-you without asking, I-I-I-I" he hiccuped, "I'm sorry" Remus shook his head, "it's fine! I like being hugged! I want hugs! Hugs are good! Hugs from boyfriend, strangers, serial killers!" He listed, the two relieved when hearing the angelic noise of his giggles.

Patton sniffled and held his hands between his thighs, "you guys are incredible" he whispered, Logan felt his heart clench and fill with warmth.

"You are too" he managed, voice only a little shaky. Patton giggled and leaned close, brushing his nose against Logan's before doing the same to Remus.

"Does that mean we can hang out until class?"

The boys smiled those smiles that were once only reserved for each other; now for one more guest. "Yes, yes it does" Logan agreed and Patton vibrated with excitement - that was how the three boys sat close underneath the tree, listening to Patton ramble and talk a mile a minute - it was adorable, with him around the two didn't feel so alone.

On the way to Logan's house they made a quick pit stop at Patton's old home, with his dad at work it was empty and they managed to sneak in through a window and collect all of Patton's belongings that would've been sold otherwise.

All of his precious clothes, teddies, gifts, nic-nacs, treasures to remind him of his mother and general necessities.

"Are you sure this is okay?" Patton worried his bottom lip between his teeth, staring at Logan and Remus who were decorated with bags, he himself had one along with a suitcase.

"Yes, positive" Logan agreed, Remus nodded wildly.

"Yep! Come on before I burn everything!" He encouraged, hurrying down the stairs and out the house. Patton and Logan chuckled at his antics and followed suit, not nearly as fast simply because they didn't want to fall.

The guest room was filled with Patton's belongings, two hours later it looked like a bedroom he's had for years.

"Wow" he breathed, sitting on the bed, bouncing up and down lightly. "It looks awesome! Like...home"

Remus clapped excitedly and jumped onto the bed, leaning against his back which Patton happily accepted. "This is your home! You're never leaving, ever!" To many, that was sure to worry them - however Patton? He loved it and tilted his head back to laugh, resting against Remus' shoulder.

"I'll stay for as long as you'll have me" he agreed, Logan stepped closer. "Which is as long as you want to" he added and Patton sent him a soft smile.

Their afternoon together? Was incredible. Amazing. Everything they could dream for and more. Of course Logan and Remus felt that way whenever hanging out but with Patton there too? If made them feel complete. They could send each other knowing smiles as Patton toddled around as his cute self, falling into rambles without really realising.

Plus his exuberance and never ending kindness made their hearts thud sporadically - but in the best way possible.

They cooked together, well Logan did most the work while Remus pampered Patton where the cutie sat on the counter, his short legs swinging back and forth. His giggles could never be tiresome.

They watched movies together, all sitting on the couch - Patton saw the title 'Saw' and visibly flinched, the two boys knew not to watch gruesome-es que movies with him, which did make Remus sad, but when he saw his eyes light up at a ghost movie he became excited again. Horror without gross bodily harm? He could live with that.

Especially when Patton squealed at every jump scare and hid behind the two boys, watching from over their shoulders.

And that night, everything was settled.

With Patton wedged between the two on Logan's bed, as comfortable as ever, they decided now was the best moment. "Patton?" Logan broke the silence, his arms currently curled around Patton's waist, same for Remus which made the boy feel extraordinarily safe.

"Yeah?" He didn't seem too tired, meaning he'd be coherent enough to answer truthfully.

"We-"

"We want to kiss and love and fuck you like we do with each other!" Remus interrupted, much less gracefully and eloquently put than what Logan was about to say. The man sighed and pinched his nose - of course.

Patton felt his face flush, but he pulled the two closer by gripping the front of their pyjama tops. "Really?" He whispered, blinking owlishly up at them.

Remus nodded hurriedly, Logan shot him a fond smile. "While not admitted in the way I would prefer, yes, yes we do. We would like for you to be our partner" he added further and Patton giggled, shifting somehow closer, feeling ecstasy swim through his veins.

"Then do it" he whispered, "love me, kiss me, f...." he swallowed and giggled shyly, "do whatever you want with me" his flustered state was obvious and it only made the two taller boys fall deeper in love.

"I've always wanted a threesome!" Remus chirped, Logan rolled his eyes, leaning down to press a kiss to Patton's head.

"Boyfriends?" He murmured, Patton nodded.

"Please!"

The relationship suited them all perfectly - and now, every night, the three boys could cuddle up in bed, share sweet nothings and inevitably fall asleep, surrounded by love, warmth, protection and...family.
