Naruto returned to Sasuke's side with Tsunade and Kiba.  

Sasuke looks puzzled.

"Who..Who are you?"  

He looked at the "so-called" strangers, "How dare you enter my kingdom without my consent." He cleared his throat. 

"We-" Naruto voiced cracked as Sasuke shook his head. 

Looking down with a frown on his face, he closed his eyes painfully and held his head. "My.. Head. It hurts."  

He proceeded to rub his forehead with his palm.

"Sasuke, we're here to help." Naruto forced out these words.

"You are a doctor?"

"Sasuke.."

He laid down, fingers pressed against his temple. "Just hurry up and make me feel better. Enough crap."

Tsunade whispered into the blonde's ear, "This was how the King was like before you entered this dimension, cold. Ice cold." 

Naruto's tears were filling up his eyes, so close to flowing out. 'Please don't forget me.' he thought to himself.

'Please.. Don't forget me.' a drop of tear escaped and rolled down his face. 

The king looked over and lifted his eyebrow, "Why is the little one crying?" He was drawn to the bird, he signaled the other to come over.

He patted his head and wiped his tear, "Naru...-"  

The king felt a throbbing pain in his head.  

"Naruto.. Beloved. I'm sorry."  

Zeyis's ruler seemed to have suddenly snapped back into reality. It all seemed so blur.  

"I think.. I'm losing my mind." His head was pounding.

Bits and pieces of memories seemed to be flying in and out of his head. One moment he recollects next moment it's totally wiped out of his memory.

"Forgive me, my love. This might be one of the last times you'll be spending with me." he smiled sadly and grabbed the miserable bird's tiny hands.  

Naruto violently shook his head,"You promised me! Forever.." 

"Sorry, beloved. But I'll promise you, this will be the only promise I'll break."

He looked over to the ones standing behind him, "Apologies. You are?" 

Sasuke is unable to remember Tsunade and Kiba and is only able to remember Naruto somehow.

Sasuke seems to be clinging on to the memories he shared with Naruto, afraid of losing them and him. Love is strong.

Tsunade was silent for a moment before she shook her head politely and smiled, "No, king. My apologies. I didn't introduce myself." 

She stretched out her hand, "I'm Queen Tsunade. Queen of Auroa." 

The hands shook. 

"And I'm Kiba. Just a citizen of Zeyis."

Sasuke nodded, wondering if those battle scars on his face were from a predator.

He shrugged it off and diverted his attention to the bird. "Why are they here to see me?"

"To help you, of course. We all want to help you."

Tsunade tapped Naruto's shoulder, "I need to speak to you privately." 

Three of them excused themselves and left the room. 

"What is it?" He asked anxiously.

"Sasuke.. His condition is much worse than I thought. I.. I might.. Not be able to help him after all.."

Naruto's fear was now officially a fact. She doesn't have a large chance of saving him. How can no one save him? It all happens so fast. It seems like yesterday he was still doing fine and all of a sudden..

He was distraught with grief.

Suddenly someone came barging pass them and into Sasuke's hospital room.

"You don't fucking deserved to be king." Yelled a predator, declaring a battle.
