[Niall]

I like Kate a lot, and I want to do something romantic, but fun. She hasn't really expressed how she feels about me so maybe I can get her to open up to me today. 

I put on a nice tee and a pair of black skinny jeans. I throw on a leather jacket and a pair of white vans. I fix my hair in the most perfect quiff possible and I head next door. 

"Hey guys" I say as Mrs. Walsh gets up from her chair. 

"How you doin' my boy" she envelopes me into a huge hug. 

"I'm great" I smile, looking directly at Caitriona. 

"Would you like anything? I have lots of food to spare dear!" She smiles as I shake my head.

"Um I'm just gonna get some of your infamous tea Mum" I say walking towards the kitchen. I pull Caitriona's arm, making her follow.

"What is wrong with you?" She harshly whispers, Turing around to make sure no one will hear. "And why are you dressed so nice?" She smiles placing her hand on my chest.

"Um you said earlier you'd do whatever I wanted, and I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date with me" I look down, blushing a bit at my ridiculous question.

"A date?" She laughs. "Your kidding right?" 

"No, well you can call it what you like. A just would like to think of it as us getting to know each other" I smile as she raises an eyebrow. 

"You really don't know how to stop" she shakes her head. "Fine, but don't you dare try anything, and Aedan has to come with us" 

"You must be joking" I gape. 

"Nope. I'm gonna go get ready"  she says heading upstairs.

Once were at the carnival, Aedan finds a girl instantly, which leaves Kate and I alone for a while. I look over at Kate, and I see her wearing a Black crop top, her leather jacket, jean shorts and her infamous black chucks. 

"So um would you like to ride the Farris wheel?" I ask, as she nods. 

"Yeah sure" she says as we get on, just as I try to sit next to her she stops me. 

"Distance remember?" She raises and eyebrow as I roll my eyes. 

"Ahh!" I Yell, feeling the ride starting. 

"Are you okay?" She asks as I shake my head. 

"No I'm deathly scared or heights" I chuckle, trying to lighten the mood.

"Hey it's okay" she soothes. "I promise we'll die" she says sarcastically as I roll my eyes. 

"Not helping" I scoff. 

"Your the one who wanted to ride this so I don't see why your complaining" she shrugs, laughing. 

"Oh I'm definitely see why all the guys chase after you" I say sarcastically. 

"It's a gift" she shrugs with a grin. 

"Why do you dislike me so much?" I ask out of the blue, but it is something I need the answer to.

"Look, I know you like me. It's obvious, and just to let you know I think it's cute but I'm not interested Horan" she pauses. "The ride is over" she grins, patting my head. 

"Really?" I say looking around to see that the ride has stopped. "Thank god I'm no longer trapped with you"

"So uh how was your night?" I ask as she rolls her eyes. 

"It was okay I guess" she shrugs as Aedan taps her shoulder.

"I'd like you to meet Grace, she is the most amazing girl" he slurs, as I grab his shoulders. 

"You alright mate?" I say as his face turns green.

"Yeah I'm fin-" he vomits all over me, I see Caitriona cover her mouth and almost gag as Grace runs off. 

"Hey! Where are you going!" He slurs wiping his mouth.

"Oh my god you smell" Kate says wiping my shirt with a napkin. 

"No it's fine" I say taking my shirt off. I watch her gaze travel up my chest and her eyes steady on me. 

"Niall stop being such a slut" Aedan mutters as Kate laughs. 

"Let's get you home" I chuckle as Aedan walks quickly to the car.

"Why does every night end like this?" Caitriona sighs. 

"I don't know, maybe we're just destined to carry your brother's drunk ass around everyday" I joke, making her laugh for what seems the first time.
