"Thomas!" Logan yelled as soon as he appeared, the others appearing after. "Something happened! We don't know what but we switched bodies!"

"Woah, Patton, calm down" Thomas replied. "No! I'm Patton" Patton said, "And I'm Logan" Logan added. Thomas stared at them like they were crazy.

"Logan is in my body, I'm in his, Virgil is in Romans body while Roman is in his" Patton explained, adjusting his tie.

"Wait...really?"

"Yes really! It's really weird! I have emotions, Thomas! EMOTIONS! and now I'm crying!" Logan yelled, tears rolling down his cheeks.

"Yes, and I do not feel any emotions. It is strange, we do not know how it happened" Patton said, pulling Logan into a side hug. Logan clung onto him and sobbed. Pattons been in that situation before, sometimes the sadness can over take him and make him cry, it's happening to Logan but Logan can't control it.

"Thomas, I like myself" Virgil said in disbelief, "THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN! I'm quite fabulous but I don't like it! Change us back!" He complained, using wild hand gestures.

Thomas stuttered for some sort of reply, he was super confused, all of this information in the early hours of the morning?

"Please help us! I don't like this!" Roman paused to breath in sharply, it's not often that he felt any sort of anxiousness or panic in situations like these but it was becoming unquestionably hard for him to keep himself under control.

"Um..I uh...What?" He managed to get out. Patton sighed and shook his head.

"Have you not listened? We literally just explained to you what happened!"

"I know! I- I understood you but...how can you change bodies?" He asked, he couldn't think of anything that happened in the past twenty four hours for this to happen.

"We do not know, Thomas" Patton straightened his tie, letting Logan stand up straight and sniffle.

"It must of happened during the night, we all went to sleep in our rightful bodies" Patton explained.

"Is there anything we can do?" Thomas questioned. Again Patton didn't know and the others were becoming worried, what if they never change back?

Roman couldn't do it anymore, his breathing became short and sharp, he fell to the floor and hugged himself tightly, clenching his eyes shut.

"Roman!" Logan exclaimed, rushing to his side. Virgil sat next to him and told him his breathing technique, Patton knew he would be okay so he faced Thomas.

"Do you feel different at all?" He inquired.

"No, I feel normal" Thomas replied, gazing at Roman with a worried look. "Will you guys be okay?"

"I honestly do not know, Thomas" Patton sighed.

After Roman had calmed down he stayed close to Virgil on the floor while Logan stood up. "This has happened before in movies! Characters swap with other ones and they have to do things to change back! Maybe we could do the same?"

"This is not a movie, Logan" Patton replied, already shutting down his idea.

"It's worth a shot" Virgil said, hugging a shaking Roman tightly.

"What movie do you have in mind?"

"Umm...what about the one where the Mother and daughter change and in the end they change back because they both say they love each other?"

"No" Patton said, shaking his head. "They initially swapped because they hated each other, we do not hate each other"

"Oh, uh...what about the change up?"

"Hmm, they changed after being drunk, correct? None of us have touched alcohol in quite awhile" Patton frowned.

"How did they change back?"

"They had to find a fountain, that just seems stupid in our situation. When was the last time any of us saw a fountain?" They went silent and Patton sighed.

"It's a boy girl thing?" Virgil offered, rubbing Romans back soothingly.

"They were placed under an Incan spell in a museum, we have not been to a museum in years" Patton said while looking down, trying desperately to think of something.

"In no movies have the characters woken up different, this situation we are in has never been dealt with before in movies" Patton rubbed his face and groaned.

"Are we stuck like this? Forever?" Roman whispered, sitting up and sniffling.

"We can't be..." Virgil trailed off, looking at Patton. Patton frowned and shook his head, "I...am sorry, but not even Logan's brain can think of a way to change us back"

Logan instantly began to cry, hugging Patton tightly, Roman started to panic again and Virgil calmed him down the best he could. Thomas watched with a worried expression, there must be a way...they can't be stuck like this forever.

The sides slowly moved to the couch and sat down, Logan cuddled up to Patton, crying while clinging onto him. Patton rested his chin on Logan's head, he even felt a little worried and frightened.

Virgil calmed Roman down and Roman sat next to Virgil, leaning on him while holding his hand tightly. Thomas sat with his head in his hands, trying to think of anything that could help.

"Logan?" Patton whispered.

He sniffled, "y-yeah?"

"When I was in my body I...I always thought, even if you said otherwise, that you had emotions. Me being the heart and Thomas's deep emotions I could not imagine living without them, it is horrible. I know you may prefer it but I must admit you are strong, I am surprised you have never broken down wanting to know what emotions felt like before" Patton chuckled but it held no humour.

Logan lifted his head up, sitting up straight. He smiled weakly at Patton, rubbing his tears away. "Yes, I definitely like it more without emotions, I don't know how you can live like...this, keeping all these emotions down apart from your happiness, I understand now how hard it would be for you to not get angry over the smallest of things, or upset, or anything else...I'm impressed by you, you do an amazing job everyday"

Patton smiled and the two hugged again tightly, closing their eyes.

"How do you do this?" Roman whispered to Virgil, "pardon?" Virgil replied. Roman sat up and stared at him with red puffy eyes, "how? How can you live everyday with such horrible thoughts? How do you not panic at any moment? How do you hide all of this away?"

"I just...do. I'm brilliant at it" Virgil smirked but it dropped and he sighed. "I'm sorry, those horrible thoughts are probably getting to you"

"I wish you told me sooner, I would've helped you the best I could've, even if I'm not good at comforting people" Virgil snorted, "not good? Roman, you're awesome at comforting people, it's the self deprecating-ness I deal with getting to you. Fight it, I do it as much as I can"

"You fight this off everyday? You are a god, how can you do that? It's so strong!"

"Don't compliment me, it will go to my head" Virgil chuckled. "I just do, but you do an awesome job everyday as well! I get that you're arrogant but I can see why now, and all of these creative thoughts - I'm surprised I haven't burst out into song, telling the world all of the creativeness that's stuck up in here" Virgil tapped his head, chuckling.

Roman smiled and blushed, looking away. "I underestimated you, Roman. I thought you acted like this because you can but...it's the opposite, you're nearly as awesome as I am"

Roman chuckled, "thanks Emo nightmare, I guess I underestimated you as well" They hugged and closed their eyes, enjoying the moment.

Without warning they all fell asleep, Thomas was still thinking and when he spoke without getting a reply he noticed the state they were in. Sighing but smiling he covered the four sides with blankets, turning off the lights and leaving to go upstairs.

Even if they might never change back they will always have each other.
