"Logan! Virgil! Roman!" Patton called excitedly, bouncing up and down excitedly in place.
"Yes?" Logan asked tiredly, rubbing his eyes.
"Patton what do you need? It's 9 am in the morning!" Virgil growled, lazily putting his sweater back on.
"Mugh," Roman couldn't even use words, his hair was a mess and he looked nothing like he usually did on camera.
"Looks like someone didn't get enough beauty sleep," Virgil smirked.
"Oh quite, Mr. Eyebags," Roman retorted, rubbing his eyes.
"Guys! Play nice," Patton warned.
"What exactly did you need?" Logan asked, straightening his tie.
"It's April Fools Day!" Patton cheered.
"And?" Virgil asked, getting slightly annoyed.
"Let's prank Thomas!" Patton giggled excited, not being able to stand still for more than five seconds.
"How, exactly?" Roman asked, slightly curious in what the childish trait had in mind.
Patton summoned a giant chalkboard, "First of all, we'll all switch clothes!"
"Woah Woah Woah!" Virgil interrupted, "I'm not exactly ok with this."
"We'll wash them! Don't worry Virgil, you don't have to participate if you don't want to, I just kind of thought you'd want to join in!" Patton said, a slight twinkle in his eye.
"Well, umm, ok fine!" Virgil decided, very curious on how Patton's plan would turn out.
"Ok, so, Logan and I, Virgil and Roman," Patton said, writing the two names next to each other and circling them.
"What? Why do I have to change clothes with him?" Roman asked, not looking forward to wearing dark clothing and messy makeup.
"Yeah, I don't see why I should have to wear that ridiculous prince costume," Virgil teased, gesturing towards Roman.
"Excuse you? I'm absolutely fabulous in this! But you never answered why we," Roman gestured between him and Virgil, "Have to trade?"
"Well, the thing is," Patton explained, "Logan and I have glasses, you two do not." He put his hands up to tap the sides of his glasses, watching as Logan straightened his. Patton also had another reason, but there was no way he'd say it out loud.
"Well, makes sense, and this plan is actually seeming to make sense, shall we begin?" Logan asked.
"Yup!" Patton giggled, loosening his cardigan.
As they went into their separate rooms, they were so busy trying to swipe clothes they didn't hear Thomas go into his living room to switch on his camera.
"What's up everybody?!" Thomas asked the camera, "Today I feel like dancing around and being crazy, yet that also feels like a stupid thing to do. I feel like writing and publishing a book, but I'm too scared of what people would think. Everything is mixing." Thomas said, face scrunching up in confusion.
"Logan! Roman! Virgil! Patton!" he called, watching the sides appear in front of him. "Ummm, Roman? Why do you look so pale?" he asked, looking around at all of them, "Logan! Why isn't your tie done?"
"Uhh," they both trailed off, giving each other an "Uh, oh" look.
"Well, you see ki- Thomas," 'Logan started, "I had a late start this morning, hang on."
Patton was normally the one that did Logan's tie in the morning, so he had no problem fixing it.
'Patton', on the other hand, was having a small difficulty with the cat cardigan. He didn't know wheater to embarrass himself and wear it, or have it awkwardly wrap around his shoulders, how did the real Patton put up with it?
'Virgil' was having a tough time, the makeup made his face feel a bit stiff and caused him to continuously change his facial expressions.
'Roman' had no idea what to do. Should he try to stand out? He was too afraid to. Should he insult 'Virgil?' No, Roman was getting better at that and didn't want him to think he didn't notice. 'Roman' could barely manage to muster out a "hello" so he stayed quiet.
"Roman? Buddy?" Thomas turn towards him, ignoring the fact that 'Virgil' also looked, "You okay? You've been awfully quiet.
"Um...y-yeah I'm o-ok" 'Roman responded quietly, hating to be put on the spot.
"Are you sure?" Thomas pushed, rocking back and forth on his heels.
"Y-yeah," 'Roman' nodded, looking away.
"Do we need to talk?" Thomas asked, hoping he wasn't getting too annoying.
"Just leave him alone for Zeus's sake!" 'Virgil' yelled, hating that someone was making his....friend, uncomfortable.
"Hey be nice!" 'Logan' warned, using his dad tone, "Umm, I mean, you need to act more mature!"
"I'd say," 'Patton mumbled, leaving Thomas confused, "I mean! Play nice! Uh....pun!" 'Patton freaked out for a second, hoping that it would be overlooked.
"Why is everyone acting so strange?" Thomas asked, looking around in confusion.
"What do ya mean, kiddo?" 'Patton' asked, hoping that it would convince him otherwise.
"I don't know, you guys are acting like different people," Thomas laughed nervously, looking around at the four of them.
"What do you mean? I would never act like anyone else! I'm fabulous!" 'Virgil' called out, covering his mouth afterward.
"What?" Thomas asked, confusion covering his face.
"I said, I'm fabulous!" 'Roman' cried out, nervousness clawed at his stomach, but he tried to ignore it.
Thomas laughed, "Ok, Roman. We all know that."
'Roman' smiled in relief, he bought it.
"Well, look at the time! Better go!" 'Virgil stated, pointing at his wrist and slowly sinking out.
"Have you ever tried to eat a clock? It's very time-consuming!" 'Patton' forced out, hiding his cringe.
'Logan' laughed, surprising Thomas but before he could say anything, they all left.
"What the heck just happened?!?!"
(This went so much better in my head :/ If you have any ways to make it better or things you would like me to add please let me know because I feel like I'm missing something but I can't figure out what!)
