Rose's POV
I land the Falcon on the Raddus and a greeting party begins walking over, with Leia, Poe, and Ackbar leading.

I look at Rey and Ben who are still unconscious on the floor.

"I'm not carrying them." Vic says and gets up, leaving the cockpit.

"Excuse me." I step over them.

I join up with Vic as the ramp opens.

"Rose." Poe greets with a smile. "Glad you aren't dead."

"Thanks." I chuckle and walk towards him.

"Welcome back Rose." Leia smiles.

"Your son is on board." I tell her.

"I was a bit curious once you said you were arriving in the Falcon."

"She knocked him and Rey unconscious." Vic speaks up.

Leia laughs and passes us to go find him.

The greeting party disburses to go back to work and Poe stays behind with Vic and I.

"So what all do you know about Ben and Rey?" He asks.

"That they got married about 3 months ago and you interrupted it."

"Yup. Yerha also killed their adopted child and Rey had a miscarriage."

"No wonder they want to stay out of the war." Vic chimes in.

"Yeah. They also found the Death Star plans and gave them to us... which has now become a problem."

"Why?" I ask.

"The First Order knows we have them and are offering to give us Finn in return for handing them over." Poe sighs.

"We have to extract him."

"I want to, but it's too dangerous."

"Volunteer only group then. We can take the Falcon." I offer.

"That ship is the most hated ship by the First Order."

"So strike a fake deal, make phony plans, and arrange for us to pick up Finn."

"That might actually work." Poe cracks a smile.

Ben's POV
I wake to Jak's hisses.

"Jak." I groan and feel someone on top of me.

I rub the sleep from my eyes and see Rey. I look around and see we are in the floor of the cockpit.

"Ben are you okay?" I hear behind me.

I tilt my head back enough to see my mother in the doorway.

I sigh and know where we are. "Yeah."

Rey begins to stir and I place a comforting arm around her knowing she's going to flip out.

"Rey." I say softly and she hums, cuddling up to me.

"Rose knocked us out."

She shoots up, jumping to her feet, and sees Leia.

"Hello."

Rey stares at her and I can feel the tension build as I get to my feet.

"I'm sorry for all my hostility the last time we met. I should have believed you."

"Thank you." Rey says almost at a whisper.

Jak comes over and lands on Rey's shoulder.

"This is Jak." Rey smiles at the porg.

"Yes you have quite the ummm... army of them." Leia says and a porg sqwacks.

"Told you it's an army." Rey smiles at me.

Rey's POV
"So we say we're exchanging the plans, but grab Finn and leave?"

"And give them false plans." Ben adds in.

"We also don't say that you are on board." Rose says.

"Yerha will sense us." I remind her.

"We can take her." Ben looks at me. "Together."

"Together." I agree. "They know we have the Falcon though."

"Okay, we get a different ship." Rose says.

"I can do it." Vic finally speaks up.

"Of course you can. Just like everything before now." Rose shoots back.

"Well I can find a resistance ship with good hiding spots and what not."

"Now that sounds doable for you."

"Okay so it's just Rose, Vic, Rey, Jak, BB8, and I, right?" Ben asks.

"Yeah, Poe has to remain back." I tell him.

"Okay, let's get a ship." Vic smiles.

"This isn't a solid plan." I tell Ben.

"Neither was the arena." Ben smirks.

Ben's POV
Jak lands on the control panel and looks around at the buttons.

"Okay, I've entered the coordinates for the meet up point." Rose says.

"This better work." Rey says leaning against the wall.

"It will." Rose says and passes by her.

I lift the ship up in the air and send us in to hyperspace.

I hear a sigh and turn to see Rey sitting cross leg on the floor with Jak.

I turn back to see how long we have.

"You said there wouldn't be another time." Rey says softly.

"I know. I'm sorry."

"You said we wouldn't go back to the resistance."

I turn my chair. "You're the one who wanted to save Finn."

"Yeah, I didn't know it'd involve being back at a resistance base." Rey gets to her feet. "I should have, same with Yerha."

"You wanted this Rey, you wanted to rescue Finn. You should have thought about the Resistance and Yerha being involved before you jump up and offer a resistance member and stranger on our ship to go along on their personal mission."

"I know, I know. I'm just thinking this through now and I want to save Finn, I just wish all these factors weren't involved."

"Well I don't know what to tell you." I turn my chair.

"Can you maybe take a step out of your mission mood right now and acknowledge the fact that I'm trying to tell you I'm worried." Rey raises her voice. I stand and turn to face her. "I'm your wife, Ben. I'm trying to get some sort of comfort from you."

I sigh and step forward offering her my arms. She walks in and we embrace.

"You asked for all this Rey." I brush her hair with my fingers. "I will do whatever you want and protect you for as long as I live."
