Mrs. Sandra ran through the hall to the principals office.

"Hello Mr. Rufo" Said Mrs. Sandra

"Ahh Mrs. Sandra, how can I help you?" Asked Mr. Rufo

"They snuck out again." Said Mrs. Sandra

"Oh I see. Not again."

"I'm sorry-

"No, no it's okay. Kids make these mistakes." Said Mr. Rufo

He grabbed his phone and dialed in the girls parents.

Back to Anne, Sasha and Marcy

"Woah! That was intense!" Said Anne

"I told you coming here was a good idea." Said Sasha

"I never said it was a good idea but I'll admit that it was fun." Said Anne

"Aww man, do we have to go back to school?There's this new virtual reality set that features the Legend of Zelda! Ahh a classic." Asked Marcy

"Do you want to get busted?" Asked Sasha

"No." Said Marcy

"Exactly, now come on Nerds." Said Sasha

Sasha left the amusement park and Anne and Marcy followed behind her. They were able to get to the school and they got inside and just when they thought they were Home free, this announcement came

Anne, Sasha and Marcy please come to the principals office

"Uh oh." Said Sasha

"I told you this was a bad idea, now we'll be in trouble again!" Said Anne

"I'm sure it's only because Mrs. Sandra's searching for us." Said Sasha

"I doubt that." Said Marcy under her breath

Sasha glared at Marcy. They walked over to Mr. Rufo's office and saw their parents in there near Mr. Rufo

"Hello girls, how was your day?"

Anne didn't know what to say. She was conned by Sasha again and now they're in huge trouble and based on Mr. Rufo's voice, it sounded serious.

"Please sit down." Said Mr. Rufo

Anne, Sasha and Marcy sat down next to their parents. Their parents gave them a look of disappointment.

"Kids, I know you snuck out of school and me and your parents aren't happy."

"Mr. Rufo, it isn't what you think it is" Said Sasha

"Sasha please let me finish. You, Anne and Marcy have snuck out before and each time we always caught you. I hoped you would have learned your lesson but you still haven't, so I'm sorry but you're suspended."

"WHAT?" Said the girls at the same time

"Why do I have to be suspended? It was Sasha's idea to escape!" Said Marcy

"MARCY!" Said Sasha

"Oops"

"I know but you and Anne followed her and now you have to follow her punishment. I'm sorry. Don't worry your punishment will only be for a week starting today, Please leave my office and go get your school supplies."

"But Mr. Rufo-

"Now Sasha if you didn't want to be punished you shouldn't have done this, now no more talking please get your stuff." Said Mr. Rufo

Sasha and her parents left. Marcy hugged Anne and whispered something in her ear.

Anne smiled. At least one person was apologizing to her. She just wished it was the girl herself that got her into this mess. Marcy and her parents then left. Anne was about to leave too when Mr. Rufo grabbed her hand.

"Mister and Misses Boonchuy, you can go get her stuff, I need to have a special talk with Anne." Said Mr. Rufo

Her parents left and Anne gulped. She looked at Mr. Rufo and his frown turned into a genuine smile.

"Come with me Anne, there's something I need to show you." Said Mr. Rufo

He and Anne walked inside him room of the office and saw lots of cameras.

"I wasn't kidding when I said I knew that Sasha was the one who forced you to do these things." Said Mr. Rufo

Anne was silent, she didn't say anything

"I want you to watch the security footage from when you were in Kindergarten. I don't have cameras inside classrooms but I do have it from when you're outside." Said Mr. Rufo

He turned on a camera and it showed Kindergarteners playing outside during recess. Anne was hopping around because she just got brand new shoes. They were bright pink, had little puppies and bunnies on them and they sparkled whenever she jumped. Anne then ran over to Sasha and Marcy to show her

"Hey Sasha, Marcy do you like my new shoes?" Asked Anne

"They look amazing on you! I'm so jealous!" Said Marcy happily

"Yeah, they look so amazing. Can I have them?" Asked Sasha

"Like to wear or to keep?" Asked Anne

"Both." Said Sasha as she laid her eyes on Anne's sneakers 👟

"Sasha, I'm sorry but my Grandma gave these to me and I really don't want to give them away." Said Anne

"That's how Friendship works Anne. You give me stuff and do what I want or else-

"Or else what?"

"I might not be your friend anymore." Said Sasha

"No, no here my shoes!" Said Anne as she gave them to Sasha

"Thanks Anne, you're the best." Said Sasha

"No problem." Said Anne.

She looked down sadly. Marcy put her hand on her shoulders.

"You can wear my shoes." Said Marcy

"No it's okay." Said Anne

"You don't have to do something just because someone tells you too" Said Mr. Rufo

"That's just how friendship works Mr. Rufo." Said Anne

"No that's what Sasha wants you to think. You spent your whole life believing that this is what friendship was about. That's not what it's about. Sasha isn't treating you with the respect you deserve. Only Marcy is, Now when you're with the new kid Sprig-

He turned on a different camera and it showed Sprig and Anne walking

"So, do you have a boyfriend?"

Anne pushed him into the ground.

"I'll take that as a no." Said Sprig

"Sorry, it's just I don't like it when people say my name and boyfriend in the same sentence." Said Anne

She grabbed his Hand and helped him up.

"It's okay. I completely get it. I have one friend back home called Ivy and my grandpa, Hop pop thought once that I was flirting with her, so he set me and her up on a date. We didn't like it so we went to watch fireflies together and after the whole thing we stayed just friends." Said Sprig

Anne noticed a creep of pink on his face

"You like her don't you? 😏😏😏" Said Anne

"What?? Pfff no." Said Sprig

"You like her, you like her!" Said Anne

Sprig blushed even harder.

"I will call you Sprigivy!"

"Anne."

"I wonder what the wedding will be like."

"Anne! There won't be a wedding!" Said Sprig

"You're right, you should go on your Honeymoon first but wait that's after the wedding"

Sprig was blushing so hard.

"What will you name your kid?" Said Anne

"ANNE!"

"Awww you'll name it after me, that's so sweet" Said Anne

Sprig looked down. Anne started laughing at her teasing and to be honest Sprig laughed too.

"Okay you're right. I like her but she never told me if she likes me back and besides the feelings will probably fade away anyway." Said Sprig

"Sure." Said Anne

"But if I do have a kid, I have the perfect name for it."

"What's the name?"

"Anne. I always thought the name was pretty and since the name belongs to a pretty girl, that's even more proof that it's perfect." Said Sprig

Anne smiled at him and Sprig smiled back. She then hugged him.

"Thanks Sprig but you don't have to name your kid after me."

"You're right, I must name my kid after you!"

Anne punched him lightly in the arm and they kept walking.

"That Anne, is true friendship. This boy is nice, kind and sweet. I think he's better for you then Sasha. That is all I had to say. You may leave now." Said Mr. Rufo

Anne left the office and followed her parents. They went to the school lockers to grab her stuff. She was about to leave when she saw Sprig walking outside with his backpack on.

"Hey Anne, so what happened?" Asked Sprig

"I'm getting suspended. I should have listened to you." Said Anne

"What?!" Said Sprig

"Anne, it's time to go."

This was her father calling her

"I'm sorry but I have to go!" Said Anne as she left trying to hold in her tears.

"No Anne Wait!"

Anne left with her dad And Sprig followed behind her. He didn't want Anne to get in trouble because of something that Sasha forced her to do. He ran outside and saw that Anne was about to go in the car with her mom and dad. He got a paper from his backpack and put it in Anne's backpack really quickly before she left.

Meanwhile with Anne

Anne was sitting in the car quietly. Her parents were talking to each other in Thai but Anne knew exactly what they were saying. They were talking about how Sasha was a bad friend and how this isn't the first time this happened.

"Don't worry Anne, you'll be back to school before you know it but in the meantime you'll work at our restaurant." Said her father

"Okay Dad."

They arrived at home and Anne put her backpack 🎒 on her bed and opened it. She saw a paper and opened it

Don't worry Anne, I'm sure you'll make it through being Suspended! 😁 and if you need a friend, I'm here 🙂

Anne smiled at the note and put it on her desk. She then started on her homework earlier and started thinking about what Friendship really is.

Seriously though I can't wait for season 2! And I'm glad that Marcy is a good friend unlike Sasha (even though she realized her mistakes, she still needs to make it up to Anne)
