Long Time, Much Hate

Your POV

Two Days Later

"Breakfast is ready!" Teresa and I yelled.

Garroth and Jeff looked at us from the living room. Lillian and Grace came running from Lillian's room.

Teresa laughed, cutting a waffle up.

"Lillian, you and Grace go sit down. We'll bring your food girls." I told them.

"Yes momma!" Lillian smiled.

Lillian and Grace went over to the dining table, moving out two of the four chairs and sat down.

Teresa smiled. "Lillian and Grace seriously get along like sisters. It's freakish." Teresa said, looking back up at me.

"I know right?" I giggled.

Garroth's POV

"You think I should? I mean, yeah, I want to but, I don't know how." Jeff had asked me about proposing.

"You should. You two seem really happy with each other." Jeff chuckled.

Yeah... I should. I've wanted to the past three years but, I can't work up the courage to ask her. But, we were going to try to go out on a date tonight. So, I could do it then.

"Hey, you guys want breakfast? These waffles will be gone faster than Kawaii~Chan on Shipping Day." (y/n) said from the kitchen.

"Hang on a minute, girly!" I said back, smiling.

Jeff chuckled. "Shipping Day?"

"Yeah... It's the 'holiday' that Kawaii~Chan and (y/n) made up so they could list off to everyone all their ships. It's the only day Aphmau and Katelyn can tolerate it."

"That makes sense. Maybe Teresa should participate in that. She keeps telling me these ships from... way back in high-school."

"They still haven't said all of the ships. I've seen the list (y/n) has. It's almost a mile long." I chuckled.

Jeff smiled. "Same here. Now..." He looked at the kitchen. "I don't think we should leave the girls to eat all the waffles on their own."

I laughed. "Yeah."

Jeff and I got up and walked to the kitchen.

The girls were laughing, leaning against the counter. Both had flour on their shirts. (y/n) had batter on her nose. Teresa had batter on her right cheek.

Jeff went over to Lillian and Grace. Grace was moving her hands as she talked. Lillian giggled, then kept eating her waffle.

She really needs a dad present all the time. Not just whenever.

I need to be there for her too. And I need to be there more for (y/n).

"Hey cutie." (y/n) giggled, walking over to me.

I looked at her. She pecked me on the cheek.

"Hey." I chuckled.

She smiled. "So, you and Jeff hungry?"

"Yes." I smiled.

Jeff walked over to Teresa and she asked him the same question. He chuckled, wiping the batter off of her cheek, then answered her question.

(y/n) smiled.

"Well, let's get some food before it gets cold." (y/n) said.

I nodded, walking over to the stove and picking up a plate. She followed, picking up her plate.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
"(y/n)! Someone is here for you..." Teresa looked back from the peephole in the door.
(y/n) set a dish down, handing the dishtowel to me. I watched her walk over to the door.
Your POV
I didn't think anyone was coming over today. Other than Teresa's family.
My hand touched the door handle. I twisted the handle, pulling the door open.
"Hey girly." The voice immediately said when the door opened.
I looked up and sputtered. "?!"
She giggled. "I know. It's been six years."
"Christina?!" I stuttered.
She giggled. "Christina Corona, at your service." She half bowed.
"What are you doing here?! I thought you were back in Crevice City!" I said.
"I got into a college here so, I thought I owed you a visit. And an apology." She said. "And... I actually go by Lia now."
I smiled softly at her before wrapping my arms around her in a hug. "I've missed you so much little sis."
"Same to you, (y/n)." She hugged me back.
Teresa gasped. Grace and Lillian came running out of Lillian's room again.
I looked behind me and saw the two. Teresa picked up Grace before she tripped over a stray box, but Lillian tripped when she jumped over it.
"Ow..." She softly said, looking up at me and Lia.
Lia and I let go of each other. I crouched next to Lillian. "Sweetie, are you okay?"
Lillian giggled. "Yup, momma! I'm fine." She giggled, getting up.
"Wait... Momma?" Lia asked softly.
I stood back up. "Yeah. I guess there's even more stuff I haven't told you and the other three..." I said.
"YOU HAVE A KID?! SINCE WHEN!?" Lia excitedly squealed.
"Mom, who is the girl that's fangirling?" Lillian asked.
I giggled before softly pulling Lillian over. Lillian stood in front of me.
"Sis, this is my daughter, Lillian. Lillian, this is your actual aunt." I said.
Lia smiled softly. "Hi Lillian!" She giggled.
"Hi Aunt..." Lillian looked back up at me.
"Lia, can she call you by your old nickname?"
Lia nodded. "Yeah. I'm fine with that." She smiled.
I nodded softly. "Lilly, this is your Aunt Christy."
"Aunt Christy? Yay!" Lillian giggled, running over to Lia and hugging her.
Lia hugged her back, smiling. "It's nice to meet you, cutie pie!"
Lillian smiled. "Ooh! Ooh! I wanna show you something!" Lillian said, grabbing her hand.
"Lead the way." Lia giggled. Lillian guided her inside.
I smiled softly. WOW. Christy's changed so much. I didn't even recognize her at first. She used to be this shorter girl that had ponytails and crazy highlights in her hair. Now, she has her blonde hair, red highlights, and longer hair. She's tall too! Almost as tall as me!
"I'm guessing she's family too?" Garroth chuckled.
I looked at him. "Yeah. She's my younger sister."
"Really? That's cool!" Garroth chuckled.
I nodded softly. "Yeah... She's changed a lot though."
"I can tell."
"(y/n)?" Garroth asked.
"Yeah?" I asked.
Garroth seemed to pause. "Nevermind. Sorry."
I giggled softly, moving closer to him. I softly touched my hands onto his chest.
"You sure?" I asked.
"Yeah. I'm sure." He chuckled.
"I think you aren't." I said.
He smiled, pecking me on the lips. "I'm sure it is. Don't worry, girly."
